This study examined the relationship between distributed leadership and curriculum implementation in secondary schools. The study used the quantitative research method, and the cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data from 115 respondents. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results indicated significant positive relationships between distributed leadership and curriculum implementation in secondary schools Recommendations to improve distributed leadership in secondary schools include developing strategies that allow all teachers who are capable and willing to get an opportunity to lead certain areas of the school even if it is for shorter periods of time. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Conformity and Consumptive Behavior in female students who are members of the Pinaesaan Salatiga pillar. Consumptive behavior is a buying behavior that is no longer based on rational considerations but rather because of desires that have reached irrational levels anymore. Conformity is an individual's attitude to change his behavior by taking existing norms by accepting ideas or rules that indicate how the individual should behave under certain conditions. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects in this study are 30 active Satya Wacana Christian University students who are active members of the Pinaesaan Salatiga association. Data were obtained with a rxy value of 0.684 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) using the Conformity Scale and the Consumptive Behavior Scale. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between Conformity and Consumptive Behavior in female students who are members of the Pinaesaan Salatiga harmony. Thus, the hypothesis proposed is accepted in this study. Thus the higher the Conformity, the higher the Consumptive Behavior, and vice versa the lower the Conformity, the Consumptive Behavior tends to be lower.

Abstract

As a based on law state, Indonesia is demanded to be able to construct justice for citizens, through legal regulation. The constitution as the highest legal regulation contains basic norms that guarantee the rights of citizens, determine and divide state institutions’ structures, and limits their duties. The Indonesian constitution, which has been amended four times, can be said to be imperfect. By comparing the state's legal requirements and the pattern of distribution of power in the Egyptian Constitution, Indonesia, and Egypt have similarities in pattern for the formation of a state, which begins with the birth of a nation that lives in a certain territory, so that they have the political awareness be on one’s own and have a common will in forming their respective government systems. Meanwhile, the difference lies in the pattern of distribution of power and check and balance practices, where the power given by the constitution to the President of Egypt is greater than the others. In addition, it is also necessary to recognize the forms of application of the theory of social contract and the theory of consent of governed in both constitutions.

This study is intended to establish the dimensions and indicators of job rewards developed with exploratory factor analysis. Furthermore, confirmatory factor analysis is carried out to test the validity and reliability of the job reward indicator to meet the required statistical values. In addition, this study also conducted a model test to obtain a fit model on the job reward construct. This study is a quantitative research that utilizes the survey method using a digital questionnaire instrument created through google forms and distributed for 2 (two) months. The study sample was lecturers at private universities in Baubau City as many as 257 people. This study aimed to assess a fair and open reporting culture through a safety culture survey at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital. Data collection from 158 respondents with various professions representing all service and non-service units was done using the safety culture form from the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture version 2.0 issued by AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality), consisting of 32 questions over ten dimensions. The results showed three contributing factors to suboptimal PSI reporting at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital: lack of staff awareness to report PSI (58.60%), poor response to errors (52.79%), and staffing and work speed that were still lacking (60.21%). So, developing a culture to respond to every PSI incident, cultivating awareness to report any incidents, and changing the staffing composition to suit the workload need to be established.

Abstract

The production of fly ash from pltu Asam - Asam waste is quite a lot, which is approximately 80 tons per day, so it is necessary to develop its utilization. This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of water use on the fly ash mixture and the extent to which fly ash can be used as a substitute for part of cement and take into account the cost efficiency in the production of concrete mixture per m3. The results showed that the addition of fly ash can reduce water use from the planned amount of water, but the ease of work remains good (workability). The production cost of 1 m 3 of mixed concrete is 15%, 30% fly ash is 8.13% cheaper and 16.27% cheaper on average compared to normal concrete production costs, this shows that the use of fly ash as a substitute for part of cement can reduce the production cost of concrete/m3
