Abstract

Type of presearch is quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of implementing time management on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. The data sources used in data collection are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses Simple Linear Regression and is processed using the Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) version 23 application . The results of the research show the effect of implementing time management on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service which has been discussed in the previous chapter, so the author draws conclusions The important thing is that the application of time management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is R 2 , while the rest is influenced by factors or independent variables with a significance value of 0.05 and the t-calculated value is greater than the t-table ( 3,604 > 1,685) which is able to contribute to employee performance variables.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to understand the influence of content marketing and customer satisfaction on brand image on My Crepe's Instagram. The sample for this study consists of My Crepe Instagram followers. Quantitative data was obtained through distributed questionnaires related to the problem under study. Data collection was conducted using these questionnaires, which were designed to address the research questions. Both primary and secondary data sources were utilized in this study. Primary data was collected directly from the respondents, while secondary data provided additional context and background information. The research instrument used in this study was a Likert scale method, which allowed for the measurement of respondents' attitudes and opinions on a scale, providing a structured way to capture their perceptions. The research results were analyzed using statistical calculations with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. This analysis covered the influence of content marketing and customer satisfaction on My Crepe's Instagram brand image. The findings, discussed in the previous chapters, led to the conclusion that both content marketing and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the brand image of My Crepe on social media. These findings highlight the importance of strategic content marketing and maintaining high customer satisfaction to enhance brand perception on social media platforms like Instagram. By effectively leveraging these elements, My Crepe can strengthen its brand image, fostering a more robust and engaged follower base. Future research could further explore additional variables or employ different research models to build on these insights and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing brand image on social media.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study aimed at determining the impact of work discipline and professionalism on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Manpower Office. The research employed quantitative analysis, utilizing observation, data collection through questionnaires with 53 respondents, as well as validation and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that the t-test results for work discipline indicated a significant value of 0.047 (less than 0.05) and a t-count value of 2.034, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.010. This signifies a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the quality of public services. Similarly, professionalism demonstrated a significant value of 0.001 (less than 0.05) and a t-count value of 4.728, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.010, indicating a positive and significant influence of professionalism on the quality of public services. Based on the research findings from data collection, management, and analysis, it can be concluded that both work discipline and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Manpower Office.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the influence of the dimensions of moral culture on the quality of public services at PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for the South Sulawesi Region. The type of data used in this research is quantitative obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. In research, the data sources used in data collection include primary and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using the SPSS version 25 calculation application, the statistical results of the trustworthiness core value variable test obtained a t value of 10.781, competent core value obtained a t value of 19.639, harmonious core value obtained a t value of 5.297, loyal core value obtained a t value of 5.297. 23.374, the adaptive core value obtained a calculated t value of 7.163, the collaborative core value obtained a calculated t value of 4.601 from the t table value of 0.2352 and obtained a sig value of 0.000 from a significant value of 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of minimum wages and inflation on employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector in Gowa Regency from 2014 to 2023. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, this research examines the influence of minimum wages and inflation as independent variables on employment opportunities as the dependent variable. Secondary data were sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related institutions. The results reveal that minimum wages have a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities, supporting the efficiency wage theory, where wage increases drive higher labor productivity and employment absorption. Conversely, inflation does not significantly influence employment opportunities, indicating that other factors, such as investment and regional economic growth, may have a stronger impact. The findings highlight the importance of well-designed minimum wage policies in enhancing job opportunities, particularly when supported by improved workforce quality. Policymakers are advised to ensure that wage policies align with local economic conditions and are complemented by programs that enhance worker skills and productivity. Furthermore, addressing other determinants, such as investment and fiscal policies, is essential for fostering sustainable employment growth in the manufacturing sector. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of regional labor market dynamics and provides practical insights for local governments to drive economic development and create quality employment opportunities.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized digital marketing by enhancing personalization, automating customer interactions, and optimizing marketing strategies. AI-powered tools, including chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automated content generation, have transformed how businesses engage with consumers. This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) to examine AI’s role in digital marketing, focusing on its applications, benefits, and challenges. Using data from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, this review analyzes key AI-driven marketing strategies and their impact on customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency. The findings indicate that AI enhances marketing effectiveness by enabling real-time personalization, improving customer targeting, and streamlining content creation. Businesses leverage AI to analyze vast amounts of consumer data, allowing for accurate predictions of consumer behavior and preferences. However, AI implementation in digital marketing presents challenges, including data privacy concerns, ethical issues, algorithmic bias, and high implementation costs. Moreover, consumer trust in AI-driven marketing varies, influencing acceptance and engagement levels. This study provides valuable insights for academics and practitioners on how AI is reshaping digital marketing landscapes. It highlights the need for balancing AI-driven automation with ethical considerations and consumer expectations. Future research should explore strategies for ethical AI adoption, enhancing consumer trust, and optimizing AI-driven decision-making. Addressing these challenges will enable businesses to fully harness AI’s potential for more effective and transparent marketing strategies.

Abstract

Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have transformed various aspects of human resource management (HRM), especially in decision making, operational efficiency, and data analysis. The application of AI in HRM offers opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness, but also raises challenges related to transparency, algorithmic bias, and ethics in workforce management. Therefore, this research was conducted to explore the impact of AI in HRM and how organizations can optimize its use. This research uses a literature review method, by examining various scientific sources related to the implementation of AI in HRM. The study was conducted on articles from academic journals, industry reports, and related publications that discuss the role of AI in the recruitment process, performance evaluation, employee training, and strategic decision making. The research results show that AI can improve HRM efficiency through automation of administrative tasks, predictive analytics, and personalization of the employee experience. However, the main challenges found include algorithmic bias, lack of transparency in AI systems, and legal and regulatory uncertainty. In conclusion, AI has great potential in supporting more effective and data-driven HRM, but its use must be accompanied by policies that ensure transparency, accountability and a balance between automation and the role of humans in decision making. Therefore, a careful approach is needed in adopting AI to ensure maximum benefits without compromising aspects of ethics and fairness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank BRI Tassililu Unit. The research was conducted with a sample of 87 respondents, using 24 items divided into two variables: service quality as the independent variable (15 items) and customer loyalty as the dependent variable (9 items). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the t-test indicate that the service quality variable has a t-value of 16.604, which is greater than the critical value of 1.663, with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). These findings confirm that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Each dimension of service quality—tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens their loyalty to the bank. This study highlights the importance for Bank BRI Tassililu Unit to continuously improve service quality to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Providing excellent service not only fosters customer loyalty but also encourages positive word-of-mouth recommendations, which can attract new customers. Additionally, future research is suggested to explore other influencing factors such as brand image, customer satisfaction, and perceived value to gain a more comprehensive understanding of customer loyalty determinants in the banking sector.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the management of human resources and the utilization of technological media contribute to enhancing the quality of learning at TKIT Anak Sholeh Al Mubarak in Pallangga, Gowa. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using qualitative data derived from observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that human resource management plays a crucial role in improving learning quality, particularly the vital function of educators (teachers) as facilitators in student success. Teachers are central to shaping the educational environment and fostering an atmosphere conducive to effective learning. Therefore, the availability and proper use of supporting facilities and infrastructure are essential in enhancing the overall educational process and ensuring the quality of learning. Furthermore, the integration of digital media has proven to be an effective tool for boosting the quality of learning for TKIT Al Mubarak students. The use of digital technology allows children to engage with educational content in a more interactive and enjoyable way. Digital media helps children learn about their surroundings and various concepts in an engaging manner, using diverse and dynamic programs that hold their attention. By incorporating these technologies into the classroom, students experience less boredom and greater enthusiasm for learning, leading to better educational outcomes. This study highlights the importance of both human resource management and technological integration in shaping a high-quality learning environment.
