Abstract

Data is an essential asset that must be protected due to its strategic role in maintaining the continuity of information systems. Therefore, data security becomes a crucial aspect in information management. One of the approaches to ensure data security is through the application of cryptographic techniques. Two commonly used classical cryptographic algorithms are the Rail Fence Cipher and the Vigenere Cipher. However, the use of a single algorithm has weaknesses, as it remains vulnerable to brute-force attacks. This study aims to combine two cryptographic methods, namely the transposition technique (Rail Fence) and the substitution technique (Vigenere), to enhance resistance against brute force attacks. The research employs an experimental method by implementing the combined algorithms using the Python programming language. Testing was conducted on three scenarios: encryption using Rail Fence, Vigenere, and their combination. The results show that the combined algorithm increases key space and produces more complex character distribution patterns, thereby improving security against brute-force attacks.

Abstract

Due to its manual reliance on conventional promotional techniques such as distributing flyers and posters, PT Lestari Inti Properti faces challenges in selling subsidized housing products. In the digital era, this situation limits promotional reach and reduces marketing effectiveness. The goal of this project is to create a web-based marketing information system that can manage the company's sales and administration data in an integrated manner and function as a digital promotional tool. Using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology, prototyping techniques are applied through the phases of rapid design, testing and feedback, prototyping, and requirements communication. The result of this study is the design of a prototype housing marketing information system that includes a login module, housing data management, ordering procedures, and transaction reports. Use case structures, activity diagrams, and class diagrams are used in the design of this system to fully explain how users interact with business operations. This system can increase marketing reach, speed up administrative procedures, and reduce data input errors, according to the design results. Therefore, PT Lestari Inti Properti can improve operational effectiveness and competitiveness in the digital market by using a web-based marketing information system.

Abstract

The web-based promotion and ordering information system is designed to facilitate users in ordering photography packages online. This website makes it easy for users to find information about Demahouse Studio and conduct promotions, simply through the website. This system also simplifies data management for administrators, including package data, order data, gallery data, and transaction data. Prior to this website, Demahouse Studio still used manual ordering and data management, resulting in no valid order data storage. Users seeking photography services had to book directly with the studio. By utilizing information technology, the website is expected to simplify user access and compete with other studios. To facilitate this, attractive and up-to-date promotional media and information are also needed on the website.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a web-based office information system for Dwigital.id (CV. Klik Anugerah Ciptareka) using the CodeIgniter framework to enhance internal work efficiency and accelerate customer interaction through WhatsApp API integration. The research employs a qualitative approach with the Waterfall development model, consisting of stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system includes main features such as CRUD Withdraw, CRUD Sales System, and Monitoring System integrated with WhatsApp for direct communication with customers. The testing process uses the Black Box Testing method to evaluate the functionality an reliability of each module. The results show that the system runs effectively and meets user needs, improving administrative performance and real-time customer engagement. The developed system is declared feasible for operational implementation and contributes to improving Dwigital.id digital service management.

Abstract

The quality of public service is a crucial factor for companies such as the Regional Water Company. The main challenges often faced are the slow handling of customer complaints, difficulty in accessing billing information, and the bureaucratic process of new connection registration. This research aims to design and build an integrated web and mobile-based customer service information system. The research method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is the customer service application, which consists of three platforms: (1) A back office web for administrators, supervisors, and superadmins to manage master data, monitor, and delegate complaints and reports; (2) An Android Mobile Application for Customers, featuring online complaints, complaint tracking, new connection registration, bill checking, self-service meter reading, and news information; (3) An Android Mobile Application for Field Officers, which functions to receive and update the status of complaint work orders. The implementation of this system has successfully transformed manual business processes into digital ones, thereby increasing response speed, data transparency, and customer satisfaction one of them is PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Mayang.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan peluang besar dalam peningkatan sistem keamanan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan Siskamling secara manual masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti jadwal ronda yang tidak teratur, absensi yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta keterlambatan pelaporan kejadian mencurigakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Keamanan RT berbasis web yang menyediakan fitur penjadwalan ronda, absensi digital, dan pelaporan kejadian. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini membantu meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi keamanan serta memudahkan warga dan pengurus RT dalam melakukan pendataan kegiatan ronda.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged government institutions to digitize administrative activities, including letter archiving. At SSDM POLRI, archive management was still carried out manually through physical documents and agenda books, causing slow retrieval, a high risk of loss or damage, and the absence of an integrated centralized system. This study aims to design a web-based digital letter archiving system that improves the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of archive management. The system was developed using the Prototype method, supported by observation, interviews, and literature review. The application manages incoming and outgoing letters, letter categories, users, and search functionality using PHP and MySQL. Functional testing showed a 100% success rate for all main use cases. Performance testing reached a PageSpeed Insight score of 100/100 and a GTMetrix performance score of 82% with a 1.9-second load time. Security testing found no high or medium risks and confirmed the site was free from malware and blacklist status

Abstract

Sistem informasi berbasis web berperan penting dalam mendukung efisiensi dan akurasi proses administrasi perusahaan. Salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia adalah sistem pengajuan cuti yang terintegrasi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pengajuan cuti pada Sistem Informasi Klik Medika berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Modul ini dirancang untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam mengajukan cuti secara daring serta membantu bagian administrasi dalam memverifikasi, memantau, dan mencetak laporan pengajuan cuti secara otomatis. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik, ditandai dengan keberhasilan fungsi utama seperti input data cuti, validasi sisa cuti, perubahan status persetujuan, serta ekspor data ke format CSV dan cetak laporan. Dengan adanya modul ini, proses pengajuan cuti menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan efisien dibandingkan sistem manual sebelumnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan modul serupa pada sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis web di instansi lain.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the ineffective manual management of planning product data at the Planning Division of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jambi City, which caused delays in data processing and information distribution. This study aims to develop a web-based Product Database Application for the Planning Division. The research methods include system requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using PHP, HTML, and MySQL, and system testing. The system provides access rights for administrators and users, and includes features for data input, edit, update, delete, and report printing. Based on black box testing, all system features functioned properly with a success rate of 100%. The implementation of this application is expected to improve the efficiency, transparency, and speed of information distribution, as well as support the development of information technology capabilities within the Planning Division of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jambi City
