Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of halal certification on economic and social activities. By using comparative theory comparing the situation before and after the product is halal certified. This study uses the McNemar analysis test approach to determine the impact of halal certification on the economic and social activities of MSME producers. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a sample of 56 MSME producers with halal certification in Sumenep Regency, sampling using simple random sampling techniques. The findings of this study: the impact of halal certification in the economic perspective of producers has changed, in sales there has been an increase after being halal certified, this is because producers can give confidence to consumers. Then there is an increase in the producer's market share, with halal certification producers are free to market their products because they do not violate the law of halal certification obligations Law 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees (JPH).  Meanwhile, in producer profits, there has been a decrease, this is because producers cannot increase selling prices, but must maintain and even improve product quality if possible. In producer capital, there is a decrease, because in halal certification there is no additional producer capital, and finally in the form of a decrease in demand for producer products, this condition is due to consumers also paying attention to prices, flavors and services from producers, so that, even though halal certification does not guarantee that product demand will increase. Then in the social perspective of producers in the form of increased public trust, increased public trust because with halal certified products producers feel that consumers have no doubts about the raw materials and hygiene of the producers. Whereas in the alms of producers there has been a decrease, this is because the attitude of alms producers does not depend on the existence of legality or halal certification, but depends on the awareness and religious level of the producers. Meanwhile, in the halal lifestyle of producers there is no change both before and after being halal certified.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Influence of Product Design, Product Quality, After-Sales Service and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on CV. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi by collecting data using questionnaires. The location used for research is CV. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi and The research time starts from July – December 2023. The population in this study were CV clients. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi in the last 5 years with a total of 120 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-proportability sampling approach with Saturation Sampling Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique using a total of 120 consumers for the last 5 years. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM and is based on Partial Least Square / PLS. Based on the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn Product design has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Product design has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Purchasing decisions have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, After-sales service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, After-sales service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product design has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Mediated purchasing decisions, after-sales service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with mediated purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis factor- factor yang mempengaruhi minat beli terhadap CWLS. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling-PartialLeast Square, data primer dikumpulkan dari 232 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah memiliki, presepsi resiko dan sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli CWLS, Semakin tinggi literasi keuangan syariah seseorang, semakin besar minat mereka untuk berinvestasi dalam CWLS, pemahaman yang baik tentang keuangan syariah dapat mendorong minat beli masyarakat terhadap produk ini. Persepsi risiko juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang risiko investasi mendorong minat beli. Selain itu, sikap positif terhadap CWLS meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat, karena sikap yang baik menciptakan kepercayaan dan kemauan yang lebih besar untuk berpartisipasi dalam investasi ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan transparansi pelayanan penyaluran dana sedekah pada kantor layanan Lazismu Umsida. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis model interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transparansi pelayanan penyaluran dana sedekah pada kantor latanan Lazismu Umsida diketahui dari empat hal. Pertama, Lazismu Umsida menyediakan laporan keuangan tiap 6 bulan sekali serta memiliki sarana penyediaan informasi yakni muzaki corner dan media sosial infaq Gisma Umsida. Kedua, Lazismu Umsida memiliki data yang jelas dan lengkap tentang tujuan penyaluran dana sedekah dan kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk pihak-pihak yang menerima dan proses penyaluran dana sedekah. Ketiga, ada kejelasan informasi tentang tujuan, target dana sedekah dan cara penggunaan dana tersebut serta kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat. Keempat, Lazismu Umsida menyalurkan dana sedekah mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan Zakat atau Sedekah dan Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 5 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Pengenaan Sanksi Administratif dalam Pengeloaan Zakat dan Sedekah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sentiment towards digital marketing and its influence on purchasing tendencies over the last ten-year period, starting from 2014 to 2023. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis with meta-analysis and sentiment from secondary data in the form of metadata from 92 articles indexed by Dimention.ai with data processing using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SentiStrength. The results of the sentiment analysis show that the experts' perceptions of the influence of digital marketing on purchase intentions have a positive sentiment of 63.0%, a negative sentiment of 10.9%, and the remaining neutral sentiment of 25.0%. These findings indicate that the trend of digital marketing on purchase intentions continues to increase and can provide a better understanding of the role of digital marketing in influencing purchase intentions. This research also provides practical guidance for marketing practitioners in designing more effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of promotions, quality of service, price, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Amor Cakes & Bakery of Islamic university students in Bogor. This type of research is explanatory research that explains or proves the relationship between variables through the testing of hypotheses. The sample technique used purposive sampling with a total of 109 respondents. The selected respondents were students of IAI Tazkia who had purchased Amor Cakes & Bakery products. The research used double linear regression analysis using SPSS ver. 20 and Eviews ver. 12. The results of this study show that (1) promotion has a positive and significant impact on the purchase decision, (2) service quality has a positive impact and significant effect on the purchasing decision; (3) price positively and significantly influences on the purchase decisions, (4) store atmosphere variable have a negative and significant influence on the decision of purchase of Amor Cakes & Bakery. (5) promotion variables, quality of service, price, and quality of services simultaneously have a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of accounting information systems and internal control on the performance of BRI Gorontalo Branch Office employees. The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaire surveys and observation. The number of respondents in this research was 40 respondents consisting of Branch Managers, Managers, Supper Visors, Tellers, CS, Marketing and Support at Bank BRI. The tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1. Accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Internal control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Simultaneously the accounting information system and internal control have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant value of 62.3% while the remaining 37.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. In this quantitative descriptive study, the author focuses research on moderating leadership styles on the influence of compensation and work culture on occupational therapist loyalty. This research is located in all child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. In conducting this study, the time needed was for 6 months starting from observation to making data results and conclusions of population research in this study were Occupational Therapists who work in Bekasi City, totaling 61 people, the samples taken in this study were 61 Occupational Therapists who works at child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis tool using the help of SMARTPLS software. After an in-depth discussion of the data obtained, the resulting conclusions are Compensation, Work Culture and Leadership Style directly have a significant effect on Occupational Loyalty. For the Moderation Variable, it can be concluded that Leadership Style in moderating has no influence between compensation and loyalty of the Occupational Therapist. Similarly, moderating leadership style also has no influence between work culture and loyalty

Abstract

The development of marketing today is no longer limited to time and space. This condition is caused by technological advances that are very supportive of conducting marketing activities in a wider scope. Both for service and non-service offerings. Along with the growth of demand by consumers through online, market place platforms have emerged that offer various consumer needs. So there is sharp competition among sellers. These conditions require companies to pay attention to the satisfaction felt by consumers which will ultimately create loyal consumers. The company should also consider the different elements that influence it. The focus of this research is to analyze how customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality and price on loyalty. The sample involved was 80 Shopee e-commerce customers. Data testing includes, data quality test, classic assumption test, outlier test, and path analysis. A significant discovery is that satisfaction does not serve as a mediator in the relationship between service quality, price, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of auditors' competence, experience and professional ethics on the level of materiality in auditing financial reports at Public Accounting Firms in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression techniques. The population in this study was all auditors at the Public Accounting Firm in Surabaya totaling 160 auditors. The sample in this study used simple random sampling, totaling 62 auditors from 12 Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Surabaya and were willing to fill out the questionnaire. Based on the research results, it shows that the competence and professional ethics of auditors partially have a significant effect on the level of materiality, while experience has no effect on the level of materiality. And the competency, experience and professional ethics of auditors simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of materiality.
