Abstract

Interaksi sosial merupakan salah satu aspek yang harus dikembangkan pada setiap anak, termasuk pada anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Kesulitan dalam berinteraksi secara sosial bukan sekedar menghambat perkembangan anak tetapi mengarah pada penolakan atau penerimaan dari teman sebaya serta orang dewasa, perasan kesepian, lemahnya kemajuan akademik, kecemasan, kegagalan sosial, pelecehan, depresi, hambatan dalam hubungan sosial serta isolasi sosial. Terdapat beberapa upaya intervensi yang terbukti dapat mengoptimalkan interaksi social, salah satunya menggunakan pretend play. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pretend play terhadap kemampuan interaksi social. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan interaksi sosial anak Autism Spectrum Disorder sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan pretend play. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan purposive sampling, sampel berjumlah 3 anak dengan kriteria terdiagnosa sebagai penyandang Autism Spectrum Disorder, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan berada pada rentang usia 7-15 tahun. Subjek diberikan perlakuan selama 5 sesi pertemuan dengan durasi 1 jam. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala ATEC bagian sosialisasi yang diisi oleh guru kelas setelah melakukan observasi terhadap setiap subjek. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,002 < α = 0,05. Hasil nilai rata-rata pretest kemampuan interaksi social 14%. Hasil nilai rata-rata posttest kemampuan interaksi social 26%. Hasil skor Gain diperoleh persentase sebesar 48,64%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan interaksi sosial anak Autism Spectrum Disorder sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan pretend play.

Abstract

The expanding digital age has made consuming media easily accessible for those living in Indonesia. This ease of digitalization can also have negative consequences such as FOMO and Binge Watching, especially in Generation Z with emotionally immature parents. This can lead to technology addiction. This study aims to determine the effect of Binge Watching behavior on Fear of Missing Out in Gen Z with emotionally immature parents. Through a quantitative approach, this study uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique involving 50 male and female respondents with an average age of 14-24 years; enjoy watching series/movies/drama more than 1 time without interruption; have unpleasant experiences with parents. Data were collected online through a questionnaire adapted from the Binge Watching Engagement and Symptoms Questionnaire developed by Flayelle et al. (2018) and the Online Fear of Missing Out Inventory developed by Sette (2019). The results of the linear regression test showed that the F-value of the two variables was 36.904 with an unstandardized B-value of 0.614 and a P-value of 0.05> 0.000. This shows that H0 is rejected in this study, so there is a significant influence between Binge Watching Behavior and Fear of Missing Out in Generation Z with Emotionally Immature Parents, which has a percentage of 43.5%.

Abstract

Student of elementary school or the 'middle childhood' period are generally in a development process. The growth process in children can often experience obstacles or experience the emergence of negative behavior that might harm themselves and others. One of the negative behaviors that often occurs is verbally aggressive behavior. The phenomenon that occurred among students at X Elementary School in Semarang, teachers at schools complained about the tendency of verbally aggressive behavior carried out by students in the school environment. The aim of this research is to reduce the tendency for verbal aggressive behavior. Researchers applied the 'Group Art therapy' method to x Elementary School students to reduce the tendency for verbal aggressive behavior. Participants in this study were 6 male students with an age range of 9-10 years. Data collection used observation, interviews and the VAS scale (verbal aggressiveness scale). Based on the results of the validity and reliability test of the Pre Test VAS (verbal aggressiveness scale) with Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of (p>0.05) is 0.259 , while the results of the validity and reliability test of the Post Test VAS (verbal aggressiveness scale) with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of (p>0.05) is 0.170, it was concluded that the 20 questionnaire question items were reliable or consistent. This study used a quasi experimental one group pre-test post-test design using the VAS (verbal aggressiveness scale) scale to determine the results before and after giving the Group Art therapy intervention. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 22.0 with the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Rank test showing that there was a significant difference between verbal aggressive behavior before and after the Group Art therapy intervention (Z = -2.207 and p = 0.027 < 0.05). This research shows that the Group Art therapy method is effective in reducing the tendency for verbal aggressive behavior in the six participants at X Elementary School.

Abstract

Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) merupakan individu yang mengalami gangguan dalam pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala dan perubahan perilaku. Sedangkan penyintas gangguan jiwa adalah orang yang berusaha bertahan hidup dengan kondisinya sebagai ODGJ atau berusaha bangkit setelah mengalami gangguan jiwa. Penyintas gangguan jiwa umumnya tidak memiliki makna hidup karena kondisi pernah mengalami gangguan jiwa. Kebermaknaan hidup menurut Frankl merupakan sebuah orientasi dan tujuan dari seorang manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebermaknaan hidup pada penyintas gangguan jiwa di Dinsospermasdes Kabupaten X, karena pertisipan nampak unik, dan produktif yang dibuktikan dengan aktivitas kesehariannya sebagai fasilitator ODGJ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan observasi partisipatif dengan teknik triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode sebagai langkah untuk menguji kredibilitas dari informasi dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu partisipan berjenis kelamin laki-lai, berusia 50 tahun dan tiga informan berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang merupakan petugas dari Dinsospermasdes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan langkah pertama membuat repositori data, menetapkan kode, analisis kode, dan proposisi akhir. Hasil penelitian ini berupa, adanya temuan kebermaknaan hidup pada partisipan yang ditunjukkan oleh terpenuhinya keseluruhan aspek kebermaknaan hidup (creative value, experience value, attitudinal value). Partisipan sendiri memiliki makna hidup berupa aktivtas merawat ODGJ agar dapat membantu ODGJ kembali hidup normal. Temuan penelitian ini, bisa turut menyumbang bahan kajian tentang kebermaknaan hidup terutama pada penyintas gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of "Positive Personal Judgment" training in increasing self-esteem in adolescents living in orphanages. The self-esteem of adolescents who participated in self-esteem training is higher than before attending self-esteem training. Testing the effectiveness of this research was carried out by comparing the pre-test and post-test results of the self-esteem scale which was compiled based on Coopersmith's self-esteem aspects: power, significance, virtue and competence. This research data will be presented in quantitative and analyzed using non-parametric statistical methods in the form of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. From the results of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, it shows a Wilcoxon Z value of -4.246 with p=0.000 (p<0.05) with a pre-test mean = 12.09 and a post-test mean = 18.13, so it can be concluded that the self-esteem of adoloscents who have participated in self-esteem enhancement training is higher than before participating in self-esteem enhancement training.

Abstract

Pada usia lanjut, diabetes melitus menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang sering terjadi. Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang bersifat progresif. Depresi, kecemasan dan stres merupakan gejala psikologis yang sering kali muncul dan dirasakan oleh lansia dengan diabetes melitus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas PMRT untuk menurunkan gejala depresi, kecemasan dan stres pada lansia dengan penyakit kronis diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen kuasi dengan desain pre-post test. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang pasien puskesmas di Semarang yang terdiri dari 3 orang laki-laki dan 5 orang perempuan dengan rentang usia 60-70 tahun dan memenuhi kriteria gangguan ringan skala DASS. PMRT dilakukan sebanyak 6 sesi, setiap sesi 25-30 menit pada pagi dan sore. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala DASS-42. Analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS 25, uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan signifikansi (0,05) antara skor depresi, kecemasan dan stres skala DASS sebelum dan sesudah terapi p=0,017; p=0,012; p=0,012 serta penurunan rata-rata skor dari 13,75 menjadi 6,5 untuk depresi; 11,75 menjadi 7,5 untuk kecemasan; dan 17,13 menjadi 4,88 untuk stres. Kesimpulannya, pemberian PMRT mampu menurunkan gejala depresi, kecemasan dan stres lansia dengan diabetes melitus. PMRT dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pilihan terapi untuk menurunkan gejala depresi, kecemasan dan stres.

Abstract

Aspirasi karir merupakan orientasi individu terhadap tujuan karir yang diinginkan ketika diberikan kondisi yang ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tren penelitian tentang aspirasi karir dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan telah literatur dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Database yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Scopus dengan kata kunci aspirasi karir dan batasan waktu publikasi 10 tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan VOSviewer dan Microsoft Excel terhadap beragam dokumen, mencakup jenis dokumen, penulis, institusi, bidang kajian, negara, tren penelitian selama 10 tahun terakhir dan tema yang terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tujuh cluster berkaitan dengan aspirasi karir, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Beberapa tema tersebut antara lain: self-efficacy, academic performance, usia, kekuatan struktur, carer choice, career decision making, awareness, COVID-19, well-being. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas analisis serta kajian dari tema aspirasi karir ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi dalam sejumlah bidang, antara lain bimbingan dan konseling karir pada pendidikan tinggi dengan merancang kurikulum dan intervensi untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi transisi ke dunia kerja.

Abstract

In the competitive realm of the pharmaceutical industry, maintaining a pool of skilled employees stands as a paramount challenge for ensuring company. This study endeavors to explore the interplay between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and employee retention rates, specifically emphasizing the concept of employee engagement with a quantitative methodology. The study conducted purposive sampling to survey 212 employees from the private pharmaceutical sector in Jabodetabek, each boasting a minimum tenure of 6 months. The instruments study, adapted for this study, encompassed the Employee Retention instrument (Kyndt et al., 2009), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al., 2020), and Employee Engagement Scale (Shuck et al., 2016). The findings unveil a substantial positive influence of POS on employee retention, contributing to a noteworthy 59%. Furthermore, employee engagement emerged as a pivotal mediating factor in the nexus between POS and employee retention rates, constituting a significant 33.8%. The study's outcomes refute the null hypothesis (Ho) and substantiate the alternative hypothesis (Ha), revealing that the impact of perceived organizational support on employee retention is intricately mediated by employee engagement. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights and references relevant to organizational support and employee engagement strategies, crucial for retaining skilled personnel within the pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

Changes in customer shopping behavior encourage companies engaged in the retail industry to make developments in the dynamics of their organizational work. To keep up with these changes and developments, employees of retail organizations must have adaptability which is implemented through career adaptability. This study aims to explain the description of career adaptability of employees of retail organizations. This study used a quantitative approach involving 408 employees of retail organizations in the Jabodetabek area. Data were collected online and offline through a questionnaire containing the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) measuring instrument adapted from Profeli & Savickas (2012) to measure employee career adaptability with a reliability value of 0.862. The results of empirical analysis show that the majority of retail organization employees' careers are in the moderate category with the level of career adaptability in the range of 85.63-102.07 with a percentage of 62.5%.

Abstract

The phenomenon of impostor syndrome and AI addiction is increasingly relevant among university students. AI addiction is a state in which a person becomes highly dependent and finds it difficult to break away from the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This study aims to determine the effect of impostor syndrome on AI addiction among college students. The method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires on 130 respondents. The measuring instruments used were Impostor Phenomenon Scale and Dependent on Artificial Intelligence Scale, with Cronbach's alpha of 0.876 and 0.761 respectively. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of the analysis showed a p value = 0.001 <0.05, so there is a significant influence between impostor syndrome and AI addiction. The R square value of 0.076 indicates that impostor syndrome has an effect of 7.6% on AI addiction. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study related to the influence of impostor syndrome on AI addiction among college students can be accepted
