Abstract

Learning methods play a crucial role in enhancing the enthusiasm and willingness of students to learn, particularly in the field of Islamic religious education. In this digital era, animation technology has emerged as an excellent approach to improving the quality of education. The objective of this research is to investigate the implementation of technology-based methods used to enhance students' understanding of Islamic religious teachings. Qualitative methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review have been employed in this study. The findings demonstrate that the utilization of animation media can significantly improve students' motivation and eagerness to engage with Islamic sciences. Animation serves as a valuable tool in facilitating a more vivid and interactive comprehension of Islamic religious teachings. Consequently, the integration of technology-based animation in learning can effectively enhance students' educational experience in the realm of Islamic religious education. Further research and practical development initiatives aimed at promoting the essence of Islamic values are expected to yield a positive impact on the field of education. Abstract

Instilling religious character values is something that has been relatively old in the world of Islamic education. This is deemed necessary to be realized, especially values that are directly related to the moral formation of the nation. This research aims to reveal the religious character values of the Islamic boarding school students that are instilled and the methods used to instill the religious character values of the Islamic boarding school students at the Nadlatul Quran Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data education, data presentation and drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the data is carried out by expanding the role of researchers: triangulation techniques using various sources, theories and methods, and persistent observation of research information, namely all religious teachers and students. The results of the research show that: (1) instilling religious character values for students at the Nadlatul Quran Islamic Boarding School, including several values such as: (a) religious, (b) honest, (c) tolerance, (d) discipline, (e) work tough, (f) independent, (g), love peace, (h) care for the environment, (i) religious character values of responsibility, (j) nationalism/national spirit, (k) love of the homeland, j) communicative, friendly, happy (l) appreciates achievements, (m) social care, (n) tough, (o) polite, (p) clean, (q) frugal, (r) patient, efficient. (2) Methods for instilling religious character values in students at the Nadlatul Quran Islamic Boarding School, including: (a) example, (b) habituation, (c) conditioning advice, (d) prohibitions and commands, (e) telling stories, (f ) memorize. Abstract

The role of a madrasah head is very important in ensuring the effectiveness and success of educational institutions including improving the quality of the teachers he leads. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers and solutions to deal with inhibiting factors in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research then the approach used is a case study approach. To obtain the data and information needed in this study, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The interviewees were two teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung. The stages carried out by researchers in analyzing data are reducing data, namely summarizing and selecting the main things, after that the researcher presents the data in the form of a brief description using words or sentences to describe the data that has been obtained, then in the final stage the researcher draws conclusions from the data that has been obtained. The result of this study is the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Rantau Pulung including by creating a conducive school environment, giving advice to teachers, providing motivation and encouragement to always seek as much information as possible, especially in terms of teaching skills. Supporting factors for the role of the madrasah head in improving the teaching skills of fiqh teachers with the willingness of teachers to continue to learn and seek information about basic skills in teaching, teacher creativity in developing material independently or adopting from experience and also from other book sources and good preparation prepared by teachers so as to facilitate the learning process. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the business behavior of street vendors in Taman Bersemi STQ Sangatta, the factors that influence the application of Islamic business ethics and the business behavior of street vendors in Taman Bersemi STQ Sangatta is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. The type of research that the author uses in this study is descriptive field research using a qualitative research approach. The informants in this study were street vendors in STQ Sangatta Bersemi Park and managers, namely BUMDes Sangatta Utara Sejahtera. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods, are then collected and processed descriptively qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the business behavior of street vendors in Taman Bersemi STQ Sangatta did not know Islamic business ethics. However, the traders run a trading business or buy and sell using the rules that have been regulated by Islam, especially honesty, Factors that influence the application of Islamic business ethics of street vendors in Taman Bersemi STQ Sangatta, namely: honesty, selling halal goods, selling goods of good quality, not hiding defects in goods, not committing perjury, generous, not competing with other traders, keeping promises, issuing zakat when it reaches the nisab, not neglecting to carry out Allah's commands, The business behavior of street vendors in Taman Bersemi STQ Sangatta is in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely unity (tawhid), balance (justice/Equilibrium), free will (ikhtiar/free will), responsibility (responsibility), policy (ihsan). Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be implemented by Muslims with provisions. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of zakat pofesi at the agency of the Radio Technical Implementation Unit of the East Kutai Regional Government. To achieve this goal, researchers conducted field research, this research is a qualitative field research. To obtain this field data, the author uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is collected, classification, editing and adjustment of data are carried out according to the character and type of each data. Based on the results of the research obtained, there is a Decree (SK) from the Regent. The decree stipulates that for all civil servants who are Muslims who have been able to have a total income of at least equivalent to the price of 85grams of gold, they are obliged to submit professional zakat of 2.5% every month from income. In the implementation of professional zakat from Regional Contract Workers (TK2D) and Office Contract Workers carry it out by directly giving it directly to the 8 groups entitled to receive it and fulfilling it in a trusted amil zakat institution. As for UPT.RPD.KUTIM employees who do not carry out professional zakat on the grounds that they do not understand professional zakat and do not understand nisab and haul. Abstract

Explore the influence of understanding financial planning and investment on the financial behaviour of Sharia Economics students. This study is to determine the effect of financial planning and investment on financial behaviour in 4B semester students of Sharia Economics at the College of Islamic Religion (STAI) Sangatta East Kutai. By using quantitative descriptive method. This study involved 17 student respondents selected through purposing sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been preceded by financial planning and investment education. Descriptive statistical analysis of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination were processed with the help of SPSS Version 12.0. delivering on significant findings. financial planning education and investment proven have a positive and significant influence on the financial behaviour of students. Abstract

The fashion industry has been one of the sectors most affected by the digital revolution. Fashion stores, including Nonashope stores in Sangatta, have felt the significant impact of this change. With increasing online competition, digital marketing strategies are key maintaining and increasing market share. One of the most frequently used digital marketing strategies is social media. In the ever-evolving digital era, the role of social media in marketing has become increasingly important. Social provides a powerful platform to interact with potential customers and expand brand reach. This study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing strategies through social media used by Nonashope Stores in Sangatta. It is important for them to understand how digital marketing strategies on these platform affect business performance. This research uses a qualitative method with interviews with the owner and customers of the Nonashope fashion store. The result showed that digital marketing strategies through social media had a significant impact on brand awareness, customers interaction, and increased store sales. Factors such as content quality, posting consistency, and interaction with customers are influential in achieving a successful digital marketing strategy. This research provides valuable insights for Nonashope Fashion Store and similar businesses in optimizing their digital marketing strategies through social media to improve business performance and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Education is one of the important pillars in building a developed and prosperous nation. This research uses a qualitative method and interview and observation techniques. The formulation of the problem is how the role of professional administrative staff in improving the quality of education administration services at Mts Hubbul Wathon? What are the obstacles and solutions for professional administrative staff in improving the quality of education administration services at Mts Hubbul Wathon? The Administration is an important part of an educational institution, playing a role in managing administration and supporting teaching and learning activities. In this study, Syarif as the Administration at Mts Hubbul Wathon said that professional Administration has several important roles. First, compiling and managing administrative documents. Second, smoothening the teaching and learning process. TU ensures the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Third, managing school finances. The obstacles of an administrator are: First, the lack of competent and trained administrative staff in managing education administration. Second, the limited workspace and office equipment. Third, lack of coordination and communication. Fourth, lack of motivation and work spirit. Then the solution is: First, recruiting competent administrative staff who have the appropriate qualifications. Second, equipping the workspace with modern and ergonomic office equipment to support work comfort and productivity. Third, improving coordination and communication with other parties. And finally, how to increase motivation and work spirit.

Abstract

Education is essential to the progress of the nation, involving students, teachers and learning materials that are influenced by society and the environment. The government strives to produce a quality generation to compete nationally and internationally. Principals as supervisors play a crucial role in encouraging the growth of teachers' and students' potential, improving educational efficiency. The quality of education in Indonesia is declining due to rigid supervision, inadequate infrastructure, cheating in national exams, and KKN problems. Educators must work to improve this situation to improve the quality of education. This study uses qualitative research methodology to investigate and describe educational supervision in RA PIQ Sangatta Utara. To observe the research subject directly, the researcher will conduct a field study. The three data collection methods that will be used in this qualitative research are observation, documentation, and interviews upervisi education plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education. Through a supportive and guiding approach, supervision helps teachers to develop their teaching skills so as to create an effective learning environment. Its main goal is to improve the quality of teaching and learning and stimulate positive changes in the components that contribute to better education. With good coordination between all elements of education, such as teachers, students, curriculum and other resources, educational institutions can achieve higher standards, ensuring an engaging and effective learning process for all involved.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in creating quality human resources. One of the main keys to achieving superior quality education is the quality of learning that takes place in the classroom. However, South Sangatta 1 Middle School has problems with variations in the quality of teaching between teachers which are still quite significant and student participation in the learning process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the low level of attendance, active involvement in class discussions, and uneven learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative research approach, with a case study research design. The case study was chosen because this research aims to explore and understand in depth the implementation of active supervision in improving the quality of learning at SMPN 1 Sangatta Selatan. Active supervision has proven to be effective in improving the quality of learning at SMPN 1 Sangatta Selatan. This can be seen from several indicators, namely teachers who take part in the active supervision program show an increase in their ability to develop and implement effective teaching methods and students who take part in the active supervision program show an increase in their participation in the learning process. Active supervision is an effective strategy to improve the quality of learning at SMPN 1 Sangatta Selatan. Active supervision can help teachers to improve the quality of their teaching, thereby increasing student participation and learning outcomes.
