Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, quality of goods, and the COD payment system on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with the regression method. The sample used in this study included 40 consumers and was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows version 22. The conclusions from this research are (1) price partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District. Indonesia, while product quality, the COD payment system partially has a significant effect on financial performance in purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District. (2) product quality, and the COD payment system simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District.

Abstract

This paper explores the Tarek Pukat Culture from Aceh to interpret local wisdom-based leadership performance practices for coastal communities in Indonesia. The informants were five fishermen on Ujong Blang Beach, Lhokseumawe, North Aceh. Alfred Schutz's phenomenological research approaches through in-depth interviews. This study shows that fishermen consider the meaning of loyalty not limited to material gain or position at work, but also presents a new view of the values of wisdom in human resource management strategies. Tarek Pukat's dance and poetry represent a strategy to maintain their enthusiasm and loyalty based on spiritual values. The unique character which is not included in conventional leadership concepts recommends increasing leadership strategies with the meaning of Tarek Pukat Culture to the community, especially coastal communities in Indonesia. Community groups can achieve sustainable performance as large as transformational leadership even though pursuing material gain is not their main goal to maintain their loyalty to community groups, especially in coastal areas.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of two variables, namely procedural justice, the recruitment process and employee performance at UMKM Bakso Bakar Ambyar Ngadiluwih. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with sampling techniques using saturated samples, namely with a total sample of 35 respondents which are all employees at Bakso Bakar Ambyar. Data collection in this study included observations, questionnaires, and literature studies where the results of data collection were tested using the SPSS version 25 application through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, Kolmogorov testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing. hypothesis. The results of the research tests that have been carried out conclude that the Procedural Justice variable is obtained by t count > t table, namely 5.678 > 1.684 and the variable obtained by Recruitment Proces obtained by t count > t table, namely 3.415 > 1.684. This shows that the variables of procedural justice, the recruitment process and have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the community's culture of drinking coffee which was developed by the younger generation and packaged to be more modern by creating a business in the field of selling coffee. Especially at the Belikopi Nganjuk coffee shop, which has many devotees from all walks of life. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of product quality, price, location and service quality in increasing customer satisfaction. The respondents of this study were consumers of Belikopi Nganjuk who were randomly selected as many as 50 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative which uses a questionnaire and is processed using SPSS v.23. The result of this study is that product quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, the four variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Wiek Art Wedding Service Puncu. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Informan atau responden yang diwawancarai berjumlah 5 (lima) orang termasuk pimpinan perusahaan.Hasil penelitian ini peneliti mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Wiek Art Wedding Service adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Hal tersebut didukung oleh hasil wawancara responden, yaitu: (1) Pimpinan selalu melibatkan karyawan dalam mengambil setiap keputusan, (2) Pimpinan memberikan bonus sepadan untuk karyawan yang bekerja dengan baik dan maksimal, (3) Pimpinan menerapkan komunikasi yang terbuka dan langsung, (4) memberikan contoh dan arahan yang baik kepada karyawannya, dan (5) Pimpinan selalu mencarikan solusi terbuka untuk setiap konflik yang dihadapi oleh karyawan tanpa merugikan pihak manapun.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the impact of different factors like service quality, pricing, and promotions on the purchasing decisions made by customers at the online shop, Callathrift Nganjuk. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a focus on establishing causal relationships. A total of 40 consumers were selected for the study using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis involved a range of statistical techniques, including validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant partial influence on purchasing decisions. However, price does not exert a significant impact on purchasing decisions when considered individually. Similarly, promotions also do not significantly influence purchasing decisions when examined separately. Nevertheless, when considered together, service quality, pricing, and promotions collectively demonstrate a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The foundation of this research lies in the contentment with the existing promotions, the strategic assessment of the location, the perceived adequacy of facilities, and the relatively affordable pricing at the Sam Surya boarding house in Kediri. The primary objective of this study was to comprehensively assess how promotion, location, facilities, and pricing individually and collectively impact customer satisfaction at the Sam Surya boarding house in Kediri. Employing a quantitative methodology and a survey-based approach, this research aimed to gather insights. Through a non-probability sampling technique, a total of 40 respondents were included. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS version 23 software, utilizing multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed a favorable connection between the variables of promotion, location, facilities, and pricing, and customer satisfaction at the Sam Surya boarding house in Kediri. This suggests the importance of the boarding house focusing on enhancing their promotion strategies, optimizing their location, ensuring satisfactory facilities, and maintaining competitive pricing. These actions are expected to enhance the overall quality of the Sam Surya boarding house in the future.

Abstract

Purposeful research (1) Work discipline has a substantial effect on the performance of PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto personnel, according to this study. (2) Work motivation has a significant impact on PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees' work performance. (3) Job satisfaction has a substantial impact on PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees' performance. (4) At the same time, discipline work, motivation and satisfaction happiness all have a substantial impact on PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees' work results. This study's population belonging PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees. To use population sampling, this study has 40 participants. And multiple linear regression was used to examine the data using the SPSS Version 29 tool.  (1) Partial work discipline has a significant influence the effect on the performance PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya personnel, according to the findings of this study. Mojokerto. (2) Work motivation has a major influence on PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees' work performance. (3) Partially satisfied staff at PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto perform significantly better. (4) At the same time, work discipline, motivation, and job happiness all have a substantial impact on PT Cahaya Kandil Jagat Raya Mojokerto employees' work results.

Abstract

Cafe Belikopi is a coffee shop located in Bandar Kediri Village. In the observation, researchers found problems, namely brand image, service quality, and product quality. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence between brand image, service quality, and product quality at Cafe Belikopi Bandar Kediri. The variables used are (1) Brand Image (2) Service Quality (3) Product Quality (4) Customer satisfaction. The sample collection method used in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents. The approach and analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis with SPSS 23. Based on the results of the study (1) brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (4) brand image, service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café Belikopi Bandar Kediri.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine whether (1) compensation has a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store employees. (2) The environment has a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel. (3) Workload has a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel. (4) Compensation, atmosphere, and workload all have a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel. Employees of the Sahabat of Nganjuk Building Materials Store were the subjects of this study. The total sampling approach was used in this investigation, which yielded 40 respondents. Multiple linear regression become used to have a look at the facts the use of the SPSS Version 26 tool. (1) Partial remuneration has a substantial effect on the performance of employees at the Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store, according to the findings of this study. (2) The environment has a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel. (3) Workload has a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel. (4) Compensation, atmosphere, and workload all have a substantial impact on the performance of Nganjuk Sahabat Building Materials Store personnel.
