Abstract

Looking at the limited time for people, especially for students and looking at so many subjects that must be studied by a student, it seems that students do not have time to study their religious. Meanwhile, references to the teachings of the good character it self are only found in the students’ religious scriptures. so a wise teacher must be abble to involve the holy kitab of each student in every material being taught such as Al- Qur’an for Moeslem students’. Because all references can be found in the Al- Qur;an, for instance in surah Al-Kahfi specifically for the language mathery preposition. Al Qur’an can be used as a media for exercises and also as a media for finding examples of the preposition in grammar matery.

Abstract

The introduction of the omnibus methodology to Indonesian lawmaking through the Job Creation Law has generated intense scholarly debate over the balance between regulatory efficiency and democratic legitimacy. Drawing on Nonet and Selznick’s responsive law theory, this study examines the legal politics underpinning the formation of Law No. 11 of 2020, PERPPU No. 2 of 2022, and Law No. 6 of 2023 within Indonesia’s civil‐law framework. Using normative legal research methods including statutory interpretation, constitutional doctrinal analysis, and comparative legal study this article traces the procedural trajectory from initial draft to successive judicial reviews (Decision Nos. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 and 168/PUU-XXI/2023). The findings reveal systemic procedural deficiencies: exclusion of affected stakeholders, lack of meaningful public participation, and executive reliance on emergency powers instead of mandated legislative revision. The Constitutional Court’s interventions have served as corrective “strange attractors,” introducing “meaningful participation” requirements (right to be heard, right to be considered, and right to explanation) and compelling the government to adopt legislative reforms. However, persistent executive resistance underscores enduring tensions between efficiency‐oriented omnibus reforms and procedural legitimacy. The study concludes that forthcoming legislative efforts particularly the mandated separate Employment Law will determine whether Indonesia’s legal system advances toward genuinely responsive law or reverts to repressive practices. These insights hold broader significance for comparative constitutionalism and the global discourse on omnibus legislation in developing democracies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading skills by implementing the phonics teaching method in the first grade of SDN 4 Geresik Tasikmalaya. In this study, we used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) Method following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle involves the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, pretest-posttest, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the phonics method succeeded in improving the reading skills of grade 1 students, both in recognizing letters, spelling words, reading simple sentences, and understanding the contents of the reading. This can be seen from the increase in reading test scores and student activities during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which financial literacy affects the financial management behavior of MSME actors in DKI Jakarta, by considering the role of attitudes towards financial risk and the use of financial technology as mediating variables. The background of this study comes from the fact that there are still many MSME players who are not able to manage their finances optimally, even though access to information and digital financial services is quite widespread. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 156 individual business owners and analyzed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant direct effect on financial management behavior. However, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial risk attitudes and financial technology. These two variables directly influence financial management behavior, and act as mediators in the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of a financial literacy approach that not only focuses on increasing knowledge, but also includes the formation of rational risk attitudes and the practical use of financial technology. This kind of literacy strategy is considered more relevant and effective in improving the financial management of MSME actors, especially in the current digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the legal certainty of financing for Indonesia's Desa Merah Putih Cooperative (KDMP) initiative, analyzing the institutional tension between cooperative independence and state intervention. Rooted in the constitutional mandate for cooperatives as a cornerstone of the Indonesian economy, the KDMP program aims to establish 80,000 village-level cooperatives through state-facilitated credit lines and technical assistance. However, this top-down model raises concerns about undermining cooperative autonomy enshrined in Law No. 25/1992 and the principle of subsidiarity. Employing a normative juridical research design, this study draws on secondary data from legal literature and primary legal materials to systematically examine relevant norms and doctrines. Findings reveal a tenuous alignment between state financing mechanisms and cooperative autonomy, primarily due to the proposed reliance on state-owned bank credit lines rather than direct state budget grants, leading to legal ambiguity regarding accountability and oversight. The potential for mass loan defaults and the contentious use of Village Funds as collateral further complicate legal certainty and risk hidden liabilities. Comparative insights from India's Amul cooperative and the Philippines' barangay cooperatives illustrate successful models where government acts as a facilitator without impinging on cooperative self-governance or member control. This study advocates for a recalibrated regulatory approach featuring transparent oversight, proportional supervision, and participatory decision-making to reconcile developmental imperatives with cooperative principles, ultimately enhancing legal certainty and ensuring that state-supported cooperatives remain genuinely member-driven enterprises.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of four key marketing variables product quality, price, persuasive communication, and incentives on brand image and purchasing decisions among medical practitioners in Cilegon, Indonesia. Drawing on a sample of 225 physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, data were collected via an online Likert‐scale questionnaire and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results indicate that product quality and incentives exert statistically significant positive effects on brand image (β = 0.284, p = 0.011; β = 0.291, p = 0.003, respectively), while price and persuasive communication do not achieve significance. Furthermore, incentives also demonstrate a significant positive influence on purchase decisions (β = 0.206, p = 0.047), whereas other independent variables, including brand image, fail to show a direct effect. Model fit indices (CMIN/DF = 1.122; GFI = 0.90; RMSEA = 0.016; p = 0.061) confirm an overall good fit. These findings underscore the critical role of maintaining high product standards and ethical incentive programs in strengthening brand perception and stimulating purchase behavior in a competitive pharmaceutical landscape. Theoretical contributions include the integration of marketing, consumer behavior, and brand management theories within a single SEM framework. Practically, pharmaceutical firms operating in emerging markets should prioritize consistent quality assurance and transparent incentive mechanisms to enhance both brand equity and sales performance.

Abstract

The processing of fisheries products, characterized by the diversification of processed goods, presents a promising avenue for entrepreneurial endeavors. Product diversification holds the potential to augment the intrinsic value of products and concurrently elevate public consumption of fisheries-related commodities. This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.
