Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the service strategy of Coffee Gatan in Wakatobi Regency (2) To determine the satisfaction of Coffee Gatan customers in Wakatobi Regency (3) To determine the service strategy for customer satisfaction of Coffee Gatan in Wakatobi Regency. This type of research is field research, with an increase in qualitative descriptive methods. The location of this research is Coffee Gatan, Wandoka Selatan Village, Wakatobi Regency with the data used being primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The service strategy implemented by Coffee Gatan is effective in creating positive experiences and customer satisfaction, which are the keys to success and loyalty in the long term. (2) The level of customer satisfaction of Coffee Gatan is relatively high. This shows that the service strategy and product quality implemented have been in accordance with customer expectations, so as to create loyalty and competitiveness in Wakatobi Regency. (3) Coffee Gatan's service strategy is in line with sharia economic values. Services that prioritize honesty, responsibility, professionalism, empathy, and consistency not only increase customer satisfaction, but also reflect a business that is blessed and has religious value. That way, Coffee Gatan is not only a place of business, but also a field of charity in the context of Islamic muamalah.

Abstract

This study examines the use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a payment method to facilitate buying and selling transactions in Wangi-Wangi District and evaluates it from the perspective of Islamic economics. Using a qualitative approach and field research method, the researchers collected data from local stores such as Alaris, Milni Mart, and UD Mitra. The findings reveal that QRIS offers various benefits such as time efficiency, transaction security, reduced risk of counterfeit money, and ease of financial management. From an Islamic economic perspective, QRIS is considered appropriate as it promotes justice, transparency, and is free from elements of usury. Thus, QRIS is a modern solution aligned with Islamic commercial principles (muamalah), enhancing convenience and service quality in community transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social environment, income expectations, and work flexibility on the interest of the Jabodetabek community in pursuing a career as affiliate marketers. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Additionally, purposive sampling is utilized for the sampling process, with criteria targeting individuals aged at least 15 years in the Jabodetabek area who are currently involved in or have an interest in becoming affiliate marketers. Data were successfully collected from 387 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS 22 software. The findings indicate that the social environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest of the Jabodetabek community in becoming affiliate marketers. Similarly, the income expectation variable positively and significantly influences their interest, as does the work flexibility variable. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that the social environment, income expectations, and work flexibility collectively have a positive and significant impact on the interest of the Jabodetabek community in pursuing affiliate marketing. This study carries important practical implications for businesses, digital platforms, and affiliate marketing programs. Companies can leverage social influence by fostering supportive communities, promoting success stories, and encouraging peer recommendations to attract new affiliates.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation and work family conflict on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Human resources (HR) are a strategic asset of an organization, so understanding the factors that influence employee performance is very important. By identifying these factors, companies can formulate more effective HR policies. The research approach used is quantitative. The object of the study was employees of the Public Relations division of PT Demang Jaya. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4 (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work-family conflict did not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction mediated the relationship between compensation and employee performance, but did not mediate the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance. These findings emphasize the need for companies to improve competitive compensation policies in order to encourage employee performance and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer loyalty on repurchase intention, as well as the role of boycott participation as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on Unilever customers in the Jabodetabek area by distributing questionnaires and using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 215 respondents. The results showed that customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while boycott participation was found to have no significant effect on consumers' decision to repurchase the products they have used. Validity and reliability tests state that the questionnaire instruments used in each variable have a good level of validity and reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, job satisfaction, self efficacy, and organizational commitment on employee performance at RSU Ananda Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all health workers at RSU Ananda totaling 154. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for respondents being health workers who do not have a position or leadership and have worked for at least one year. The number of samples in this study was 111 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that the variables work life balance, job satisfaction, and self efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variable organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect. These findings are expected to be a guide for RSU Ananda management in designing and implementing strategic policies to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively explore the meanings, motives, and experiences of students in using online loan services through a phenomenological approach and a constructivist paradigm. The background of this research is based on the rapid growth of online loan services in Indonesia, which has become increasingly popular among students, especially due to the ease of digital access, fast application processes, and urgent financial needs. This study employs a qualitative method with in-depth interviews conducted with eight active student informants from the Bogor area and its surroundings, all of whom have experience using online loan services.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between the principles of business ethics in the Qur'an and Hadith and the practices of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor City. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and knowledge-based tests involving 15 MSME actors from various business sectors. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software to identify the dominant themes emerging from the respondents' narratives. The findings reveal that ethical values such as honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), justice, transparency, and responsibility are widely understood and applied in their daily business operations. Among these, honesty emerged as the most dominant theme, reflecting a strong commitment to integrity in business practices. However, challenges in applying these ethical principles persist, including intense market competition, concerns about declining profits, and limited awareness among some business actors regarding the importance of Islamic ethics in commerce. This research underscores the significance of integrating Islamic ethical values into MSME practices to foster a more sustainable and just business ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization strategy of land waqf management using a bibliometric approach conducted using biblioshiny, an R-based application. Descriptive statistical methods were used, Data were analyzed from 189 research publications in scopus with the keyword "Land Waqf". This study shows that most of the most productive authors are from Malaysia, the most popular keywords with the topic of land waqf are "Islamism" and "historical geography". The research findings are expected to provide innovative solutions in improving the productivity and transparency of land waqf management. This study offers a novel contribution by combining a comprehensive literature review and the application of data analysis technology in the context of waqf management in Indonesia

Abstract

The growth of the smartphone industry encourages consumers to consider various factors before making a purchase decision. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Content Review on Purchase Decision among Xiaomi smartphone users in Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who are consumers using Xiaomi smartphones. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The results indicate that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Similarly, Content Review also shows a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision. These findings suggest that both Brand Image and Content Review contribute to influencing consumers' purchase decisions when buying Xiaomi smartphones.
