Abstract

In this modern era, technology has changed human life to become more practical in business activities. One of the breakthroughs is the existence of an e-commerce platform and the most popular among Indonesians is Shopee. The Shopee application cannot be separated from the role of influencers, brand image and product quality. This makes researchers want to examine what variables influence buying interest. The aim of this research is to find out what variables have an influence on increasing buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data types. Respondents in this study were determined using the Lemeshow formula and the respondents were 98 to 100 people. Data testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, and F test. The results of this study were that the three variables, namely influencer, brand image and product quality had an influence significantly influence consumer buying interest in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to delve deeper into the evolving challenges in the business environment, where the success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Java in building competitive advantage often heavily relies on their ability to adeptly combine strategic agility and networking capabilities. The study seeks to comprehensively explore the direct impact of networking capabilities on enhancing the competitive advantage of SMEs in East Java, particularly amidst unstable business conditions. Additionally, it will investigate the vital role of strategic agility as a mediator facilitating the relationship between strategic agility, networking capabilities, and the competitive advantage of SMEs in the region, specifically adapting to the dynamics faced in the business environment. This study also plans to analyze the possibility that the influence of networking capabilities on the competitive advantage of SMEs in East Java can be mediated by effective strategic agility. Furthermore, in our endeavor to deepen this understanding, the research will explore how the level of turbulence in the business environment in East Java moderates the relationship between strategic agility and the competitive advantage of SMEs, with the hope of providing richer insights for entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of implementing green agriculture branding on improving the economy of farmers in Batu City, evaluating the economic impact of implementing green agriculture branding on farmers' income and market access in Batu City, Green agriculture branding promotes environmentally friendly sustainable agricultural practices, increasing added value agricultural products on the market. By using qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, this research shows that green agriculture branding can increase consumer awareness, expand market access, and increase farmers' income in Batu City. Apart from that, the adoption of this branding also has a positive impact on environmental sustainability and food security in the area.

Abstract

Mashlahah murlah is something that is good according to reason with the aim of realizing benefit or avoiding harm for human survival. This research aims to: Find out the rice import policy in Indonesia, the impact of rice imports on farmers, find out the form of farmer protection regarding the rice import policy from a mashlahah murlah perspective. This type of research is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and statute approach. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The data is processed and analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the research provide an answer, namely: The policy of importing rice on a large scale from the beginning of 2021 to 2023 and even now is not appropriate because it causes greater harm, especially for farmers. on rice imports, as well as causing a decrease in farmers' income and disrupting the ideals of food sovereignty in Indonesia, the rice import policy from the Mashlahah Murlah perspective on farmer protection actually creates legal protection which must prioritize the welfare of farmers and society, helping farmers increase their income and quality of life in order to create food sovereignty in Indonesia.

Abstract

The capital market is a meeting place for investors and issuers where one of the parties included as an investor is a student at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business who is expected to become an expert investor in the field of sharia capital markets. Students' investment interest is influenced by several factors, including investment literacy and stock returns. One of the capital market instruments is investment, namely capital investment carried out by a person or legal entity with the aim of increasing the value of capital. Based on the factors found, researchers are interested in researching students' interest in investing. Researchers want to know the results of the influence of the two factors, namely investment knowledge and stock returns on students' interest in investing so that it can become a benchmark for institutions, especially the Sharia Investment Gallery, in attracting investor interest, especially students of the Sharia Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business. The factors that will be used by researchers are the quality of investment knowledge and stock returns. Thus the title of this research is "The Influence of Investment Knowledge and Stock Returns on Students' Interest in Investing in the Sharia Investment Gallery". This research uses a quantitative approach with hypothetical visitors using multiple linear regression analysis methods and classical assumption testing. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Where the results of this research show that investment literacy influences the investment interest of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno, Bengkulu. Stock returns influence the investment interest of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Simultaneously both influence the investment interest of students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, where the results of this research are expected to be a reference for the capital market in attracting investor interest or for students themselves in carrying out research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of information quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction among Smart Hajj application users. Based on the Accidental Sampling method, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. From the results of the t test, it shows that the information quality variable has a calculated t value of 10.341 > t table 1.995 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted, which means that the information quality variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a calculated t value. amounting to 3.047 > t table 1.995 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the independent variable service quality has a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction. From the results of the F test of 90.907 > F table 3.12, H3 is accepted, which means that there is a positive influence simultaneously (simultaneously) between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Then based on the results of the determination test or R2 test it is 0.716, this means that 71.6% of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained by the information quality and service quality variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. One of the most well-known financial products in the investment industry is shares. Company performance, market conditions, and a number of other factors can have a big impact on stock value. Accurate analysis in making investment decisions is the main foundation, which will ultimately influence potential returns in the future. So all factors that have the potential to influence stock returns must be considered. The aim of this research is to see how inflation, the Rupiah exchange rate, and interest rates affect stock returns. A total of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 and 2023 are the population used in this research. Using purposive sampling techniques, 50 manufacturing companies were selected as research samples from this population, so the results obtained show that inflation and interest rates is a factor that affects stock returns in manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, Rupiah exchange do not have a significant influence on stock returns. Keywords: Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Interest Rates, Stock Returns, Manufacturing Companies. ABSTRAK. Salah satu produk finansial paling terkenal di industri investasi adalah saham. Kinerja perusahaan, kondisi pasar, dan sejumlah faktor lain dapat berdampak besar pada nilai saham. Analisis yang akurat dalam mengambil keputusan untuk berinvestasi menjadi pondasi utama, yang pada akhirnya akan memengaruhi potensi return di masa mendatang. Sehingga segala faktor yang memiliki potensi dalam mempengaruhi return saham harus diperhatikan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya riset ini yakni guna menyelidiki bagaimana inflasi, kurs Rupiah, serta suku bunga memengaruhi return saham. Sebanyak 144 industri manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam BEI antara tahun 2012 serta 2023 adalah populasi yang dipakai pada riset ini. Melalui penggunaan teknik purposive sampling, 50 perusahaan manufaktur dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dari populasi tersebut sehingga diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan suku bunga adalah aspek yang memengaruhi return saham. Sementara kurs Rupiah tak memberi dampak dengan cara signifikan terhadap return saham ini. Kata kunci: Inflasi, Kurs Rupiah, Suku Bunga, Return Saham, Perusahaan Manufaktur.

service to its consumers. The emergence of many competitors has pressured Gofood to find effective strategies to become the market leader. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of customer experience and electronic service quality on customer satisfaction with Gofood’s food delivery service in Surabaya. This research employs a quantitative method. The population in this research consist of the residents of Surabaya. The targeted sample includes residents of Surabaya who have utilized and purchased Gofood as a food delivery service with 98 respondents. The sampling process uses a non-probability sampling method through purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research reveal: 1) customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and 2) electronic service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has encouraged Generation Z to adopt a hedonistic lifestyle, supported by the convenience offered by online loan services like SPayLater. This study aims to identify the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle and perceived ease of use on the decision to use SpayLater among Generation Z in Surabaya. This quantitative research sampled 96. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, targeting respondents who belong to Generation Z, are aware of SPayLater, and reside in Surabaya. The analysis technique applied in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4, including validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variables of hedonistic lifestyle and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use SpayLater.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the variables that influence performance effectiveness and their influence on employees at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the Malang City and Regency Government. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed using a questionnaire sheet. The population in this study were employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the Malang City and Regency Government and a sample of 99 respondents. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method 3. Based on the research results, it shows that the work motivation variable is not significant on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the Malang City Government. And the Organizational Culture variable is significant for the effectiveness of employee performance in the Malang City Government Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency employees. It can be concluded that this shows that the work motivation of employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Malang City and Regency has not been able to reduce the level of performance effectiveness. This shows that the better the organizational culture that exists among the employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Malang City and Regency, the lower the level of performance effectiveness.
