Abstract

The development of the business world is currently increasing very rapidly. One of them is in the culinary business sector. Competition is one thing that cannot be separated from business life. Currently, business competition is getting tougher and tougher, as is happening in Indonesia. Business competition in Indonesia has created many changes for business people. Many things influence the occurrence of competition, some of which are achievement targets, innovations in human life, the level of human creativity that continues to develop, the demands of life that continue to increase, and human lifestyles that continue to change in every era. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Innovation has a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (2) Prices significantly affect WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Innovation and Price simultaneously significantly affect WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers of wakeup coffee. Respondents in this study were 40 people using the total sampling method. And analyzed by Multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 29 application. The conclusion of this study Innovation has a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (2) Prices have a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Innovation and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on WakeUp Coffee Kediri Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion strategy, and place either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions of broiler chicken. This research uses a quantitative approach and is casual research. The population in this study are all consumers of broiler chicken whose number is unlimited or uncountable. The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents who were taken using an accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique using questionnaire and data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that price, promotion strategy and place had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously price, promotion strategy and place had a significant effect on purchasing decisions of broiler chicken.

Abstract

This research focuses on the efforts made by Mr. Matnuri's tofu home industry in improving product quality so as to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of tofu products in achieving customer satisfaction. To find out whether the quality of the product can affect customer satisfaction. In this business, they always prioritize product quality. Currently, customers are increasingly selective and intelligent in making decisions because they are supported by product choices on the market. Business actors must find ways to retain their customers. Customer loyalty means a person's habit of buying products offered during the exclusive period and his loyalty following all the company's offers. To support the competitive strategy in terms of maintaining market share, decisions must be taken to increase product quality and customer satisfaction so as to attract customer loyalty in making purchasing decisions. The process of generating self-purchase satisfaction for everyone is essentially the same, however, the selection-making procedure will be accompanied by characteristics. In its development, every business actor will pay attention to the quality of the products being marketed. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The type of research used in this research is case study research. An in-depth, case study is an example that is comprehensive, intense, clearer, in-depth, and more focused as an effort to examine the latest problems or empirical. in qualitative research, researchers themselves or with the help of others are the main data collectors. In this case as stated by, the position of researchers in qualitative research. It is shown that the product was the same as the customer's expectations so it can be said that the customer is satisfied. To maintain customer satisfaction, business is the primary benchmark, namely the quality of tofu according to their expectations and how many customers have bought tofu, conveying customers use affordable prices so that customers feel that product quality has a significant effect on increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Faced with competition in this era of globalization, companies are forced to work more efficiently to maximize business expansion and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk. (2) work environment has a significant effect on employee performance CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk. (3) Communication has a significant effect on employee performance CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk. (4) Concurrent incentives, working environment and communication have a significant effect on the performance of CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk employees. The population of this study included CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk employees. Respondents for this study were 32 to use the total sampling method. And analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 29 application.  The conclusion of this study is that (1) Partial incentives have a significant effect on the performance of CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk employees. (2) Working environment has a significant influence on employee performance CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk. (3) Partial communication has a significant effect on the performance of CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk employees. (4) Concurrent incentives, working environment and communication have a significant effect on the performance of CV Pentol Bakso OYE Nganjuk employees.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether leadership, work environment, and work motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction at AR Bakery Baron Nanjuk. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a causal relationship method, which uses a sampling technique. The sample involved in this study were 40 employees, and data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical techniques, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, calculation of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the support of SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the variable leadership and work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. However, the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, together, the, the variables of leadership, work environment, and work motivation significantly influenceatisfaction at AR Bakery Baron Nganjuk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh signifikan dari variabel Jaminan sosial, keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, serta peran ahli K3 secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian hubungan kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.303 karyawan produksi PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. Dengan memakai teknik sampling berupa rumus slovin, banyak sampel yang di dapat untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan alat bantu software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel jaminan sosial, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta peran ahli K3 baik secara simultan ataupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress, profitability, firm size on tax avoidance with good corporate governance as a moderating variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 10 companies with 4 years of observation so that 40 observations were obtained. The analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which was tested with SPSS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that Financial Distress and Profitability have an effect on Tax Avoidance, while Firm Size has no effect on Tax Avoidance. Good Corporate Governance variables are not able to moderate the effect of Financial Distress, Profitability, and Firm Size on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

The background of this research is that agency employee performance appraisal needs to be carried out in order to know how an agency's ability to improve employee performance. This performance assessment needs to be done to determine the development of employee performance. In order for agencies to achieve the expected performance, an organization should consider the factors influencing employee performance. The aim of this research is to ascertain the impact of work discipline, motivation, and loyalty on employee performance, whether individually or collectively, at the Kediri Regency Land Office. This study uses a causality quantitative approach. The research sample encompassed the entire staff of the Kediri District Land Office and was subjected to analysis through multiple linear regression using SPSS for Windows version 23 software. The findings of this study indicated that (1) collectively, work discipline, motivation, and loyalty exert a positive and noteworthy impact on employee performance within the Kediri District Land Office. (2) Individually, work discipline, motivation, and loyalty hold a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Kediri Regency Land Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of brick SMEs in Kaloran, Ngronggot District. Data obtained from the owner, and employees. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of the marketing strategy research implemented by Batu Bata MSMEs in Kaloran Village are quite common and fairly traditional, therefore there is a need for developments in terms of the MSME marketing strategy and the effectiveness of marketing planning at Batu Bata MSMEs in Kaloran, Ngronggot District, sales targets namely consumers who have activities or the task of building a building requires bricks, the owner has prepared a monthly and annual basic budget so the budget design for the UMKM Bricks in Kaloran Village is quite good, and prioritizes the quality of its products even though the price is different from its competitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis dan mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat terhadap motivasi kerja,lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,741. Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Ngepung brepengaruh posiitif dan signfikan trhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Hal itu dipreoleh hasil uji t 2,613 siignifikansi 0,040, kofesien rgresi 0,158. Motivasi brepengaruh psoitif dan signifikan kepuasan masyarakat. Dari hsil uji t hitung=2,489 signnifikansi 0,020, dan koefsien rgeresi sebesar 0.238. Lingkungan kerja berpeengaruh posittif dan signifikan terhadap kpeuasan. Ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t hitung=3,675 dengan signiffikansi 0,001, dan koefisien regresi=0.373. Hal ini berarti 74,1% kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Desa Ngepung Kabupaten Nganjuk disbeabkan gaya kepemmimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerrja. Sedngkan sisanya yaitu 25,9% akbiat dpengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti
