Abstract

Cyberbullying is an action related to the use of digital technology to intentionally hurt, humiliate or bully other people online. This research focuses on the classification of cyberbullying comments on social media, especially Instagram comments, where many parties who then become a group of people who don't like something will come together to provide negative opinions and comments, which can cause lowered self-confidence and other bad impacts for other users and account owner. Therefore, a classification of Instagram comments regarding cyberbullying was carried out as an effort to prevent this action. The data used in this research is 2000 data, where this data will go through various processes so that it can be executed. In this research, the Naïve Bayes method was used by dividing two classes, namely Bully and Not Bully. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained are an accuracy value of 84%, a precision value of 84%, a recall of 84%, and an f1-score of 84%.

Abstract

Village information still uses madding, making it difficult for residents to get accurate information. The aim of this research is to produce a WordPress CMS-based website in Kalamanauk Village, Fak-fak District, Middle East and a website that is valid, practical and effective to use. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) development method. Data was collected by observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The subjects of this research were 20 people from the Kalamanuk village, Middle East Fakfak district. Descriptive statistical data analysis techniques for presenting data using tables and calculating averages. Based on the results that the researchers have obtained, they obtained validation results from 1 validator, including website experts, namely the average percentage, namely an average percentage of 95%, which is referred to in the "Very valid" criteria. The level of practicality of the village website was obtained from the respondent questionnaire, the results obtained were an average percentage of 90% which was referred to in the "Very practical" criterion, the level of effectiveness of the website was obtained from the respondent questionnaire, the results obtained were an average percentage of 86% which was referred to in the criterion " Very effective". Based on the results of the respondent's trial, an average score of 87% was obtained in the "Very good" category. The results of this research show that the WordPress CMS-based website design is valid, practical and effective to use.

Abstract

The growth of blockchain technology has created significant demand for Solidity developers, especially in the development of smart contracts. This research presents the latest data regarding the surge in job vacancies for Solidity Blockchain Developers in Indonesia, highlighting more than 5,000 vacancies in October 2022 according to Tech in Asia. Meanwhile, a report from the United Nations Environment Agency (UNEP) confirms the escalation of the global plastic waste and waste problem. With more than 380 million tons of plastic waste generated every year, and only a small portion being recycled, plastic waste poses a serious threat to marine and terrestrial ecosystems. In addition, the impact of climate change is increasing with methane produced from organic waste in conventional landfills.

Abstract

Hijaiyah letters are the alphabet used in Arabic and the Koran. Automatic recognition of hijaiyah letters has many benefits, especially in the fields of education and learning Arabic and the Koran. This research aims to classify hijaiyah letter recognition using image processing techniques and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. We collected a dataset of images of 5 hijaiyah letters with a total of 400 images obtained from Google and also Iqro'. The train:test ratio is 8:2. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve high accuracy in recognizing hijaiyah letters with an accuracy rate of 99.16%.

Abstract

This study discusses the network security analysis using MikroTik devices in the computer laboratory of STMIK Widuri. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the level of network security in the computer laboratory by implementing appropriate configurations using MikroTik devices. The methods employed include literature review on network security, analysis of network topology in the laboratory, and implementation of security solutions using MikroTik devices. Data collected include security testing results, network performance, and user satisfaction levels. The research findings indicate that the implementation of security solutions with MikroTik effectively enhances network security in the computer laboratory of STMIK Widuri. This study contributes to a practical understanding of using MikroTik in improving network security in campus environments

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student satisfaction with computer laboratory services at STMIK WIDURI using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. This investigation found that the quality of service received by students did not meet expectations. High priority, high quality equipment, laboratory technician workshop, services accessible to students, availability of laboratory technicians, easy access to laboratory technicians. STMIK WIDURI Analysis of student satisfaction with computer practicum is expected to increase priorities for the first quarter.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of keyword usage in Airbnb listing names on their popularity in Bangkok. Using regular expression (re) and tokenization methods, we identified the top 100 keywords from the listing name column. These keywords were then categorized based on business knowledge. Subsequently, the relationship between keyword usage and popularity was analyzed using the chi-square test, with popularity measured by the number of reviews in the last 12 months. The data used were sourced from Open Data Airbnb and underwent data cleaning and exploratory data analysis (EDA). The results of this study are expected to provide insights for Airbnb hosts to enhance the appeal of their listings through effective naming strategies.

Abstract

Java Island is the most disaster-prone region in Indonesia because Java Island is located in a convex zone (meeting each other) between two tectonic plates, namely the Eurasian Plate in the north, and the Indo-Australian Plate which causes the formation of volcanoes and earthquakes. Java Island which is near the convergence zone of these plates causes Java to become a disaster-prone zone, with many volcanoes that often erupt and experience many earthquakes. Volcanoes are formed due to the movement of hot magma from the meeting of plates to the earth's surface. While earthquakes occur due to the instantaneous movement of earth plates.

Abstract

This study uses a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to develop a mushroom type classification model that can differentiate between truffles, enoki and oyster mushrooms very accurately. The dataset consisting of mushroom images is collected from various sources and processed through data augmentation techniques such as rotation, zoom, flip, and shifting to improve model generalization. For final classification, the CNN model used consists of several convolution and pooling layers, followed by a dense layer. The study results show that this model has a validation accuracy of 79.31% after twenty training epochs. Although there were some misclassifications between oyster and enoki mushrooms, data augmentation techniques were shown to improve model performance. This research shows that CNN can be used effectively to classify various types of fungi. This also shows that CNN has many potential applications in the agricultural and food industries. Increasing datasets, studying more complex model architectures, and using advanced data augmentation methods such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) are some suggestions for further research.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have penetrated several aspects of human activities, including educational activities. Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, a campus that has implemented technology, has developed a website to make lecture activities easier, especially for taking attendance, checking schedules, checking financial billing data, and viewing grades. A good website must make it easy for users to use it. Ease of use of the website will also give a good impression from users. In this research, the author conducted research to conduct an analysis of student satisfaction at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo towards the SIMTIK website. The method used in this research is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The population in this study were active students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, totaling 31 students. Data was obtained from a questionnaire that the author distributed via Google Form. The data that has been obtained is processed using SPSS software and statistically processed using a Likert scale. To measure the level of satisfaction, we also use a Likert scale satisfaction table. The results of each dimension are, the Content dimension has an average value of 3.87 (satisfied), the Format dimension has an average of 3.17 (quite satisfied), the Timeliness dimension 3.53 (satisfied), the Ease of Use 2.6 (quite satisfied), and Accuracy (quite satisfied). From these five dimensions, an average of 3.25 was obtained and was included in the quite satisfied category.
