Inisiasi merupkan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah IAI Ngawi. Jurnal ini dipersiapkan untuk penerbitan artikel ilmiah dalam bidang manajemen Pendidikan Islam ditinjau dari berbagai perspektif yang mencakup manajemen pendidikan islam, kepemimpinan, manajerial, ketatausahaan, manajemen lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal, kajian ilmu pengetahuan manajemen pendidikan secara teoritis dan praktis. Jurnal INISIASI diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan September dan Maret dalam rangka untuk memfasilitasi penelitian para cendekiawan, dosen, dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Dinamika Pendidikan bermula dari tuntutan peningkatan mutu, sehingga perbaikan yang lebih baik dan inovasi baru harus dilakukan. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan berbenah baik sarana maupun prasarana yang disediakan sekolah yang lebih layak dan memenuhi standar. Hal ini sangat penting untuk mendukung dan menunjang pelaksanaan pendidikan, baik dalam proses pembelajaran maupun kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya terutama belajar siswa. Pada umumnya sarana dan prasarana yang yang lengkap dan memenuhi standart dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan menjadi lebih efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana prasarana di MA Syarifatul Ulum Katerban, untuk mengetahui mutu pendidikan di MA Syarifatul Ulum Katerban, untuk mengetahui korelasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan mutu pendidikan di MA Syarifatul Ulum Katerban. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, korelasional antara dua variabel, X dan Y. Hasil penelitian 1) sarpras pada lembaga tersebut terbilang baik, 2) mutu pendidikan pada lembaga tersebut terbilang sangat baik, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang rendah atau ada korelasi manjemen sarpras dengan mutu pendidikan di MA Syarifatul ‘Ulum Katerban.

Abstract

Situasi di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, sekolah-sekolah tidak berdaya untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah seperti bisa dengan secara tatap muka. Guru dan murid harus mengadakan pembelajaran secara daring dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet dan perangkat smart phone, laptop, komputer. Akibatnya sekolah dihadapkan pada tantangan bagaimana mampu mewujudkan pembelajaran daring dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif. Tujuan penelitiani ini untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam penerapan pembelajaran digital di masa pandemi covid-19 dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi kepala sekolah dalam penerapan pembelajaran digital di masa pandemi covid-19 mendorong para guru untuk menggunakan whatsapp, google clasroom, draft, google chrome, kemudian aplikasi vidio seperti kinmaster. Guru juga didorong mengikuti pelatihan atau workshop pembelajaran digital agar lebih terampil. Disamping strategi yang diambil yaitu pembelajaran luring dengan sistem shiff untuk membatasi kerumunan. (2) faktor pendukung strategi kepala sekolah yakni, mensosialisasikan bantuan paket data internet oleh pemerintah bagi pendidik dan peserta didik, menambah kapasitas jangkauan internet sekolah dan menambah tenaga profesional dalam bidang it. (3) faktor penghambat akses jaringan internet yang belum memadai, biaya paket data siswa yang semakin membengkak.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Arba’I Qohhar merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren tua di Ngawi. Ponpes ini mempunyai cara tersendiri dalam memperluas pendidikannya Ponpes ini juga termasuk memiliki muatan materi yang cukup lengkap dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, salah satunya adalah Kitab Fathul Qarib. Kitab ini membahas tentang hukum-hukum dalam Islam, diantaranya hukum sholat, zakat, puasa, jihad, dan lain sebagainya. Kitab ini juga secara langsung bisa menjadi suatu konsep terkait pemahaman Islam Moderat bagi Para santri. Pendidikan Islam moderat sendiri sangat penting untuk dikembangkan dan di manajemen dengan baik agar generasi muda khususnya para santri bisa terus mempertahankan karakter tasamuh, tawasuth, dan tawazun di tengah era globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui manajemen peningkatan pemahaman islam moderat melaui konsep pembelajaran kitab fathul qarib di Pondok Pesantren Arbai Qohhar. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini 1) Pemahaman Islam Moderat di pondok pesantren Arbai Qohhar dikelola melalui kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran kitab Fathul Qarib menggunakan sistem diskusi, 3) Manajemen peningkatan pemahaman islam moderat melaui pembelajaran kitab Fathul Qarib di pondok pesantren Arbai Qohhar telah dilaksanakan secara efektif.

Abstract

Currently, both formal and non-formal educational institutions are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including at Madrasah Diniyah Mafatihun Naja Munggut. This condition is a challenge for the Head of Madrasah in preparing strategies for effective education. This study aims to find out how the strategy of the head of Madrasah Diniyah Mafatihun Naja Munggut in the implementation of the Kitab Kuning reading program during the covid-19 pandemic and the supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach and type in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study were the strategy adopted by the Head of Madrasah to implement a shift system, always comply with health protocols, reduce activities that caused crowds, urge all Asatidz councils to make exam questions according to the material that had been taught. The supporting factor is getting full support from the guardians of the students and the surrounding community, the high enthusiasm for learning arises from the students themselves. The inhibiting factor is the limited time to complete the material, when entering among the students, they have forgotten the material that has been studied.

Abstract

Pesantren has a very important role, for students it is a place to gain knowledge and at the same time as a means of Islamic da'wah. The students of the Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School are equipped with the ability and skills to preach through muhadhoroh activities. The purpose of this study 1) to determine the management of muhadhoroh activities at the Putri Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, 2) to determine the mental formation of students through muhadhoroh, 3) to determine the implications of muhadhoroh activities in shaping the mentality of students; This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and type, data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, observation and data analysis techniques using steps; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the management of muhadhoroh activities in the mental formation of students starting with planning by providing muhadhoroh training, organizing is carried out by dividing muhadhoroh officers per class, the implementation is carried out starting from the opening, reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, greetings, prayers, core (muhadhoroh), prayer. a and closing, supervision is carried out by the management, and evaluation of the results of the implementation of muhadhoroh; The mental formation of students through muhadhoroh activities there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, including the obligation and the guidance from all administrators, the inhibiting factors are pessimism and shame in the students' personality.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a huge impact on human life. Through information technology, new understandings and streams influence the mindset and perspective of humans. This often leads to the failure of schools to build a harmonious culture. This study aims to determine the values ​​of the teachings of Ahlusunnah wal Jama'ah; know the importance of building a school culture based on the values ​​of tawasut, tasamuh, and tawazun. This research is a type of literature review research with a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques using library documentation and data analysis techniques using content analysis (content analysis). Currently, it is very important for schools to build a culture based on the teachings of Islam Rohmatan lil alamin, a teaching that promotes peace. These teachings are actualized in the Islamic understanding of Ahlusunnah wal Jama'ah with the values ​​of tawasut, tasamuh, and tawazun. These values ​​are very relevant to be developed as a school culture to stem radical ideas that can threaten social disintegration in the school environment.

Abstract

Baitul Akbar Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution of the Qur'an with salafi education programs and kholafi, diniyah and tahfizh education programs. The purposes of this study were 1) to determine the implementation of Baitul Akbar Islamic boarding school management, 2) To determine the ability of Baitul Akbar Islamic boarding school students to memorize the Al Quran, 3) To determine the management of Baitul Akbar Islamic boarding school in improving the ability to memorize Al Quran Santri. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique of this research is through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) The management of the Baitul Akbar Islamic boarding school is carried out in planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating stages. 2) The ability of students to memorize the Koran in general is getting stronger with murajah. 3) The management of the Baitul Akbar Islamic boarding school is able to improve the ability of students to memorize the Qur'an.

Abstract

Class management is very important to be considered and carried out by the teacher in the learning activities carried out. Learning does not only prioritize the learning process, but class management must be carried out in creating effective learning. By creating a conducive and comfortable learning atmosphere, it can encourage students to learn more optimally. The purpose of this study 1) to know the concept of classroom management, 2) to know the scope of classroom management. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection techniques using library research. Methods of data collection is done by documentation techniques, and literature. The results of this study conceptually class management is class management or class management is an activity to regulate and organize within the scope of the class so that the learning process runs optimally. The scope of classroom management includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.

Abstract

Abstract: Effective classroom management plays an important role in improving student achievement in elementary schools. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom management in improving learning achievement at SDN Kedunggalar 1. The research method used is a case study involving direct observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of effective classroom management significantly contributes to increasing student learning achievement. These findings provide important implications for the development of better classroom management strategies to improve the quality of education at the primary level. Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by the phenomenon of moral degradation that occurs in the younger generation. The role of study is descriptive qualitative and uses data analysis techniques, namely discourse analysis. Data collection techniques use observation and interview techniques. Observations were carried out by coming directly to the study location, interviews were carried out by taking samples of school residents, namely teaching staff, students and education staff. In the study, four character educations were found that resulted from routine Duha prayer activities, namely (1) religious, (2) mutual cooperation, (3) discipline, (4) independence.
