Inisiasi merupkan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah IAI Ngawi. Jurnal ini dipersiapkan untuk penerbitan artikel ilmiah dalam bidang manajemen Pendidikan Islam ditinjau dari berbagai perspektif yang mencakup manajemen pendidikan islam, kepemimpinan, manajerial, ketatausahaan, manajemen lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal, kajian ilmu pengetahuan manajemen pendidikan secara teoritis dan praktis. Jurnal INISIASI diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan September dan Maret dalam rangka untuk memfasilitasi penelitian para cendekiawan, dosen, dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management at Kedunggalar 4 State Elementary School is a study that aims to analyze the strategy and implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in the school environment. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in elementary schools has had a positive impact on the student learning environment and educator performance. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of education management at the primary level, as well as providing recommendations for further improvements in efforts to improve the quality of education in primary schools. Abstract

Kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an kini menjadi hal yang sudah menjadi kebiasaaan atau bisa dibilang rutinan. Terutama di kalangan masyarakat luas terkhususnya yaitu para santri di tempat pondok pesantrennya. Khotmil Quran menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar terciptanya lingkungan yang positif dan dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar juga. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Khotmil Qur’an dilakukan secara rutin dan konsisten. Biasanya, dilaksanakan setiap bulan satu kali atau setiap 2 minggu sekali. Tergantung kesepakatan setiap orang yang ingin mengikuti rutinan Khotmil -Qur’an tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an pun bisa berbeda dari satu dengan yang lainnya. Bisa dilakukan sendiri ataupun secara bersama-sama. Biasanya, kebanyakan orang melaksanakan kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini dengan cara online maupun offline. Jika online biasanya melalui via Whattsap dengan mencantumkan juz dan yang ingin mengikutinya bisa langsung list namanya di samping juz yang tertera. Berbeda saat dilakukan secara offline yaitu bertemu secara langsung semua jamaah yang mengikuti rutinan tersebut. Seperti halnya kegiatan Khotmil yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhsan di kec.Sine,kab.Ngawi, kegiatan Khotmil tersebut dilakukan secara langsung dengan para santri dan pastinya didampingi oleh para ustad maupun ustadzah yang ada di sana. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hafalan mereka dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini bisa menjadi jembatan mereka untuk terus mengingat dan mengamalkan setiap ayat Qur’an yang para santri hafalkan. Kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini diikuti oleh seluruh para santri yang masih dalam jenjang SD/MI. Dalam kegiatannya, para santri disima langsung oleh para ustad atau ustadzah yang mengajar di pondok pesantren tersebut. Kesulitan banyak dialui pada saat khotmil Qur’an tersebut. Terutama, pada hal kemampuan para santri. Karena, setiap ustad ataupun ustadzah disana tidak penah mentargetkan setiap santrinya untuk harus hafal 30 juz. Santri dibiarkan untuk memilih sesuai kemampuannya dalam menghafal Qur’an. Yang terpenting bagi ustad atau ustadzah disana yaitu konsisten dan istiqomah dalam mengahafal dan melaksanakan kegiatan Khotmil Qur’an ini. Rutinan yang bernama “Lapanan” ini biasanya dilakukan setiap 35 hari sekali. Kata “Lapanan” diambil dari kata selapan yang artinya 35 hari.

Abstract

In the school there is an organization called the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) which requires a leader who can be an agent of change and can motivate students in their school to be able to realize the vision and mission in an organization. This Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) is a forum for students to organize in developing themselves in schools that involve students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the OSIS work program in increasing the sense of independence and responsibility of students at SMAN 1 NGRAMBE.OSIS (student organization in schools) has an important role in developing student character, especially social and leadership skills. Through structured activities, OSIS aims to provide opportunities for students to play an active role, make decisions, and complete tasks independently and responsibly. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a survey design directly at school. The data we took were interviews with several OSIS members, one of whom was the OSIS chairman at the school. The findings showed that most students who participated in the OSIS work program experienced a significant increase in independence and responsibility. Activities such as planning school events, managing budgets, and serving on committees are important tools for students to learn time management, teamwork, and overcoming challenges. Thus, the OSIS work program has been proven to be effective in strengthening students' sense of independence and responsibility, thus having a positive impact on their personal and academic development. The study also recommends improving the quality and quantity of OSIS activities so that more students can benefit equally.

Abstract

Admission of New Students (PPDB) is a very important thing in an educational institution. The promotional strategy they offer is different from other schools. Grisa holds workshops/training so it's not just promotion or distributing brochures for each department, releasing superior programs and making video content. What's interesting is to introduce each department. This is very effective in attracting junior high school students in the current Gen-Z era. From year to year, PPDB Grisa always has breakthroughs in innovation that are increasingly interesting through social media content resulting from the work of creative student council students. The full Grisa PPDB route is online for all banners that are installed, there is a QR code that can be scanned or a direct link. Not only that, Grisa also has many flagship programs. Grisa has a vision and mission to produce graduates who have competitiveness and are able to compete nationally and internationally.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of intra-school organizational management (OSIS) in improving academic quality through extracurricular activities at the SMKN 2 NGAWI school. This research finds that the OSIS structure greatly contributes to extracurricular activities at the school in improving the SMKN 2 NGAWI school. Management and structure of the student council in improving school quality through student skills by developing their talents through extracurricular activities which are routinely carried out once a week. The research we conducted used qualitative research methods by means of field observations and interviews. We used data collection and interview techniques through three sources, namely the OSIS supervisor, the OSIS chairman and deputy. The results of the research we conducted at SMKN 2 NGAWI regarding OSIS management innovations inimproving academic quality through extracurricular activities can draw the conclusion that the role of the OSIS is very important in the involvement of female students in developing their individual talents through extracurricular activities. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a contribution in developing extracurricular activities to improve the quality of schools at SMKN 2 NGAWI.

Abstract

Education, besides being a means of imparting knowledge, also serves as an education that emphasizes character development through OSIS (Student Organization Intra School) leadership skills. At MAN 1 NGAWI, OSIS plays an important role in supporting the formation of student character through school programs and activities. Therefore, this research needs to be conducted to further examine the role of OSIS in building student leadership character and the challenges faced by OSIS in training student leadership. This research uses qualitative methodology, which includes field observation techniques on students of MAN 1 NGAWI. The results of this study indicate that the student council helps in enhancing student leadership through organizational activities, as well as teaching a sense of responsibility, discipline, and initiative in managing work programs, and improving communication and decision-making within the group.

Abstract

Bullying conflicts often occur in formal school education environments and have many impacts. Bullying conflicts in schools are a serious problem that can affect students' well-being and the overall learning environment. This research is descriptive qualitative field research. Information sources in this research are categorized into two groups, namely primary data (primary data) and secondary data. Data sources were selected using a purposive sampling method, namely by directly appointing individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to provide reliable and accurate information regarding the subject matter under study. Meanwhile, data collection methods or research instruments use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research, the author can limit the problem, namely, Bullying is violent behavior carried out by individuals or groups who have power over other individuals who are weaker. This research identified four types of bullying that occurred at Nurul Burhan Widodaren Middle School, namely physical, verbal, mental and cyberbullying. The teacher's role in overcoming bullying includes the role of advisor and guide, by applying a persuasive approach and character learning. Teacher strategies involve religious learning approaches, character education, and collaboration with parents to reduce bullying and increase students' social awareness. Abstract

The quality of memorization is the level of goodness and badness of a person when memorizing the Qur’an. To achieve good quality memorization of the Qur'an, good management is needed to manage planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in order to achieve the goals set. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) Find out about the rolasan program at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar Islamic, 2) Find out the quality of memorization for Hafizat santri at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar, 3) Analyze the management of the rolasan program in improving the quality of memorization for Hafizat santri at Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data in this qualitative research is in the form of primary and secondary data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results of this research are 1) The roll-out program at the Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar is carried out by planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. 2) The quality of santri memorization of the Qur'an at the Pondok Pesantren Baitul Akbar is getting maximum because the Islamic boarding school prioritizes murojaah rather than adding to memorization, 3) The management of the rolasan program can improve the quality of santri memorization, namely by memorizing the Qur'an listen to each other and pay attention to an assembly taking turns reading the juz while listening without recitation by the friend. Abstract

Nowadays, many students have behavior that is inappropriate and even contrary to moral attitudes, thus hindering the learning process. The attitudes of students, such as brawling, smoking drugs, not doing homework, even fighting with teachers and fighting with classmates, are all stemming from individuals who lack discipline. The aim of this research is to describe the planning, implementation, supervision and methods applied in forming students' disciplinary attitudes. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type approach. The results of this research are at the planning stage, namely by forming student management and regulations, at the implementation stage, namely the boarding school manager provides direction and punishment for students who deviate, at the monitoring stage, namely by holding evaluation deliberations. Meanwhile, the methods used are supervision, ta'zir system and punishment.

Abstract

The Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is crucial to support the learning process, including Aswaja-related learning. This study aims to analyze the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the teaching of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) at MI Wali Aminah Jombang. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that educators have prepared the learning materials well and have used various ICT facilities, such as videos and presentations, to deliver the material through lecture-based methods. However, the research also identifies some challenges, including the limited understanding of lower-grade students due to some teachers' constraints in utilizing ICT optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of ICT in Aswaja teaching at MI Wali Aminah Jombang has been successful but still requires further improvement. Therefore, IT proficiency is essential to enhance the effectiveness of religious-based Aswaja learning.
