Abstract

Development of Audio Visual Learning Media with scientific approach based Android in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in order to meet the challenges and opportunities in Era 4.0. This research type is development research by using ADDIE model, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product is implemented to students Fifth grade students in MI Al Hidayah Domas Trowulan Mojokerto which are divided into 2 stages. Furthermore, it can be seen that the average percentage of results of the validation of material experts and media experts are 92% and 93%, it shows that the media are very feasible and do not require revision. The average percentage of students' attractiveness test results on learning media is 96%. Audio visual learning media with a scientific approach attracts students in receiving information on the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Many things in life that apply mathematical concepts. Some local cultural heritage and handicrafts such as batik also use mathematical concepts. Approach to learning mathematics through culture will make it easier for children to understand the material. The realm of studies that can be used to show the relationship between culture and mathematics is ethnomatematics. This study aims to describe the learning of transformation geometry based on Yogyakarta batik ethnomatematics and how this learning shapes Islamic character. The research subjects were 24 students of class IX MTsN 9 Bantul. The research data obtained in the form of the results of process observations, responses to student work, and interviews. The results showed that by using Yogyakartan batik ethno-mathematics, students were easier to understand the concept of transformation geometry. And through learning it canshape the character of students.

Abstract

This Best Practice report aims to find out the double increase in professionalism of teachers in the Lumajang regency and the supervisors themselves in providing assistance in the 2019/2020 school year. This report involves 2 target schools using the supervision of learning era 4.0 with the lesson study model. Supervision of learning era 4.0 model Lesson Study is a joint activity carried out by the teacher and supervisor in supervising learning activities to make preparations for teaching together, then the model teacher teaches in accordance with the plans that have been prepared while the supervisor observes the learning. The results of this reflection are used as material for consideration to plan and carry out further learning or be input for supervisors related to aspects that still need to be developed. As a whole the supervision of learning in the 4.0 era learning model lesson study to improve the professionalism of teachers in the fostered areas after mentoring showed an increase in meeting the standards of the process and quality of English learning in general. Increased acquisition of the results of the supervision of learning era 4.0 model lesson study in the two target schools above can provide a picture that can improve the professionalism of teachers and supervisor supervisors very significantly.

Abstract

The era of disruption, a movement in the industry is no longer linear. It is very fast and tends to ruffle the pattern of the old order, and tends to form a new order pattern. For the record, the industrial revolution has happened four times. First with the invention of the steam engine, the second is electrification, computer invention, and the age of digital revolution. The bad side is this era is the spread of hoax are increasingly out of control and rampant. A firehose of falsehood - the terminology that I used in this article - is a basic term for political science to refer to lies, one of the techniques of agitation and propaganda by means of spreading lies massively, integrated and structured in print/daring media or social media. The goal is to obscure the truth. The historical method, of course along with the methodology of other humanities as well as the scientific sciences, if applied, are able to hone student’s critical thinking in the fight against hoax. Because the key to knowing hoax or true is verification, one of the step in the historical methodology. In this case, this critical thinking indirectly is in the method of science in each subject in the madrasah.

Abstract

The “SMART” strategy successfully managing madrasa and achieving the title of Good Practice School in 2016, with various impacts namely, first, the formulation of systematic long-term Madrasa Work Plan or Rencana Kerja Madrasah (RKM Secondly, madrasa actually carry out a model of madrasah management that is literated, especially those involving madrasa’s policies, curriculum, madrasa’s activities and the utilization of madrasa’s infrastructure. Third, in 2014 collaborated with USAID Priority through good learning training, school-based management and community participation. USAID conducted a centralized assessment and the result in 2016 were declared as Good Practice School. Fourth, the teaching and learning process runs more actively. Fifth, there is a change in behaviour of madrasa residents both students and teachers also madrasah employees towards reading interest. Sixth, madrasa become one of the destinations for other school to conduct comparative studies, both school in the district of Lumajang and outside Lumajang regency, even from outside the province. MTs Pesantren Terpadu Al Fauzan received a comparative study visitation from USAID Priority South Sulawesi Cohort 2 and USAID Priority Banyuwangi Cohort 3. The further action after achieving a Good Practice School is to strengthen the program activities in order to support the implementation of the management of literate madrasas, although no further evaluation of the Good Practice School in MTs Pesantren Terpadu Al Fauzan.

Abstract

Modern education that is currently being introduced is the STEAMER approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, Economy and Religious) as the development of chemical life skills on Redox Reaction material. This learning supports the development of collaborative, creative and innovative skills to solve existing problems in the industrial revolution era 4.0. Therefore, the focus of this research is to develop the Harmonization of Science and Islamic Education through the STEAMER approach. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Tuban in the odd semester of TP 2019/2020. The research subjects were students of class XII Natural Science 2. This study was a qualitative study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, reflective journals, documentation and questionnaires, making simple tool products. The results showed that each STEAMER stage can bring life skills in the era of disruption. Application of the STEAMER approach in learning can develop harmonization, namely critical religious thought and problem solving, creative and innovative, communication and collaboration, information literacy, media literacy, technology literacy, entrepreneurship , flexibility is accompanied by religious attitudes in the 21st century.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan mengembangkan LKS yang mampu membantu guru menanamkan karakter religius dan membentuk siswa berliterasi sains berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang disebut dengan LKS Karelisa Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing pada materi Laju Reaksi. Penelitian mengacu pada desain penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menurut Sugiyono dengan prosedur pengembangan terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi massal. Hasil uji validasi terhadap produk diperoleh persentase 92,5% yang menunjukkan LKS sangat layak digunakan. Hasil uji coba empiris pada pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan kuasi eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa LKS mampu meningkatkan nilai religius siswa. Hasil uji empirik terhadap literasi sains pada LKS Karelisa Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol baik pada pengetahuan prosedural, epistemik, dan isi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS Karelisa Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing layak digunakan untuk menanamkan karakter religius dan membentuk siswa yang berliterasi sains di madrasah.

Abstract

Entering the 21st century the challenges of madrasa teachers are getting heavier, the demands of adjusting professionalism with technological development cannot be avoided. Rapid changes caused by technological advances have caused some disruption, one of which is the role of teachers as educators who have begun to be replaced by technology. The picture of professional teachers in the era of disruption is not only based on the ability to apply the competencies required by law. The purpose of writing this article is as a means to convey the writer's idea about the description of professional and moderate madrasa teachers in the era of disruption, knowing the problems and the efforts that must be made by madrasa teachers in the era of disruption. The results of the analysis show that (1) Madrasa teachers must be able to develop their professionalism which is not limited to the competencies required by the law, face the impact of technological developments that allow for disunity, the madrasa teachers are required to be moderate and transmit to students (2) ) Teacher professionalism in the era of disruption is not only related to pedagogical competence, professionalism, social and personality, but also the ability to apply Islamic values in life, another professionalism that is demanded is the ability to integrate science and the Qur'an.

Abstract

Moral problems are a matter that is of much concern to many people where the size of a nation ora society depends on the individual character they have, if the society or the nation is good then the nation and the nation are good. But if the nation's morals are damaged, the nation is considered damaged too. Examples of bad morals caused by the era of disruption are cruel, malicious, insulting, angry, deceiving, griping, rude, dirty words, and takabbur. Gurindam dua belas which is the work of the finest of Malay sons king ali haji isa literary work containing advice and wisdom about a life full of tasawuf values in it could be the solution to the decadence and moral degradation faced by a madrassa student.

Abstract

The Self-regulated learning Relator to How Students Manage Their Own Learning Time, Thereby Improving Their Learning Result. There have been innumerable studies regarding the effectiveness of strategies in improving students’ performance, however most of them only looked at and emphasized on the students’ characters rather than the learning results. This study was aimed to find out how strong the correlation between the self-regulated learning and the learning result is. Meta analysis was used here. Data was collected by documenting articles of study results from various sources obtained through google.com search engine. Those articles have been published since 2010 up to 2019, and mostly related the self-regulated learning and learning performance. This study used an analysis design of fixed effect model with corrected effect size. The analysis was conducted with the help of JASP software by counting the correlation, drawing the forest plot, as well as the publication bias. The analysis results showed that there was a significant correlation between the self-regulated learning and the learning result.
