Abstract

CV. Space Venus Jambi is a private company which is located directly under the auspices of AKLI (Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association of Indonesia), on the CV. Space Venus Jambi the data processing is still using simple way is by using the Microsoft Excel application program alone, the problems that arise during information is generated on the sale of data processing is less accurate and frequent errors. The research concludes that the resulting information after processing sales data using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and mySQL databases can be better because the error rate is getting lower over the data entered is correct as well as a database created must also be true.

Abstract

Retribution is a burden or costs awarded to a person in a country who receive certain services or facilities. Retribution is more specific, such as someone getting a particular service, then it must pay a fee on a regular basis. Terminal Alam Barajo Jambi City of Edinburgh is one of the terminals that are precisely located in the province of Jambi in Jambi located at Simpang area Rimbo City of Edinburgh, the terminal is set in the land transportation of passengers and arrange bus transportation levy acceptance of each bus passengers who will pass through or towards the town of Jambi, so the Terminal Alam Barajo including passenger terminals. Abstract

Techniques Vigenere cipher alphabet cipher is a type of compound that is the most simple. Vigenere cipher applying poly alphabetic substitution method and belongs to the category in which the key is a symmetric key used for encryption is the same as the key used for the decryption process. In carrying out the method of encryption is done with the help of table vigenere tableau. Advantages of vigenere cipher of previous classical methods (Caesar cipher) that is polyalphabetic substitution for ciphrenya, where the same character has a different character substitution. However, the method vigenere However, there are some weaknesses such as the plaintext character A always get the same characters between the key and the character key and cipherteksnya experiencing continuous repetition of the same, giving rise to the same ciphertext to plaintext pieces where its position is a multiple of the key length so that the plaintext will always get the same piece for the encryption key. To avoid the drawbacks mentioned above, the need for techniques for increasing the strength of the results of this vigenere chiperteks. One of them is to make more than one key. With more than one dibuatkanya key (key-plated) which in this study the authors tried to make three key layers, the weakness that has been described as the author of the above can be resolved. The results of this study found that It is because of padded keys made ​​as many as three, while the cryptanalyst can guess that the key is created in the example above is the default key that is only one layer only and generate plaintext which still can not be read.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan kesehatan harusnya menjadi prioritas Pemerintah. Namun pada kenyataannya jumlah pelaku kesehatan seperti Dokter dan fasilitas kesehatan yang ada tidak sebanding dengan jumlah masyarakat yang menderita sakit. Kendala seperti ini banyak kita jumpai pada berbagai Pusat Layanan Kesehatan Masyarakat seperti Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit. Dibeberapa rumah sakit dan puskesmas yang ada dikota Jambi, prosedur berobat dimulai dengan pasien yang datang langsung mendaftar pada loket pendaftaran, kemudian setelah mendapatkan kartu berobat, pasien mengantri didepan masing-masing poli yang dituju. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus pada manusia seperti Influenza, Demam Berdarah, dan Flu Burung menjadi jumlah penyakit terbanyak yang diderita pasien pada musim penghujan atau masa panca roba.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) play an important role in economic development because labor absorption rate is relatively high and needs little capital investment. Therefore, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono inaugurated the MSME credit underwriting pattern with the name People's Business Credit and supported by Presidential Instruction No. 5 of 2008 on the 2008-2009 Economic Focus Program to ensure the implementation or acceleration of the implementation of these small loans. Koperasi Bunga Mawar in determining the loan eligibility of beneficiaries is closely related to decision making that involves a lot of criteria. This study aims to develop a system that can support decision making for credit loan recipients in Koperasi Bunga Mawar with Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM), so that the resulting decision in accordance with the criteria of a predetermined and well-deserved recipient of the loan is given credit. The system is built using the programming language Delphi 7.0 with the input data are the data of potential borrowers, criteria, rating interests, and suitability rating, and the output are the information on the calculation and the best candidates for loan recipients. Decision making based on criteria as a condition that has been determined by the cooperative. With the construction of this system is expected to facilitate and accelerate the Koperasi Bunga Mawar in the decision-making process and eligible members are entitled to receive a credit loan.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi yang berada di daerah Simpang IV Sipin, Telanaipura, Kota Jambi, sangat memerlukan peningkatan mutu serta kemampuan siswanya dalam memahami setiap materi pelajaran, khususnya pada materi pelajaran Perakitan Personal Komputer. Terbatasnya waktu tatap muka dikelas, penyampaian materi yang hanya menggunakan metode ceramah serta kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam proses belajar dapat menghambat kemajuanSMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi dalam meningkatkan prestasi. Pembuatan aplikasi berbasis Multimedia ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi media ajar yang dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaian materi kususnya pelajaran Perakitan Personal Komputer secara rinci. Aplikasi Media Ajar pada SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi ini terdiri antarmuka untukpengguna. Antarmuka input untuk pengguna terdiri dari menu Materi, danmenu Soal Evaluasi. Sedangkan output aplikasi ini menghasilkan informasi berdasarkan menu yang di pilih. Aplikasi ini menggunakan aplikasi multimedia Adobe Flash CS3 sebagai program utama. Hasil yang diharapkan dari aplikasi Media Ajar ini adalah adanya peningkatan minat belajar para siswa untuk mempelajari materi Perakitan Personal Komputer dan demi untuk mempermudah para guru dalam penyampaian materi ini sehingga proses belajar lebih optimal dengan durasi watu yang sangat terbatas, serta untuk meningkatkan mutu belajar siswaSMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to compare two algorithms, Wiener and Lucy-Richardson in order to restore blurred image. The tested image that is used in the experiment is randomly chosen from a set of images that is often used in digital image processing. Then the chosen image is given two kinds of blur effect which are Gaussian and motion blur which have different level of blur. After the blur effect is given, the degradation image is restored using Wiener and Lucy-Richardson algorithm. The restored images are compared with the original images to calculate the pixel error. From the experiment, it is found that Wiener algorithm is better than Lucy-Richardson in order to restore blurred image in case of Motion and Gaussian Blur.
