Abstract

Efisiensi operasional merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat strategi utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, yaitu automasi proses, pengelolaan sumber daya, pemantauan kinerja menggunakan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), dan peningkatan pelatihan karyawan. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis temuan sebelumnya, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing strategi memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Namun, pendekatan yang terintegrasi antara strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti lebih efektif dalam mencapai hasil yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan operasional mereka, mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis, dan meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between (GCG) and (CSR) in supporting business sustainability in the digital era. GCG acts as a framework to ensure company management is carried out in a transparent and accountable manner, while CSR focuses on positive contributions to society and the environment. Collaboration between the two not only strengthens the company's reputation, but also strengthens relationships with stakeholders, contributing to long-term sustainability. Implementing GCG and CSR simultaneously can improve financial performance through operational efficiency, increasing investor attractiveness and customer loyalty. In the digital era, technology provides tools to measure and report social and environmental impacts with more precision, while facilitating active stakeholder participation. By utilizing technological innovation, companies can increase transparency and effectiveness in implementing sustainability practices. This research is expected to make an important contribution to the development of management theory and practice and offer recommendations for more sustainable business practices in the future.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major driver of change in management accounting, forcing companies to adapt to new technologies and change organizational culture. This study explores the challenges and opportunities faced by management accounting in the digital era. Key challenges include the integration of new technologies into existing systems, implementation costs, the need for new skills, data security, and changes in organizational culture. On the other hand, digital transformation offers significant opportunities, such as automation of accounting processes, real-time data access, in-depth data analytics, and increased data security through technologies such as blockchain. By leveraging digital technology, companies can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase competitiveness in the market. This study uses a literature study method with article analysis from academic databases to provide practical recommendations for accounting and management professionals in dealing with rapid and complex changes in today's business environment.

Abstract

In the current era of business digitalization, innovation in operational models is very important to maintain the sustainability of business strategies. This research aims to investigate how the application of digital technology can change operational models to support sustainable business strategies. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes various case studies of companies that have successfully implemented digital innovation in their operations. This analysis focuses on changes in the value chain, adapting to new technologies, and developing an organization's ability to survive in an unstable environment. The research results show that digitalization helps companies increase efficiency, transparency and responsiveness to sustainability demands from markets and regulations. In addition, this research identifies important factors that influence the success of digital technology integration, such as visionary leadership, a culture of innovation, and organizational readiness to accept change. These findings contribute to the business strategy literature by offering a framework for sustainable operational model innovation in the digital era. Additionally, this study provides practical insights for business stakeholders seeking to ensure sustainability and competitiveness in an ever-changing economy. Managerial implications and recommendations for future research are also discussed in this study.

Abstract

Examining how purchasing habits and sales promotions affect impulsive purchases on the Lazada marketplace is the goal of this research. Explanatory research methodology was used in this quantitative investigation. Questions and paperwork were the methods utilized to obtain the data. In Jatimulyo Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, 100 respondents from the Lazada marketplace were selected by the purposive sample technique. This study's findings indicate that impulse buying on the Lazada marketplace is positively impacted, albeit partially and simultaneously, by sales promotions and shopping habits.It is necessary to optimize sales promotion strategies by providing price discounts and addling more prizes so that consumer impulse buying increases. Additionally, it is necessary to optimize the lifestyle shopping strategy by providing more attractive fashion advertisements so that the consumer impulse buying increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran berpikir kritis dalam mendorong inovasi sebagai bagian integral dari manajemen perubahan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa berpikir kritis berkontribusi signifikan terhadap inovasi melalui empat mekanisme utama. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis memungkinkan organisasi untuk merespons perubahan secara lebih efektif dan menghasilkan solusi inovatif yang relevan dengan dinamika pasar yang kompleks. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam organisasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing di era perubahan yang dinamis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dari aspek pemasaran online dengan fokus pada UMKM Rajanya Risol di Cikarang Selatan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Rajanya Risol, sebagai salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, menawarkan produk risol dengan berbagai isian dan memanfaatkan pemasaran online melalui platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, dan Tiktok. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran online memberikan peluang besar bagi UMKM untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas, sementara pemasaran offline tetap penting untuk interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan. Melalui studi kelayakan bisnis, diharapkan pengusaha dapat mengidentifikasi risiko, membuat keputusan yang lebih baik, dan meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan usaha. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of digital transformation on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of innovation and sustainability in today's digital landscape. This research highlights the important role of digital technology, such as e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems, in improving the operational efficiency and market reach of MSMEs. Despite the potential benefits, the research reveals that only 12% of MSMEs have successfully integrated digital technology into their operations, indicating a major gap that needs to be addressed. The findings show that cultivating a culture of creativity and innovation in MSMEs is critical to improving their performance and ensuring long-term sustainability. Additionally, government initiatives aimed at improving the digital capabilities of MSMEs were discussed, showcasing the collaborative efforts needed to support the sector. Overall, this research underscores the need for continued support and resources to help MSMEs thrive in an increasingly digital economy.

Abstract

Persepsi karyawan terhadap kebijkan kesejahteraan yang diterapkan di perusahaan manufaktur, khususnya di EJIP (East Industrial Park), dibahas dalam artikel ini. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup karyawan secara fisik dan mental, ada banyak inisiatif yang termasuk dalam kebijakan kesejahteraan karyawan. Dengan menggunakan contoh yang relevan dari media online sebagai data awal,penelitian ini mengevaluasi struktur bahasa dan ejaan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang presepsi masyarakat terhadap kebijakan kesejahteraan dalam seberapa efektif kebijakan tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan dipengaruhi oleh implementasi kebijakan, tingkat kepuasan karyawan,dan lingkungan kerja yang meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan fisik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Lebak Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. In this research, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research has a sample and population of 37 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 29. The results of the analysis prove that partially, work discipline and work motivation each have a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
