Abstract

The author describes the application of this scientific data processing and data reporting sales information drugs at. Sapta Tama Sari Jambi part of data processing in order to facilitate the registration of drugs sales data in the process of selling data processing and reduce the risk of recording errors and simplify report in making the report . Making Application processing sales data and sales reports on PT . Sapta Tama Sari Jambi using Visual Basic 6.0 , MySQL to manage the data and databases , as well as to create a report using Data Report . Data or information relating to this research obtained through field studies and literature . The conclusion by the authors in making this application is data recording sales of drugs and medicines sales reports can be done in a computerized , reducing the risk of mistakes in preparing reports quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Field Work Experience is a student activity conducted scientifically, systematically placing residents and family as a central point of development, and sustainable. Data processing Field Work Experience in IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin Jambi has not been using the database, so the frequent errors and delays. This study aims to establish a system of data processing applications Field Work Experience at the Public Service Center IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi. The system is built using Delphi 7 Programming Language and Microsoft Access 2007 as Database. Data input is the data lecturer, faculty, students, groups, and locations Field Work Experience. The input data will be processed in the registration process, the small groups, shelters, and assessment Field Work Experience. While the output of participant data reports, post, and the value of student kukerta IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi . The results showed that with the application system, the data processing kukerta become easier, faster, and data recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of submitting reports to the Head of Public Service Center IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi can be according to a set schedule.

Abstract

Main purpose of this research is to build a web GIS based application of spatial data inventory which facilitate user to manage spatial data in an integrated way. With this software, user could save, edit, and show spatial data through web environtment without performing web GIS development. The method that was used on system development is waterfall model of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Modeling analysis and system design was using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of analisys and system design then be implemented through PHP (Hypertext Processor) language, and MySQL (My Structured Query Language). This software has ability to extract digital data in GML (Geographic Markup Language) format, save spatial data in WKT (Well- Known Text) Format, and show spatial data in vector format which completed by legend and some facilities, such as: zoom in, zoom out, zoom to max extent, layer switcher, scale, scale line, mouse position, drawing tools, and popup window. According the test that has been performed, system could handle spatial data management which including: saving and showing spatial data in vector format.

Abstract

Installation of billboards is one of promotion strategy. Determination of the location of the installation of billboards, is one aspect that needs to be considered, both in terms of mounting billboards and from the Department of Housing Spatial Planning and the City of Edinburgh as the manager of installation of billboards. When determining the location of the billboard is not considered the area of the installation of billboards, so the information is to be conveyed from the billboard is not maximal. It therefore requires a system that can assist in the selection of the installation location of billboards. In making strategic location decisions billboard takes some parameters as assessment in determining the best location . Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is a method that is used as a decision support . Placement of the billboard locations are based on 4 criteria: population density, the presence of educational facilities, office facilities and the existence of market presence. From each of these criteria will be performed mathematical calculations of the resulting solution to these problems so that the best alternative location

Abstract

Kebutuhan asupan gizi setiap orang berbeda-beda, tergantung dari jenis kelamin, usia, kapasitas aktifitas keseharian, dan lainnya bisa mempengaruhi asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan. Kesalahan pemilihan menu makanan dapat mengakibatkan timbulnya penyakit baru. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi kosntruksi untuk menu makanan yang dapat memberikan solusi, penjelasan akan kebutuhan gizi seseorang. Sistem pakar kosntruksi menu makanan dengan mentode inferensi Forward Chainig dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam mengetahui kebutuhan asupan gizi sehari-hari.

Abstract

The asset management of STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa is still considered as paper-based or not supported by the use of information technology. By using the information technology, the asset management of the data will be more effective and efficient. One of business activities related to the asset of STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa is the asset loaning to the needy. This study discuss about the analysis and the design of asset loaning at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi that will supported by the information system. The tool used in this research is object oriented approach i.e UML (Unified Modeling Language) that consists of Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram and Activity Diagram. This study will produce a prototype that then can be developed into information system which can be used as decision making in asset management at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi

Abstract

Skripsi adalah karya tulis ilmiah yang disusun oleh mahasiswa berdasarkan penelitian lapangan dan /atau kepustakaan untuk memenuhi persyaratan memperoleh gelar sarjana, sesuai dengan program kekhususannya. Jadi sudah semestinya setiap mahasiswa melakukan pengajuan judul skripsi agar dapat diproses, layak atau tidak judul skripsi tersebut diteruskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pengajuan judul skripsi, guna membantu mahasiswa STMIK Nurdin Hamzah yang telah memenuhi syarata kademik, karena selama ini pengajauan judul skripsi masih menggunakan media kertas. Adapun inputnya adalah data mahasiswa, judul skripsi dan akun user. Sedangkan outputnya adalah laporan data mahasiswa yang judul skripsinya disetujui atau tidak disetujui. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan konsep teknologi berbasis web agar dapat melayani proses pengajuan judul skripsi secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan data pengajuan judul skripsi mahasiswa dan mempercepat proses validasi kelanjutan penelitian yang sudah disetujui.

Abstract

The creation of good archival condition must be supported by a number of factors such as: the existence of an adequate system of record keeping , personnel are professional in the field of archives and take advantage of technological advances in the field of archives effectively and efficiently . However, in practice there are problems that occur , such as: less optimal handling records both active and in- active Sub administration , archives and public agencies Setda ekspedidi in Jambi province due to the lack of specialized personnel who are given tasks and responsibilities both in processing unit as well as archival unit to deal with issues related to archives , facilities and infrastructure for archival storage in active dinamiis not used optimally , lack of awareness among employees of the importance of archives as high information in the implementation of day-to- day administration , it is seen from these archives are still stacked on the desk . Based on the description outlined above , the authors are interested in doing the writing with the title " Design Information Systems Dynamic In - Active Records in Environmental Secretariat Jambi " .

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan asset utama bagi sebuah perusahaan yang berfungsi sabagai penggerak utama proses bisnisnya. Sebagai aset yang penting sudah selayaknya SDM dikelola dengan baik. Perusahaan yang tidak mengelola SDM nya dengan baik, akan berdampak buruk terhadap kinerja karyawan. Agar pengelolaannya dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka perlu didukung dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi (SI). SI mampu melakukan pengorganisasian data dengan baik dan menyediakan informasi yang berkualitas bagi organisasi. Untuk dapat membangun SI pengelolaan SDM yang baik, maka pada tahap awal perlu dilakukan analisis kebutuhan SI. Analisis kebutuhan SI merupakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan organisasi terhadap system informasi yang akan dibangun dalam mendukung proses bisnis tertentu. Analisis SI bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi semua kebutuhan system terutama kebutuhan fungsional system agar pengembangan SI dalam sebuah organisasi dapat sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang ada. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan SI terutama kebutuhan fungsional untuk SI pengelolaan SDM dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek.
