Abstract

Inventory is a form of recording carried out to determine the stock of goods. Like the inventory sistem of goods at the Hotel Pundi Rezeki, it is not yet computerized and well integrated, so that errors in information often occur especially in the data of goods. Problems like this will have an impact on reports that must be made that are related to payroll. The method used by the author in this research is to conduct observations, interviews, literature studies, field studies, information sistem design followed by the construction of information sistems. The results of this study are inventory information sistems at the Hotel Pundi Rezeki built using the Visual Basic Programming language, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as Program Editor and MySql as a database. Abstract

Inventory of goods in a company is one of the company's current assets that is expected to produce maximum profits in the sales process. In order for the sale to proceed as expected, information such as remaining goods, purchase of goods and expenditure of goods must be obtained at any time quickly and accurately. This is very much needed by management in the decision making process that determines the speed of the company's development. Making an information system about inventory that supports the evaluation, analysis and decision making process at the leadership level. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Web- based item data processing, so that it can provide complete information about the inventory asset data through a computerized system. By using the PHP programming language and MySQL database it is expected to be able to handle the asset report.

Abstract

The hospital keeps medical record documents in the filling section on both the insulated shelf and the roll o’pack. The hospital needs to procure medical record document shelves, taking into account many aspects. The Amanah Mother Hospital in Surakarta has never calculated the need for shelves for storing medical records, the increase in the number of patient visits is not balanced with the addition of storage. The purpose of this study is to build computer applications to calculate the needs and predictions of storing medical record documents. Research methods include (1) Planning, (2) Data Collection & Requirement Analysis, (3) Designing, (4) Making, (5) Testing & Evaluating (6) Using the system. This research produces a computer application that is able to calculate the storage needs and predictions of storage of medical record documents for the next 5 years based on the number of new patient visits in the last 3 years, the size of the rack dimensions and the average thickness of medical record documents. The results of the needs report and the prediction of the storage of medical records must be considered by the hospital for procurement of shelves. Conclusion computer applications have been able to help hospitals to calculate the needs of storing medical record documents and predict the need for efficiently storing medical record documents.

Abstract

Agriculture is the engine of the Indonesian economy. Based on the records of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in the second quarter of 2017, the agricultural sector continued to make a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy. According to BPS, it is seen that the amount of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP) reached Rp 3,366.8 trillion. The data seems to be a scourge when juxtaposed with the fact that the number of farmers in Indonesia is decreasing, this was concluded by BPS in February 2017 which shows that the number of farmers in Indonesia is only 36 million, meaning that only 13.95% of the total population of Indonesia. Given that Indonesia is starting a period of demographic bonus, which means young people of productive age will exceed that of others. The problem becomes more complex when farmers often get unfair prices from middlemen because regulations are not maximally set. This research offers a solution that can make young people see the world of agriculture and plantations is not an embarrassment to become a profession as well as answering farmers' unrest by providing access to fair price stability. The touch of technology makes this solution offered as an adaptive step in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This research will involve farmers, traders and middlemen as the main actors, they will be given extensive opportunities with the reach of regulations that do not side with anyone. The system offered can also be applied in all regions of Indonesia with unlimited coverage, but this research will involve several farmer groups in several regions of Jambi Province with their respective commodities. This research will produce an application that moves in a new transaction system between farmers as sellers, traders and also middlemen as buyers with fearful regulation.

Abstract

In Indonesia rice program for poor families called by the term raskin. Raskin program is one of the goverment’s efforts to reduce expenditure burden of poor families. But in practice his field, decision-making criteria to determine the recipient of rice that has accurred generally does not refer to the criteria of poor families, resulting int the distribution of rice is misplaced. Fuzzy logic is a method us in this research is the method of Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), and methods used in FMADM in Weighted Product method (WP). Development of data processing built using Visual Basic 6.0 programming languange and uses MySQL database input an output. The result achieved in this study is a decision support sysem raskin division is right on target and in accordance with the specified criteria. Thereby minimizing froud in the distribution of rice for the poor.

Abstract

The Information and Complaints Service Unit (UPIK) is a media for receiving and responding to information or input from the public related to government administration and public services to submit complaints, information and suggestions for the development of government services in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency for the better. The aim is to facilitate the public in notifying or complaining of problems in urban development or government problems and issues related to inadequate public facilities. Because these problems can become obstacles to the progress of a government. During this time the public complaints system in Tanjab Timur Regency still uses sms so that it is less optimal, namely the absence of transparency or openness of information between admin and user. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new system, which is a web-based information service unit and public complaints service system that makes it easy for the public to submit complaints and this system is transparent or there is openness between the admin and user. Input data in the form of fire data, complaint data, attitude violence data, traffic traffic data, critical data, and message data to be processed and the output in the form of fire data reports, complaint data, attitude violence data, and traffic traffic data. By making this information system it is hoped that it can help the people of Tanjab Timur in making complaints or see other information about East Tanjab Regency more easily and transparently and transparently from the admin.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Jambi City Sector Power Plant is a state-owned company that deals with all aspects of electricity. So far in the management of promotional data and employee mutations are still using the manual way and by recording the activities on the record books and promotion of employee records, resulting in waste of time and data delays resulting in inefficient. Information presented such as making a report often has a delay due to the long time for processing so it can not be presented at any time. It causes the functions associated with the operational activities of PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sector of Kota Jambi ex PLTD Kasang can not be implemented optimally. In this thesis report is made information system of promotion and employee mutation used to assist or facilitate manager of PT. PLN in managing employee data in the form of data input branch, job data, employee data, promotion data, employee mutation data and will produce output that is report of promotion data and employee mutation report. Software development using Web programming language using SQL database. From this research resulted a design of information system of promotion and mutation of employees that can facilitate data management of PT. PLN in data processing employees and making reports.

Abstract

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a disorder in which the contents of the stomach reflux repeatedly into the esophagus (esophagus), which causes symptoms and or complications that, interfere. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of risk of GERD in respondents based on diet, lifestyle, and perceived symptoms. The method used in this study is a decision tree with the C.45 algorithm. To make a decision tree WEKA tools are used, where data obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 51 respondents to determine diet and lifestyle, then to predict the risk level of GERD a web-based decision support system was built using the Php programming language and the MySQL database. The input needs consist of respondent data input, questionnaire question data input, news data input, and training data input, with process requirements that include respondent data processing, questionnaire question data processing, news data processing, questionnaire data processing, and reporting process, which will produce training data output reports by gender, training data reports by date and prediction results. This study resulted in a design of a decision support system to determine the risk level of GERD that can help medical staff aware and educate the public to recognize early symptoms of GERD disease and to help general practitioners advise patients with GERD.

Abstract

MIs Betung is one of the schools that already has a scholarship program given to outstanding students and disadvantaged students. Scholarships are given by several government and non-government institutions. To simplify the scholarship selection process at MIS Betung, the authors propose a computer-based decision support system that can make the scholarship selection process faster and the decision results obtained more accurately, as well as minimizing the level of subjectivity in assessment. The Scholarship Acceptance Decision Support System was built using the profile matching method. The profile matching method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative of the aspects of the existing criterion. Working from the profilematching method is to compare the profile values ​​of the scholarship recipient candidates with the target values ​​from the criteria set by MIs Betung. the weight of the canalical value. The Scholarship Acceptance Decision Support System Application was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and the MySQL database.

Abstract

Advances in the form of technology education system has replaced the role of the application of manual learning known to society in general to be developed in the form of electronic learning (e-learning) in an effort to improve learning effective and efficient, so that learning activities become flexible. In this analysis the method used is waterfall, this waterfall model for details of the project activities into a linear sequential phase, where each phase depends on the previous post PDA and according to the task Sepesialization. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of learning teaching in the school MTS Darul Muttaqin AL-Amin, Depok, conclude that the application of learning to teach electronically (E-learning) A learning media option and seeks to facilitate teachers and students in the learning process in order to provide a more effective and efficient learning system, improve self-learning ability, provide the flexibility of learning interactions both in terms of time and place, make students more sensitive to the advancement of technology, and make the learning atmosphere more enjoyable.
