Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengungkapkan bagaimana bentuk persepsi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Informan penelitian ini di fokuskan kepada pedagang Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisi data dilakukan dengan teknik (1) Reduksi data yaitu memfokuskan databyang lebih mengarah pada persepsi pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh Provinsi Jambi. (2) penyajian data yaitu sekumpulan informasi yang tersusun dan memberikan kemungkinan adanya penarikan kesimpulan dan pengambilan tindakan (3) pengambilan keputusan yaitu peneliti berusaha untuk memperoleh informasi tentang variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh masih belum baik terutama di bidang sampah, masih kurangnya peduli masyarakat terhadap kebersihan sampah sehingga sampah berserakan dimana-mana (2) minimnya sarana di Pasar Tanjung bajure Kota Sungai Penuh menjadi salah satu alasan menumpuknya sampah hingga melimpah sampai ke luar Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (TPS) dan jarak Tempat Pembuangan Sementara yang jauh jadi pemicu pedagang menumpuk sampah di tepi jalan (3) pemerintah masih belum maksimal dalam menyikapi permasalahan sampah di Pasar Tanjung Bajure Kota Sungai Penuh, terutama permasalahan Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (TPS) dan tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA).

Abstract

This study aims (1) To determine the level of flood threat in Batahan District (2) To map the distribution of areas that have a flood disaster threat level in Batahan District. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study are by means of observation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are scoring and matrix analysis, the results of the study are (1) The threat level of flood disasters in Batahan District is divided into 3 classes, namely High threat class, Medium threat class and Low threat class. (2) The distribution of a low flood threat level of 15.95% or an area of 3399.74 ha spread across 9 villages in Batahan District. The moderate flood threat level is 68.05% or an area of 14828.42 ha spread across 17 villages of Batahan District. The flood threat level is high at 16.05% or an area of 3380.09 ha spread across 10 villages in Batahan District.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of applying the Snowball Throwing cooperative learning model to the geography learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Lengayang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses a quasi-experimental type of experimental method. The design used in this study is the Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. From the T test that has been carried out, the results for Tcount are 3.703 while Ttable is 2.024, so in this test Tcount ≤ Ttebel, then the Snowball Throwing type cooperative learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes in geography learning class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Lengayang. The N-Gain test in this study was for the control class, with a test value of 55% in the moderate or quite effective category, while for the experimental class, a test value of 76% was obtained in the high or very effective category. So that the application of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model has an effect on geography learning outcomes. Keywords: Snowball Throwing. Experiment. Learning outcomes

Abstract

his Research was conducted to analyze and describe the condion of health status in Padang Pariaman Regency so that later it can be used as reference material in improving development in the health sector. The method in this study uses the Structural Equation Modelling with the Partial Least Square model. Data collection is carried out using secondary data, namely data that is already available at the Health Officeand the Health Office and the Central Bureau os Statistics for Padang Pariaman Regency in 2021, then processed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the Environment and Health services had a significant positive effect on Health Statuswith an Effect Size value of more than >0,15 which means (moderate effect), while Health Behavior had a significant negative effect on Health Status with an Effect Size value of 0,02 which means (small effect).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying Quizizz learning media on geography learning outcomes for Class X Students at SMAS IT Mutiara Duri Riau. This type of research is a quantitative research with a type of experimental research (Quasi Experiment Design) with a research design in the form of a pretest posttest control group design. With research subjects namely class X 4 as the experimental class and class X 7 as the control class. The sampling technique used random sampling technique with a total sample of 193 students. The research instrument was a test of 14 objective questions. The results of this study based on the analysis obtained the average posttest score of 87.9 for the experimental class and 73.3 for the control class. In the experimental class, an increase in knowledge or N-Gain of 0.79 was obtained in the high category. Whereas in the control class, an increase in knowledge or N-Gain of 0.54 was obtained in the medium category. The results of the analysis of the two groups used the T test at a significance level ɑ = 0.05 and obtained Tcount = 4.008 and Ttable = 2.024 so that Tcount > Ttable, then H0 is accepted and Hɑ is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of the application of Quizizz learning media on the geography learning outcomes of class X students in Mutiara Duri Riau IT High School. Abstract

This research aims to: 1) understand the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 2) Understand the implementation of the Adolescent Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 3) Understand the implementation of the Elderly Family Development Program in the village of Koto Baru. 4) Understand the implementation of the Youth Information Center Program in the village of Koto Baru. 5) Identify the obstacles in the implementation of the Family Planning Village Program in the village of Koto Baru. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The samples in this study consist of 34 toddlers participating in the Toddler Family Development Program (BKB), 41 adolescents participating in the Adolescent Family Development Program (BKR), 38 elderly people participating in the Elderly Family Development Program (BKL), 16 adolescents participating in the Youth Information Center Program (PIKR), and 13 people participating in the Youth Productive Health Information and Services Program (UPPKS). The results of this research show that the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Program involves an average of 9 attended toddlers in supplementary feeding activities, 9 attended toddlers in posyandu (integrated health post) weighing sessions, and 11 toddlers receiving vitamin supplements. For the Adolescent Family Development Program, the average attendance of adolescents in drug counseling activities is 14, 14 adolescents attended the age of marriage socialization, and 21 adolescents participated in risk behavior discussions. Regarding the Elderly Family Development Program, the average attendance of the elderly in the elderly posbindu (integrated elderly health post) activities is 13, 10 elderly people participated in elderly gymnastics, and 10 elderly people attended the taklim assembly (Islamic study group). For the Youth Information Center Program, the attendance in youth PIKR (Youth Information and Communication Center) competition activities was 10, 10 youths attended the marriage age maturity session, and 10 youths participated in the evaluation of adolescent puberty guidance. In the Youth Productive Health Information and Services Program, 7 people participated in the agricultural group coaching activity, 7 people were involved in the production of red ginger products, and 7 people engaged in capital investment for the group. The obstacles in the implementation of the Family Planning Village Program include insufficient community participation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure for program activities, and the lack of adequate equipment to support the production of beverages from red ginger.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1) To find out the distribution pattern of slums in South Padang District. 2) To find out the factors that influence slum settlements in South Padang District seen from the characteristics of facilities and infrastructure. This research is a type of quantitative research using percentage descriptive methods and percentage descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study: 1) The distribution pattern of slums in South Padang District was analyzed using the Average Nearest Neighbor in the ArcGIS Application. Then the pattern of slum settlements is Clustered or grouped with a Z-Score -8.343167 and a p-value of 0.000000. 2) Factors affecting slum settlements in South Padang District in terms of the characteristics of slum settlement facilities and infrastructure, namely, road conditions have experienced an increase in quality, initially the dominant road surface is dirt and paving, now paving is in fairly good condition, the condition of clean water infrastructure has been fulfilled and able to serve the needs of the community for their daily needs, the condition of the MCK on average has private MCK, the condition of garbage collection is still not able to serve the community, it is necessary to add 1 TPS in every RW and RT located in Seberang seberang Pagargam Village and Batang Arau Sub-District and improve the system waste transportation, and the effect that the existing drainage is not managed by the relevant agency, based on the results of interviews with residents, the drainage is every few months.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model to the learning outcomes of Atmospheric Geography material for class X IPS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. This type of research is a quantitative based on quasi-experimental design pretest-posttest. The population in the study was class X IPS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique, namely class X IPS 1 with a total of 35 people as the experimental class and class X IPS 2 with a total of 30 people as the control class. The research instrument was in the form of multiple choice test questions (pretest-posttest). Data collection techniques used tests, observations and documentation which were analyzed using the Normality test, Homogeneity test, Z test and Normalized Gain test. The average pretest for the experimental class was 44.57 while the control class was 45.07 with a difference of 0.50. The average posttest for the experimental class was 81.89 while for the control class it was 72.53 with a difference of 9.36 meaning that the learning outcomes of the experimental class were higher than the control class. The Z test shows Zcount≥Ztable=3.34≥1.96 then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model on learning outcomes. The normalized gain test for the experimental class is 0.71 with the criteria for a high increase, while the control class is 0.52 with the criteria for a moderate increase. Thus the learning outcomes using the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model are more effective than using the direct learning model. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Laerning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking skills in class XI social studies geography subjects at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Samples are taken by purposive sampling, which is based on the same number of students. Each control class (XI IPS 2) numbered 36 people and the experimental class (XI IPS 3) amounted to 36 people. The data was collected through a test consisting of five critical thinking indicators proposed by Ennis. This study found a significant influence on the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking skills in geography subjects. Evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained Tcalculate (8.69) > Ttable (1.99) with a significant level of α = 0.05. Strengthened by the results of N Gain, the experimental class score of 0.71 is in the high category and the control class is 0.36 in the medium category. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the REACT Learning Model (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) on the geography learning outcomes of grade X.E students at SMA Negeri 1 Salimpaung. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. Sampling using the Cluster random sampling technique, and two classes were selected, namely class X.E 2 (experiment) with 32 students, and class X.E3 (control) with 32 students. The research instrument is in the form of a 20-point test question. The average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class were 86.87, the control class was 82.96. In the experimental class, an increase in N-Gain knowledge of 0.76 was obtained in the high category. While in the control class, an increase in knowledge or N-Gain of 0.69 was obtained in the medium category. The results of the analysis of both groups used the t test at a significant level and obtained tcount = 2.315 and ttable = 1.998 so that tcalculate > ttable, then Ha is accepted meaning that there is an influence of the REACT Learning Model on student geography learning outcomes.
