Abstract

Integrated Service Unit of Construction Services Area as a container that serves as a place to carry out the process of training, testing and development of Manpower Construction Services. However, still doing the process of data processing and dissemination of information in a non-computerized. Data processing is still done in this way causing some problems and constraints, including the processing of administrative data that takes a lot of time, the resulting information is still less accurate. The method used in the compilation of data and information is done by survey data which includes primary data and secondary data. The design of an online database system includes contractor data processing, consultant data, Skill Certificate data, Expertise Certificate, Construction Enterprise Data integrated in an online database. Based on the research done, it can be concluded that the data processing and information process are non-computerized, not yet integrated and the online database created displaying info such as profile, Skilled Power Data, Data Experts, online training list, vision and mission.

Abstract

The development of Mobile Learning Management System (M-LMS) is designed to improve the effectiveness and practicability of Human and Computer Interaction subject (IMK) in the study program of Information System in STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi. Mobile Learning is a development of e-learning. Learning Management System (LMS) with the concept of e-learning model utilizes internet facilities and mobile devices. These concept is also known as Mobile learning management System. A survey that have been conducted to the lecturer of IMK as well as the students who take this subject indicates that in avarage of 90% of them own private mobile device whether smartphone, android, and laptops. To date, the result or outcome of IMK students tend to low due to the learning process that still use traditional way while the subject matter developed along with the development of technology. Therefore, it is conceives the importance of having a learning model by using Mobile learning Management System (M-LMS). The M-LMS that developed aims to impove the outcomes of students who take the subject of human and computer interaction. The objective of designed learning model is as a suplement in the learning proccess, thus it could increase the effectiveness and practicability of IMK subject. The research was conducted by using quantitative methods that involved 51 students (26 students from experiment classroom and 25 students from control classroom) and 3 lecturers who teach IMK. The analysis technique is done based on the result of questionnaire on the implementation of learning model by using Mobile learning Management System. The result shows that the development of M-LMS on the IMK subject that have been tested is supported both by lecturers and students.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is considered difficult for most students. This is because mathematics demands to think hard and tend to be abstract so that students find it difficult to understand it. The basic concept of mathematics is a matter of principle and important to support the development of further learning outcomes, one of which is the matter of ordinary fractional operations. Some elementary school students consider ordinary fractional operations are a difficult subject. In SDN 204 / IV Kotabaru Jambi, a lesson learned especially in Mathematics lesson. With the sophistication of technology, the authors use computer media as a medium they like, by making an apilkasi adobe-based learning media flash cs3.Penelitian aims to build an application of mathematical learning media operations of traditional fractions and apply Adobe Flash CS3 Professional in order to improve interest in learning of the students as well as improving the quality and quality of elementary school students 204 / IV Kotabaru Jambi.

Abstract

Exciting learning is the first step toward achieving quality learning outcomes. One of the alternatives to get a fun learning for students is by using multimedia-based learning media using Adobe Flash Cs4 Applications. Based on interviews with teachers as a leader in SMP Negeri 8 Kota Jambi it is known that there are some problems encountered related to the practice of motion on the red cross, the observation material hard to find, due to lack of interactive media in the school. Difficulty observing, students who tend to be passive and less actively thinking. Based on these problems, the researcher made the Application of Learning Media First Aid Based Multimedia Cases which is the integration between images, video, material and simulation on motion competence in high level plants. By designing this application is expected to help increase interest in learning from the students, then able to receive the lessons well.

Abstract

Research was conducted at boarding AL-Jauharen Jambi Opposite to the process of teaching mathematics. This study aims to look at how the process of teaching the teachers and what obstacles encountered in the learning process. Mathematics teaching process is still done manually, the teacher is very dominant, the students have been hearing what the teacher explained. This method menghasil student learning outcomes were not significant, the math is still considered a difficult subject. Need to develop a mathematical model of a more interactive learning based on ICT, to improve student learning outcomes. Allows teachers and students in the learning process. To attract the attention and interest of student learning, to focus on understanding the material presented by the teacher. Waterfall methodology used to develop this model, by the way from the field to know directly the problems facing the MTS Pondok Pesantren Al-Jauharen Seberang Jambi. The results of this study resulted in an ICT-based interactive learning model designed using Adobe Flash CS5.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of lecturer Prodi Information Systems in giving lectures, the processed evaluation of faculty performance as an input for the lecturer of the course and the manager of the institution in the decision of the findings in order to improve the quality of lecturers in teaching that will have an impact on the quality of students produced, Research procedures conducted by distributing questionnaires to students as respondents question, more or less there are 173 students involved in filling out the questionnaire. Questionnaire The questionnaire is grouped in three categories of questions: 1). Lecturer As a planner Class; 2) Lecturer As Executive Class; (3) Lecturer As Evaluator Class; with a total of questions as many as 21 items. These results indicate that the performance of lecturers in teaching planner category of four items of questions, three items are on a Likert scale of 4, with intervals of values from 3.40 to 4.19, and the first item is at 3 Likert scale, with the interval 2,60- 3.39. Category Lecturer In Implementing Teaching, faculty positions are on a scale of 4 to 11-item Likert questions asked of 12 items, 1 item is on the Likert scale 3 with an interval from 2.60 to 3.39. Category Lecturer As Evaluator, 3 out of 5 items lecturers are positioned questions on a Likert scale of 4, with intervals of values from 3.40 to 4.19, and the second item on a Likert scale 3 that interval of values from 2.60 to 3.39. Results of the evaluation of faculty performance average for all three categories in the position enough, with the interval of values from 3.40 to 4.19. Policies need to be taken by the management to improve some items that value interval 2.60 to 3.39 in order to improve the quality of students.

Abstract

M-LMS android is an innovative learning model using internet technology. One of the media or applications that can be used to facilitate learning is to use M-LMS based android. M-LMS based on android implemented to improve teacher competence in SMKN 1 City of Jambi. In 2017 teachers in SMKN 1 city of Jambi on average from their teachers have used android as much as 98% and students who use android as much as 91.82%, 2.24% using IOS, Manual 4% and 1.94% have no android nor IOS. M-LMS android is one of the learning models that will be used in SMKN 1 Kota Jambi. In addition to the learning managerial implemented, M-LMS is able to provide new alternatives about information-based learning media that can be used in the learning process both in the classroom whenever and wherever. Problems can also be solved when a learning model emerges using M-LMS using an android based flatform moodle that can help teachers and students in the learning process whenever and wherever.

Abstract

The processing system of savings and loan at Cooperative/ KoperasiCempaka Wangi Jambi which has been running so far still uses manual system whose data is still stored in the ledger. Some formulation of the problems were put forward namely how did the process of data of savings and loan go?, with the aim to know how the prosess of data processing of savings and loan was going on and also to design a system that solved the problem in the processing of savings and loans in order to provide precise and fast information, and without any data concurrence. In this study the authors used library research, field research and performed analysis using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) as a tool. Data processing system of preparing reports that were expected were still less effective and efficient. Therefore the author tried to design a website-based information system to produce accurate and precise information so that it could assits the leader in making decisions. The purpose of making this thesis was to design a system of data processing of savings and loan to be more effective and efficient. As for its application, it is suggested that the first thing to be done is to find out the system that is running and the need for training and introduction to the cooperative party in order to understand the application program that will be applied.

Abstract

PT. Trium Putra Prima is a company engaged in the retail, especially for the Matahari Department Store. PT. Trium Putra Prima in cooperation with Matahari Departement Store by supplying Dr. products. Kevin to Matahari Departement Store, for its own data processing at Matahari Departement Store. PT. Trium Putra Prima still use manual method which where the data must be processed in the form of inputting goods, store, data of incoming goods, sales and report also still use manual method so that data obtained sometimes not accurate with existing data. Based on the above conclusions then need to be designed in order to facilitate the process of data processing. For that needed a system that will serve as a study entitled "Sales Data Information System At PT. Trium Putra Prima. System development method used is by using Visual Basic 6.0 application.
