Abstract

Upacara Adat Tunggul Wulung merupakan ritual adat masyarakat Desa Dukuhan Minggir, Sleman, yang memiliki nilai historis dan kultural tinggi serta berfungsi sebagai simbol identitas budaya yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dan perkembangan Upacara Adat Tunggul Wulung dalam konteks budaya lokal, khususnya dalam memperkuat ikatan sosial dan solidaritas masyarakat, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan pelestariannya di tengah arus modernisasi dan globalisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat, pemangku adat, dan warga yang terlibat aktif dalam pelaksanaan upacara, disertai observasi partisipatif serta pengumpulan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi tertulis dan visual. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi peran upacara adat dalam pembentukan identitas budaya dan adaptasinya terhadap perubahan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upacara Adat Tunggul Wulung tetap menjadi bagian integral dari identitas budaya masyarakat Dukuhan Minggir, berfungsi sebagai sarana penguatan hubungan spiritual dengan leluhur sekaligus mempererat solidaritas sosial. Namun demikian, keterlibatan generasi muda dalam pelaksanaan upacara cenderung menurun akibat pengaruh budaya modern. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pelestarian yang melibatkan generasi muda serta pemanfaatan media sosial dan teknologi sebagai sarana pengenalan dan penguatan keberlanjutan tradisi Upacara Adat Tunggul Wulung.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of regional economic development, including in Caruban Village, Ringinarum District. One growing MSME is Abon Buana, which faces challenges in expanding its product promotional reach to compete in an increasingly competitive market. Utilizing digital marketing is a strategic solution to increase promotional effectiveness while expanding its target market. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in developing promotional activities for Abon Buana. The method used was descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of digital marketing, particularly through social media (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business) and marketplace platforms, contributes significantly to introducing products to the wider public, increasing interaction with consumers, and strengthening brand image. Creative content strategies tailored to local and global consumer trends have proven effective in attracting buyers. However, challenges include limited technology management capabilities, consistent content creation, and the need for ongoing mentoring. Thus, digital marketing plays a crucial role in strengthening the promotion of Abon Buana's MSMEs in Caruban Village, Ringinarum District, while also opening up opportunities to increase competitiveness in a broader market

Abstract

This study explores Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s concept of education and teaching as a foundational indigenous educational philosophy grounded in humanistic and cultural values. Employing a systematic literature review, the study synthesizes classical and contemporary scholarly works to examine the philosophical foundations, pedagogical principles, and contemporary relevance of Dewantara’s educational thought, with particular emphasis on the among system. The findings reveal that Dewantara conceptualized education as a process of humanization (memanusiakan manusia), aimed at fostering learner independence (kemerdekaan), moral character, and social responsibility through the balanced development of cipta (intellect), rasa (emotion), and karsa (will). Central to this framework, the among system positions teachers as guides, role models, and moral companions who facilitate learning through example, encouragement, and supportive supervision rather than coercion. The study further demonstrates that Dewantara’s ideas remain highly relevant in addressing contemporary educational challenges, including over-standardization, moral decline, and cultural alienation, offering a culturally responsive alternative to neoliberal and exam-oriented educational paradigms. Overall, this research affirms that Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s educational philosophy constitutes a comprehensive, ethical, and adaptable framework that continues to contribute meaningfully to debates on character education, learner-centered pedagogy, and the integration of local wisdom in modern education.

Abstract

This study offers a comparative cognitive-linguistic analysis of the conceptual metaphors that constitute the foundational architecture of three dominant modern ideologies: Liberalism, Marxism, and Fascism. Moving beyond traditional political theory, the research adopts the theoretical framework of Conceptual Metaphor Theory (Lakoff & Johnson, 1980) and Critical Metaphor Analysis (Charteris-Black, 2004) to argue that these ideologies are not merely systems of ideas but are fundamentally built from coherent, pre-conscious networks of metaphors that structure political reality, reasoning, and action. The methodology involves a systematic, three-phased analysis of canonical ideological texts: identification of linguistic metaphors, thematic synthesis into conceptual frameworks, and a comparative critical explanation. The findings reveal three distinct metaphorical architectures: (1) Liberalism is structured by mechanistic and market-based metaphors (e.g., society as a self-regulating machine, history as a linear journey of progress); (2) Marxism is built upon an architectural-geological-war triad (e.g., base/superstructure, class struggle as the engine of history); and (3) Fascism is centered on the organic-purification framework (e.g., the nation as a pure biological body requiring cleansing from pathogens). Crucially, the comparative analysis demonstrates that these systems are incommensurable; they employ shared source domains (e.g., BODY, JOURNEY, WAR) to construct mutually exclusive political ontologies, explaining the depth of ideological conflict. Furthermore, the study explicitly theorizes the critical link from metaphor to political praxis, showing how these cognitive models logically justify specific actions—from laissez-faire policy and revolutionary violence to genocidal purification. The study concludes that understanding modern political ideologies necessitates an examination of their deep metaphorical foundations. By making these constitutive architectures visible, the research provides a novel meta-understanding of political thought and underscores the critical importance of metaphorical literacy in political discourse. It contributes to transdisciplinary scholarship bridging cognitive science, linguistics, and political theory, highlighting how the metaphors we are compelled to think by ultimately shape the world we build and the actions we sanction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Pajak dan Moral Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengambilan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Purwakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pengetahuan Pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 2,429 > ttabel 1,98472 dan nilai signifikan 0.017 < 0.05. Sedangkan Moral Pajak secara parsial juga berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 7,802 > ttabel 1,98472 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan Pajak dan Moral Pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 59,576 > Ftabel 3,09 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai koefisien korelasi antara Pengetahuan Pajak dan Moral Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi sebesar 0,742. Kondisi ini menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan kuat. Besarnya nilai R Square adalah 0,551 atau 55,1%. Sedangkan sisanya 44,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Teaching Factory is a learning model that integrates school-based learning with real industrial production activities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teaching Factory model in improving the competencies of vocational high school (SMK) students. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were Grade XI students of the Mechanical Engineering expertise program at an SMK, divided into an experimental class that applied the Teaching Factory model and a control class that used conventional practical learning. Data were collected through competency tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis through t-tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in competency achievement between students who followed Teaching Factory-based learning and those who followed conventional learning. Teaching Factory learning proved effective in improving students’ technical competencies, work attitudes, and readiness for the world of work. Therefore, the Teaching Factory model can be recommended as an effective learning strategy to improve the quality of vocational education

Abstract

Wisata religi merupakan objek unggulan pariwisata syariah di Madura. Keberadaan wisata religi di Bangkalan Madura memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan karena memiliki karakteristik yang kuat dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam dan sesuai dengan budaya Madura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan manajerial pengelola wisata religi di Bangkalan Madura. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey pada dua objek wisata religi yaitu makam Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil dan makam Sultan Abdul Kadirun. Analisis terhadap aktivitas manajemen wisata religi dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan fungsi manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkana manajemen pengelolaan kedua wisata religi memiliki kinerja baik, namun fungsi perencanan (planning) pada objek wisata religi makam Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil perlu ditingkatkan karena kinerjanya kategori cukup sedangkan pada objek wisata religi makam Sultan Abdul Kadirun fungsi perencanaan (planning) dan fungsi pengawasan (controlling) perlu ditingkatkan karena kinerjanya kategori cukup. Fungsi pengorganisasian (organizing) pada objek wisata religi makam Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil dilakukan dengan sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan manajemen objek wisata religi makam Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil memiliki tingkat kinerja lebih baik dibanding objek wisata religi makam Sultan Abdul Kadirun.

Abstract

Pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu yang relevan diterapkan pada pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) karena menekankan proses eksplorasi, kreativitas, dan pemecahan masalah secara kontekstual serta berpusat pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan STEAM pada pembelajaran anak usia dini di TK Siwi Peni Cilacap serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan peserta didik TK Siwi Peni Cilacap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan STEAM diimplementasikan melalui pembelajaran tematik berbasis bermain dan proyek sederhana yang mengintegrasikan unsur sains, teknologi, rekayasa, seni, dan matematika secara terpadu. Implementasi STEAM berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan rasa ingin tahu, kreativitas, kemampuan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, serta kerja sama sosial anak. Dengan demikian, pendekatan STEAM dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan holistik anak usia dini

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value, with firm size as a moderating variable. The sample in this study consists of 20 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period, selected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using moderated regression analysis within a panel data regression framework. The results show that sustainability reporting disclosure has a significant negative effect on firm value. Furthermore, firm size is found to positively moderate the relationship between sustainability reporting disclosure and firm value, indicating that larger firms are able to mitigate the negative effect of sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang masih didominasi metode ceramah sehingga siswa pasif, kurang terlibat dalam diskusi, Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran Coolmath4kids. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model spiral Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada prasiklus, rata-rata nilai hanya 58,3 dengan ketuntasan 12,5%, dan aktivitas siswa berada pada skor 1,8 (kategori rendah). Setelah penerapan media pembelajaran Coolmath4kids pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 68,9 dengan ketuntasan 41,7% dan aktivitas siswa mencapai skor 2,6 (kategori cukup). Pada siklus II, peningkatan semakin signifikan, yaitu rata-rata nilai mencapai 83,4 dengan ketuntasan 83,3%, dan aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi skor 3,5 (kategori sangat aktif). Dengan demikian, penerapan media pembelajaran Coolmath4kids efektif dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika.
