Abstract

This research has always played an active role, regulating all organizational activities, while being motivated by the presence of the company's success planners, agents and determinants within the organization. This survey aims to determine the impact of work environment, training, and talent enhancement on employee job satisfaction. Use multiple regression as the analysis method. The method used for the analysis is multiple regression, and the results of this study are important regression coefficients or work environment variables that affect the performance of some resident employees in Batam, Riau Islands. Hypothesis testing shows that the working environment of variables, professional training, and employee qualifications also affect employee performance. The author, who was proposed regarding the status of staff, suggests that the management staff of the Population Services in Batam, Riau Islands, be the first to obtain some job description. Specific conditions of work, outline of work, tasks to be done to discipline young employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees in the secretariat of the Regional Representative Council Office of Batam City. Respondents in this study were 40 respondents, all of whom were State Civil Servants (ASN) at the Batam City Regional Representative Council Office. The data collection method in this research is by using a questionnaire. The type of research used is quantitative research. The variables of this study consist of three independent variables, namely Work Discipline, Work Empowerment and Work Motivation and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study are the Anova test produces an F count of 136,121> F table 2.87 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.05. F count> F table then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Then the regression coefficient of Work Discipline, Work Empowerment and Work Motivation together has a significant effect on Employee Performance variables

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The research location was conducted at PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The population in this study are employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana. The samples taken in this study were 47 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was the census method technique with data analysis using the SPSS version 20 program using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study state that the variable workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. And it can be concluded that the most dominant workload variable affects employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.771. This means that the variables of job satisfaction and workload simultaneously affect the employee performance variable by 77.1%.

Abstract

This research is a study using secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The data collected by the author starts from 2011 – September 2020. This study used the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence and how moderation forms on disbursed financing (PYD) on Islamic Banking Assets with Non-Performing Finance (NPF) as a moderating variable. The results of this study show that there is a partial influence of PYD variables on Islamic Banking Assets. This is evidenced by the acquisition of t count > t table (42,000 > 0.7111) and significant values of < α (0.000 < 0.05). Then the moderating variable in the form of Non-Performing Finance (NPF) can moderate the relationship between PYD and Islamic Banking Assets. This is evidenced by the acquisition of significance values in the third regression model (including interaction variables) obtained by 0.000 this significance value is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Batam TV, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Adapun tujuan dari pelakasanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kinerja Karyawan yang ada di Kontor Batam TV Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Adapun responden dari penelitian sebanyak 32 orang responden yang keseluruhan dari respondenya adalah karyawan tetap. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu bulan februari-april 2021. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Quisioner. Dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengat alat analisis data yang dipakai adalah menggunakan SPSS 19.0. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas Tiga variabel bebas bebas yaitu Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja serta satu variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Adpun hasil penelitian bila dilihat dari uji Anova menghasilkan angka F hitung sebesar 121.001F table 2,87 dengan H1 diterima. Artinya adalah koefisien regresi Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Batam TV, Kepulauan Riau.Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance at PT Angkasa Aviasi Servis Pekanbaru Branch. Population and sample as many as 35 people. The measurement tool used is a questionnaire containing 70 statements consisting of 35 job satisfaction statements, 15 workload statements and 20 employee performance statements. Data analysis using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the job satisfaction t-test study obtained sig 0.565 > 0.05, so satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, while workload has a sig 0.000 <0.05, so workload has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that job satisfaction and workload have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance. The management of the organization must immediately look for and find out the reasons that cause decreased employee motivation. Based on observations, the results show that there are still employees who lack enthusiasm at work, work is sometimes sluggish, and do not respond well to the public when serving customers, it is suspected that this problem is due to a lack of employee motivation at work. The method used for sampling is the purposive sampling technique. The respondents used in this study were 100 employees who worked at state-owned banks in Batam. The results of this study indicate that the stress variable sometimes has no significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance and the work discipline variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The variable ratio of work discipline, work stress, and leadership style is 66.5%, and the remaining 33.5 is influenced by other factors such as organizational culture, communication, etc. Based on the results of the F test, it can be interpreted that the variables of work discipline, work stress, and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Keluar masuk (turnover) karyawan mungkin merupakan hal yang lumrah bagi sebuah perusahaan. Tetapi jika terlalu banyak pergantian karyawan, ini akan menjadi masalah dan perusahaan bisa menderita kerugian besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menangani pergantian karyawan melalui pemberdayaan karyawan dengan harapan mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan pergantian karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sastra. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan perjanjian kerja dengan karyawan baru. Perjanjian kerja memuat beberapa hal, yaitu: 1). Jangka waktu yang diperbolehkan bagi pegawai baru yang diterima untuk mengundurkan diri 2). Karyawan yang telah diterima tetapi kontraknya belum berakhir, dan ingin mengundurkan diri, maka ia wajib mengganti biaya pelatihan. Strategi selanjutnya untuk memunculkan dorongan untuk berprestasi & motivasi internal, yaitu menekankan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak hanya dalam manajemen, tetapi juga dalam setiap karyawan. Pemberdayaan ini akan membuat karyawan jeli dalam segala hal yang ada dalam organisasi. Akurasi yang menjadikan potensi karyawan tergali secara optimal, sehingga kepuasan kerja tinggi, dan intensitas turnover rendah. Pemberdayaan karyawan dapat melalui kegiatan studi lanjut, memberikan tantangan kerja, memberikan kebebasan berinovasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan menjamin keamanan kerja. Selanjutnya, organisasi juga dapat menawarkan promosi berdasarkan prestasi bekerja, senioritas terbuka. Situasi kondusif seperti ini akan mengurangi niat untuk berubah.
