Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The analysis method in this study uses panel data regression analysis, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The population of this study is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, and the sample in this study consists of 6 companies that have met the sample selection criteria using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that partially (t-test), the Current Ratio has an effect on Return On Equity, the Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on Return On Equity, and the results showed that simultaneously (F-test) or together, the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Return On Equity in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019- 2023 period.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence work conflict and stress has on job satisfaction with the work environment as an intervening variable at PT. Mandiri Palm Oil Business (USM) Jorong Simpang Kec. Koto Balingka District. West Pasaman. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 89 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPls application. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between conflict on the work environment. There is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on the Work environment. There is a positive and significant influence between Conflict and Job Satisfaction. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction. . There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Conflict on Job Satisfaction and the Work Environment as an intervening variable. There is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on Job Satisfaction with the Work Environment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Human Resource Competence and Work Discipline have on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Office of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Agam Regency. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 3 respondents. The data analysis method used was SEM. The population and sample of this study were employees of the Office of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Agam Regency. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Resource Competence on Work Motivation. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Work Motivation. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Human Resource Competence on Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Work Motivation does not mediate Human Resource Competence on Employee Performance. Work Motivation does not mediate Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze flexible working space, work discipline and employee productivity on PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Padang BYPASS. The sampling technique in this study used non probability sampling saturated sample technique. The research sample consisted of 22 respondents. Processing of research data using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of this study state that the F test shows that flexible working space and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee productivity at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Padang BYPASS. The results of the t test state that flexible working space has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, and work discipline has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity partially at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Padang BYPASS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan pada pengguna e-commerce TikTok Shop Tokopedia yang berdomisili di Kota Padang. Judul penelitian ini adalah: “Pengaruh Live streaming dan Flash sale Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion Pada E-commerce TikTok Shop Tokopedia (Studi Pada Pengguna E-commerce TikTok Shop Tokopedia di Kota Padang).”Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh live streaming dan flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya dalam konteks e-commerce TikTok Shop Tokopedia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-commerce TikTok Shop Tokopedia di Kota Padang yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) v24 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Live streaming berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Flash sale berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) Live streaming dan flash sale secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Besarnya pengaruh live streaming dan flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 58,5%, dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,585 sedangkan sisanya 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study using a survey method. This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Consumtive Behavior and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions of Somethinc Skincare (Case Study of UNIDHA Undergraduate Manajemen Study Program Students). The study was conducted on female students of Dharma Andalas University. The population in the study was 348 people. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and the results of the analysis will be presented in table form. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method with the criteria for respondents being active female students of Dharma Andalas University, who had purchased Somethinc Skincare products in the last 3 months. The sample size was calculated using the Rao Soft Sample Size Calculator software so that the sample in the study was 100 respondents. The results of the study showed that the variable Consumtive Behavior had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the variabel Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the variables Consumtive Behavior and Lifestyle had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Financial management is an activity that is consistently performed by every individual. Knowledge and understanding of the financial field are key factors in the effective management of finances. Financial literacy is a crucial element in the management of financial behavior, while locus of control plays a significant role in regulating wise financial behavior.The objective of this study is to determine the influence of financial literacy and locus of control on financial behavior among K-Pop fans in Padang City. The research utilizes a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of K-Pop fans who are members of communities in Padang City. The sampling technique employed in this study is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 175 respondents.The results of the study indicate that 1. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. 2. Locus of control has a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior. 3. Both financial literacy and locus of control have a simultaneous effect on financial behavior.

And sampling in this study use$d the$ rao soft size$ calculator software$ me$thod to calculate$ the$ numbe$r of sample$s, so the$ sample$ in this study was 123 FE$B stude$nts at Dharma Andalas Unive$rsity. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable using a quantitative method. The research aims to determine the effect of lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions in fashion thrifting, with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This study employs a survey method with a quantitative approach, where data was collected from 96 respondents who are thrifting consumers. The population in this study consists of all consumers who purchase fashion thrifting in Padang City, with an unknown exact number, and the research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to all respondents, which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Least Square). The results show that lifestyle has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions, although this effect becomes stronger when mediated by purchase intention. The intervening variable test indicates that purchase intention strengthens the relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions. Thus, purchase intention serves as a significant intervening variable in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Electronic Word of Moutht (eWOM) dan Beauty Vlogger Review melalui Tiktok terhadap Minat Beli Produk Skintific (survei pada Gen Z di kota Padang). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi Gen Z di kota Padang yang menggunakan Tiktok dan pernah melihat promosi produk Skintific. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, sehingga jumlah sampel yang didapatkan 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) eWOM melalui Tiktok berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Skintific, (2) Vlogger Review melalui Tiktok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Skintific, (3) eWOM dan Beauty Vlogger Review melalui Tiktok secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Skintific.
