Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and testing the influence of educational and disciplinary variables partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. In this research, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research population was 490 people and samples were taken using the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests. The research results show that partially education has no influence on employee work productivity, while discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, education and discipline together have a significant effect on employee work productivity. The correlation between education and discipline has a very strong relationship with a value (R2) of 0.840, while the final ability of education and discipline is 84% ​​and the remaining 16% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Product expansion is a strategic step often taken by companies to expand market coverage and improve competitiveness. In the culinary industry, product innovation and diversification are key to attracting the attention of consumers who are increasingly dynamic in their preferences. Bolu Amanda, as one of the cake brands that has established its position in the Indonesian market, is a clear example of how local brands can compete through product quality and effective business strategies. With an established reputation, product expansion is a logical step to respond to the growing market needs. However, product expansion is not just about adding new variants, but also about understanding market potential and consumer needs. The right strategy involves in-depth research into consumer preferences, market trends, as well as relevant innovations. In the context of Bolu Amanda, this expansion step is interesting to study, considering that competition in the food industry is getting tougher with many new players offering similar products. This requires Bolu Amanda to continue to prioritize its competitive advantages in terms of taste, quality, and branding. This article aims to explore Bolu Amanda's product expansion strategy and analyze the potential market that the brand can reach. Using a case study approach, this article will discuss how Bolu Amanda capitalizes on existing opportunities, challenges faced, and innovative steps taken to remain relevant amidst changing consumer preferences. This study is expected to provide insights not only for Bolu Amanda, but also for other industry players who want to learn successful strategies in product expansion.

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis PlayStation ini mengevaluasi peluang usaha penyewaan PlayStation dengan fokus pada aspek pasar, teknis, operasional, keuangan, hukum, sosial, dan lingkungan. Bisnis ini memiliki prospek baik dengan permintaan tinggi di kalangan pelajar dan komunitas gamer. Modal awal mencakup pembelian konsol, TV, dan fasilitas pendukung, dengan proyeksi waktu balik modal (BEP) yang kompetitif. Dampak sosialnya mencakup penciptaan lapangan kerja dan hiburan berkualitas, sementara dampak lingkungan dikelola melalui efisiensi energi dan pengelolaan limbah elektronik. Dengan strategi pemasaran efektif dan lokasi strategis, bisnis ini dinilai layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

The changing lifestyle of urban communities has led to an increasing demand for practical services, including express laundry with pick-up and delivery services. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of an express laundry service with pick-up and delivery. The analysis considers market, technical, management, legal, and financial aspects to determine whether the business is viable. The research method involves market surveys, in-depth interviews, and financial feasibility analysis using parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The results indicate that the express laundry business with pick-up and delivery services has a large market potential with high consumer interest. From a financial perspective, this business demonstrates profitability that meets investment criteria, while the main challenges lie in logistics management and the development of effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Makanan kriuk semakin digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena teksturnya yang renyah dan rasa yang khas. Tren ini dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup modern yang lebih mengutamakan kepraktisan. Sayangnya, meskipun permintaan pasar terus tumbuh, persaingan di industri makanan ringan juga semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penjualan makanan kriuk dan menawarkan strategi pemasaran yang bisa membantu pelaku usaha menghadapi tantangan ini. Dengan menggunakan survei terhadap konsumen di Cikarang Utara dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan SWOT dan TOWS untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang dihadapi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk adalah faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, diikuti oleh harga yang kompetitif dan promosi digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi yang disarankan meliputi pengembangan produk inovatif, memanfaatkan media sosial secara kreatif, dan memperluas distribusi melalui e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan ini, pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualan sekaligus memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation and corporate financial performance, with digital transformation as a moderating variable. In an increasingly complex digital era, the integration of ESG with digital technology has become a crucial factor in determining company success and sustainability. Through a qualitative approach with library research methods, this study analyzes various academic and professional literature sources during the 2014-2024 period. The results show that companies with effective ESG implementation achieve operational efficiency improvements of up to 20%, while the integration of digital technology in ESG implementation increases efficiency by up to 30% compared to conventional approaches. The use of technologies such as Internet of Things, blockchain, and artificial intelligence in ESG management results in 60% faster and more accurate risk identification. Sectoral analysis reveals significant impact variations, with the manufacturing sector recording a 30% increase in operational efficiency, the financial services sector experiencing a 25% increase in customer satisfaction, and the energy sector showing 35% higher revenue growth for sustainable portfolios. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the role of digital transformation as a catalyst for ESG implementation and improving corporate financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as an intervening variable in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 a total of 95 companies. The population of this study is all Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Until a sample of 30 samples from the criteria that have been determined. The method used in this study is a survey method of quantitative descriptive approach. The technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the study show that profitability and company size have a significant effect on the capital structure. Profitability and capital structure have a significant effect on the value of the company, while the size of the company has no effect on the value of the company. Capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability and company size on company value in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Bogor Tourism College. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 employees of the Bogor Tourism College, which were then processed using the Smartpls 4.0 application using the SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.328, T Statistics 1.982 > 1.96 and P-values 0.024 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. The results obtained from Motivation on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.590, T Statistics 3.628 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Motivation with an original sample value of 0.920, T Statistics 64,976 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Motivation. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation with an original sample value of 0.543, T Statistics 3.838 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence marketing strategy and price have on purchasing decisions through motorbike discounts at Yamaha dealer PT. Thamrin Mukomuko. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 66 respondents. The analytical method used is the structural equation model using smartpls. The research results obtained show a significant influence of marketing strategy on discounts. There is a significant influence of price on discounts. There is a significant influence of marketing strategy on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence of price on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance through work stress as an intervening variable at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The sample of this study involved 60 respondents who were randomly selected from the agency. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of workload on work stress. There is a positive and significant effect of work environment on work stress. There is a positive and significant effect of workload on employee performance. There is a positive and insignificant effect of work environment on employee performance.
