Abstract

Project-based learning is a learning model that requires students to complete a project within a certain period of time, keeping them active and innovative. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of project learning model in the performance of Ashish Fodh SDS students. The research method used is qualitative data using observation, interview and documents. It was found in this research that teachers had not fully implemented the project-based learning model at SDS Asisi Fodo. Its application is only limited to a few classes. This is because the teacher does not have direction from the leadership and the teacher's ability is limited in implementing the project-based learning method. Teachers prefer to teach using lecture and discussion methods in class. In fact, in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, Since this model of teaching is student-centered, teachers are expected to apply it. Therefore, the researcher hopes that the findings of this study will help the teachers of SDS Ashish Fodh to implement the project-based learning method and contribute to student achievement.

Abstract

This thesis departs from the author's awareness and interest in getting to know the lives of Christian believers who are struggling to practice their faith in this world. This thesis describes that Saint Joseph was a saint whose name was familiar to the ears of the faithful. Saint Joseph was god's choice to be entrusted to be the father of the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Saint Joseph performed these duties and responsibilities humbly and faithfully to the Lord's commands. The Church then reflected on the life of this Saint Joseph and made him the Protector of the Universal Church, the Protector of the Holy Family of Nazareth, and the Protector of the Workers' Fig. Just as Saint Joseph made his life a servant of God's plan, so too did the faithful realize his calling as a herald of love. The faithful are invited to always see what God wants in a crisis-stricken life, while still trying to find creative ways and efforts to solve all of life's problems. Thus, this example of the primacy of Saint Joseph can lead the faithful to remain faithful to God until they are finally able to achieve eternal unity with God in heavenly happiness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant factors that influence the congregation not listening to the sermon. Sermons are central to worship, because the purpose of sermons is to preach the word of God to the congregations and to answer the problems faced by the congregations. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. With the existence of research methods, it can make it easier for researchers to find problems and solve the problems being studied. Naturally, research methods are interpreted to obtain data that have certain purposes and uses. The results of this study indicate that Worship is a command from God that must be carried out by everyone who has been redeemed and saved by the Lord Jesus Christ. The worship that is carried out is a sign of respect that is carried out in the form of going to church, praying, reading and listening to the word of God, praising God and giving offerings to God. The benefits of attending Sunday worship are that serious worship is not only about doing spiritual things mechanically, but also about understanding and experiencing the spiritual values contained in the worship. And the dominant factor that occurs in these congregations is that they often feel bored quickly so they prefer to play on their cellphones, fall asleep, and leave worship to relieve boredom. Sincerity in participating in worship must be accompanied by sincere intentions and sincerity of heart so that the meaning and benefits can be fully felt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of the Mendegger Uruk ceremony for the Pakpak community and explore the process of Inculturation Theology applied in the ceremony in Penanggalan Binanga Boang Village, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The research population includes traditional figures and cultural figures, with a sample of five people (four traditional figures and one cultural figure). The results of the study show that the Mendegger Uruk ceremony was initially carried out as a response to difficult situations, such as illness and social problems. However, with the entry of the Gospel teachings, inculturation occurred in this ceremony, where elements of ancestor worship were replaced with prayers and gratitude in accordance with Christian teachings. Theology of Gospel Inculturation, according to Emmanuel Martasudjita, is the process of the Church's adaptation to local culture, so that the Gospel message can be conveyed more relevantly and effectively. The Gospel does not erase local culture, but rather purifies elements that are not in accordance with Christian teachings.
