Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental. Desain penelitian menggunakan one-group-pretest-posttest. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SDN Sogaten. Teknik pengamblan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes (pretest-posttest). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan uji alpha. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat (uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang selesai dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation (GI) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Hal ini dinyatakan dengan hasil hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa Sig. (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang mendasar. Dengan membaca siswa akan menerapkan kemampuan lainnya yaitu berbicara. Dan juga siswa yang tidak mampu membaca akan sulit untuk memenuhi kemampuannya dalam menulis. Kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II termasuk kedalam tahap membaca permulaan, penelitian kali ini akan membahas mengenai “Kemampuan Membaca Siswa Kelas II Di SDN Pandean”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II, termasuk kedalam kategori kemampuan membaca tinggi, sedang atau rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pemilihan responden pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden 5 orang siswa dan 2 guru wali kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, nilai dan wawancara. Dengan hasil penelitian yaitu, kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II di SDN Pandean terbagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu dari 55 siswa, 45 orang siswa termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi karena sudah mampu membaca dengan lancar dan memenuhi seluruh aspek, 4 orang siswa membaca dengan kategori sedang karena membaca dengan terbata-bata dan 6 orang siswa dengan kategori rendah karena siswa belum mampu menghafal huruf.

Abstract

Reading is a fundamental skill essential for elementary school students as it serves as the foundation for understanding various subjects. However, many students still experience reading difficulties due to internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze various strategies implemented by teachers to address reading difficulties in elementary school students through a literature review. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data sources consisted of scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026, obtained from Google Scholar, Garuda, SINTA, and relevant international journals. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify, categorize, and synthesize the various strategies used by teachers. The results showed that effective strategies included intensive mentoring, gradual reading practice, the use of learning media such as letter cards and visual media, the application of phonics methods, the provision of reading corners, remedial learning, additional study hours, and collaboration with parents. These strategies have been proven to improve students' reading abilities, motivation, and self-confidence. Therefore, implementing strategies tailored to students' needs and supported by collaboration between schools and parents is key to overcoming reading difficulties in elementary schools.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes to various sectors, including education. AI-based technologies such as intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, and automated feedback tools are increasingly used to support the teaching and learning process. This study aims to examine the impact of AI on the development of students from cognitive, affective, and digital-skill perspectives through a theoretical review and literature study. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by collecting and analyzing national and international articles published between 2019 and 2025 obtained from Google Scholar, DOAJ, ERIC, and Sinta databases. The results show that AI provides positive contributions in improving learning outcomes, motivation, and digital literacy of students, while also posing challenges such as dependency, reduced critical thinking, and unequal access to technology. This study concludes that the effectiveness of AI in supporting students' development strongly depends on wise and balanced pedagogical implementation

Abstract

The disruption of digital technology has substantially transformed the governance of primary school learning, including the subject of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn). This phe nomenon not only offers accelerated access to information and stimulates interactive classroom dynamics, but also entails logical consequences in the form of emerging challenges, such as stu dents' low digital literacy, risks of cyber behavioral deviations, limited teacher technological com petence, and the essential need for moral strengthening. Given this reality, this research is designed to deeply examine various instructional barriers to PPKn at the primary school level in the cyber era through a literature review and an analysis of educational news. Utilizing a qualitative approach based on library research, data were selectively gathered from three representative scientific arti cles and three educational media releases, which were subsequently examined using content analy sis methods. The research findings indicate that the core problems in PPKn pedagogy lie in the stu dents' lack of digital literacy, uneven teacher technological capabilities, limited curriculum support facilities, and the pressing urgency of synergy between schools and parents in fostering children's character. Consequently, PPKn learning scenarios require a more innovative reorientation through the prudent utilization of digital tools, critical reinforcement of information literacy, and the inte gration of national values to ensure that students can function as smart, accountable digital citizens anchored in the axiology of Pancasila.

Abstract

A public library plays a strategic role in providing information services and shaping the reading culture of the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the physical condition and comfort of the Magetan Regency Public Library and how these aspects attract public interest in visiting. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through direct field observation and in-depth interviews with library staff, then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the library is well maintained, clean, and has a cool and pleasant atmosphere that supports a comfortable reading experience for visitors. The physical facilities, air circulation, and cleanliness of the building were found to be key factors contributing to visitor comfort. These findings are in line with previous studies indicating that facility quality and interior comfort positively influence the public's interest in visiting a library. This study is expected to contribute to the development of the Magetan Regency Public Library and to serve as a reference for similar library management studies.

Abstract

One obstacle student face in understanding lessons is a learning process that lacks engagement and is tedious, thereby diminishing their interest, motivation, and active participation. Furthermore, many students remain passive, lacking the confidence to ask questions, give presentations, or express their opinions, even when they do not fully grasp the material being taught. Consequently, teachers need to foster a classroom atmosphere that is comfortable, enjoyable, and characterized by rapport, making it easier to guide and motivate students in their learning. This study aims to identify strategies teachers can employ to implement active, creative, effective, and enjoyable learning (PAKEM). A literature review method was used, involving the collection of relevant articles from Google Scholar. The findings indicate that such learning can be achieved through effective classroom management, the use of diverse learning media and resources, active student involvement, and the implementation of interactive  teaching methods

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila values in Civics (PPKn) learning at elementary schools to build students' character amid the moral degradation challenges posed by digitalization. A qualitative approach with a literature study method was employed, analyzing scientific articles, textbooks, and ministerial regulations from the last ten years through Miles and Huberman's thematic analysis and source triangulation. The results show that the five principles of Pancasila are structurally integrated through joint worship habituation, peer tutoring, mutual cooperation, deliberation, and equal learning rights, with the highest mean score found in the aspect of togetherness and consensus deliberation (82.15). However, external factors such as unfiltered gadget exposure and weak parental supervision dominate implementation barriers, reaching 65%. Multiple linear regression analysis confirms the significant contribution of value-based pedagogical innovation (R² = 0.709) to strengthening students' character. This study recommends strengthening the tricenter education synergy among schools, families, and communities, as well as transforming conventional teaching methods into interactive digital-based models.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed education, particularly in supporting the implementation of Deep Learning-based instruction. Students' creativity, as one of the essential twenty-first-century competencies, needs to be continuously developed to generate innovative ideas and effective solutions to learning problems. This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence on students' creativity development in Deep Learning-based learning. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using the library research method. The data were analyzed using content analysis,. The results indicate that AI enhances students' creativity by providing adaptive, personalized, interactive, and problem-oriented learning experiences. Furthermore, AI supports the characteristics of Deep Learning by promoting conceptual understanding, critical thinking, collaboration, reflection, and meaningful learning. Therefore, the integration of AI can serve as an effective educational innovation to foster students' creativity when supported by teachers' competencies, digital literacy, and adequate technological infrastructure.

Abstract

Conversational abilities are crucial for young learners in primary school, as they facilitate effective interaction and the sharing of thoughts. Nonetheless, numerous children continue to struggle with speaking confidently and articulating their ideas in a structured manner. This research focused on outlining how the storytelling technique can enhance speaking abilities in Indonesian language instruction. A descriptive qualitative method was utilized, involving a literature review that examined 16 pertinent national journal articles through content analysis. The results indicate that storytelling significantly boosts students' speaking abilities, which encompass fluency, vocabulary knowledge, pronunciation, intonation, self-assurance, and the capacity to convey thoughts logically. The effectiveness of this method is notably augmented when combined with appropriate teaching aids, such as storybooks, hand puppets, picture sequences, animated films, and audiovisual aids. Hence, storytelling is endorsed as a valuable educational approach to enhance the speaking skills of elementary school pupils.
