Abstract

The purpose of this research study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on the McDonald Slamet Riyadi Surakarta drive thru service. The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires, in this study there were 126 respondents of McDonald’s Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria needed are consumers who use drive thru services. The data analysis method used in this test is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data analysis includes testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, and testing the hypothesis statistically. Based on the results of analytical analysis using descriptive analysis methods and PLS, it can be concluded that service quality towards consumer satisfaction on McDonald's McDonald's Slamet Riyadi drive thru service is only a tangible variable which has the greatest contribution to customer satisfaction among 5 variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan perkembangan budaya masyarakat Surabaya terhadap makam-makam keramat dari segi mistis, ontologis dan fungsional.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang dibuat oleh C.A.van Peursen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pencarian data primernya dengan wawancara dengan juru kunci, masyarakat sekitar, dan pengunjung makam. Sampel makam yang diteliti yaitu makam Eyang Kudo Kardono, Eyang Windu, makam Sawunggaling, makam Joko Jumput, makam Eyang Gusti Wongso Negoro. Data sekunder mengunakan buku Folklore Surabaya dan buku-buku yang terkait. Hasilnya dimensi mistis, ontologis, dan fungsional terealisasi di lima makam keramat. Pada aspek mistis, banyak pengunjung makam yang percaya atas kesaktian tokoh yang ada di makam tsb bisa mengabulkan semua permintaan, asalkan pengunjung memenuhi syarat. Saat itu pengunjung melakukan ritual-ritual mistis. Pada aspek ontologis, pemikiran masyarakat tidak bergantunglagi pada hal-hal gaib , mereka tidak menaruh sesajen di makam. Namun mereka hanya melakukan ziarah makam, slametan. Masyarakat sudah bisa berpikir logis dan hidup berdampingan dengan kehidupan nyata. Aspek fungsional terlihat dari masyarakat yang memfungsikan makam-makam tsb. sebagai objek ilmu pengetahuan, objek wisata religi, objek wisata budaya.

Abstract

MRT Jakarta is a new face of urban public transport in DKI Jakarta. It was start the commercial operation on March 2019, give a choice for Jakarta Citizen for using comfortable, safe and on time public transport. However, on march 2020 Indonesia Goverments announce about pandemic of Covid-19 and Indonesia have a new normal protocol for daily people movement. This has an impact on MRT Jakarta like decrease in the number of passanger. So we need the new analysis about Operation Pattern on MRT Jakarta. The purpose of this research is make a effective operation pattern of MRT Jakarta. With quantitative methodology, the data or information used is secondary data obtained from MRT Jakarta technical data and primary data obtained from direct observations in the field, and the result is based on maximum train occupancy, still enough for using 10 minutes headway and the operation start from 06:00 until 22:00.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how organizational culture, training, motivation, and job satisfaction influence nurse performance. This research method is quantitative descriptive correlational. The sample used was 80 nurses, data collection using a questionnaire was carried out in May-June 2023. The results showed that organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction with performance obtained r= 0.622, 0.579, 0.615, 0.609 with the probability of each of these variables being 0.000 <0.005, which means that there is a significant relationship/correlation between organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction with performance. In addition, each of these variables describes a positive relationship, which means that the higher the organizational culture, the training, increased motivation and the higher the level of satisfaction, the higher the performance of nurses. The conclusion from this study is that organizational culture, training, motivation, and satisfaction affect the performance of nurses at RSIA ‘Aisyiyah Klaten.

Abstract

Pada sistem transportasi di Indonesia perkeretaapian menjadi salah satu moda yang tepat didalam mengatasi kemacetan jalan raya, karena kereta api dinilai lebih efisien dan efektif sebagai moda transportasi umum. Tingkat efisien dan efektif pelayanan moda kereta api sangat dipengaruhi terhadap kecepatan kereta api tersebut, salah satu yang mempengaruhi perubahan kecepatan kereta api pada suatu lintas adalah kualitas prasarananya. Penurunan kualitas prasarana dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya kereta api yang lewat pada lintas tersebut, pada lintas Bekasi – Cikampek jumlah perjalanan kereta api mencapai 605 perjalanan dalam 1 hari, hal ini menjadikan lintas tersebut menjadi salah satu lintas terpadat pada Perkeretaapian Indonesia. Metode perhitungan nilai Track Quality Index (TQI) merupakan salah satu cara untuk menentukan kualitas prasarana yang menjadikan standar untuk mengetahui kecepatan prasarana pada suatu lintas. Metode perhitungan TQI mempertimbangkan nilai pengukuran lebar jalur, listringan, peninggian dan angkatan untuk menentukan jumlah TQI. Pada lintas Bekasitimur – Cikampek penilaaian TQI yang didapat kurang dari 20 dan pada lintas Bekasi – Bekasitimur berjumlah 37.938. Dengan standar nilai TQI terhadap kecepatan untuk petak jalan Bekasi – Bekasitimur dapat dikategorikan “sedang” dengan ketentuan kecepatan 60 – 80 km/jam, yang berdasarkan GAPEKA 2023 kecepatan lintas prasarana pada Bekasi – Cikampek adalah 115 km/jam. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut pada petak jalan Bekasi – Bekasitimur harus dilakukan pembatasan kecepatan sampai kualitas prasarana dapat kembali optimal.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari kegiatan donasi air bersih di kecamatan Jatiroto dan kecamatan Paranggupito adalah terpanggilnya melihat kondisi dari dua wilayah di kabupaten Wonogiri yang sangat memerlukan dan kritis akan keberadaan air bersih untuk kebutuhan pokok. Kebutuhan dasar manusia adalah air bersih adalahsalahasatunya. Metode pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dipakai pada kondisi yang sangat urgen dan mendesak atau dalam kondisi darurat yang paling cocok adalah model philantropi, yaitu pemberian langsung ke sasaran penerima manfaat di dua kecamatan tersebut diatas. Hal inipun sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang mendesak yang sudah dirasakan masyarakat dan sangat dinantikan keberadaanya akan air bersih dengan model PRA dengan 6 bulan mulai dari observasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dirasakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di dua kecamatan di kabuapten Wonogiri sangat baik direspon oleh Bapak Camat, Bapak Kepala Desa dan tokoh masyarakat. Masyarakat sangat berterima kasih bahwa ada pihak kampus UNIBA Surakarta yang ada kepedulian akan kesusahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat akan air bersih, dengan kata lain kegiatan ini sangat berhasil dengan baik dan ada keberlanjutkan dengan program yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of incentive variables, work environment, discipline and leadership style on employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The sampling technique used in this research was a census technique with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that incentives, work environment, discipline and leadership style partially and significantly influence employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The advice from this research is that the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center continues to improve incentives, work environment, discipline and existing leadership styles, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

Motivation, training, work environment and compensation on employee performance (Occupational Therapists in Clinics in Surabaya City). This study aims to determine and explain the influence of motivation, training, work environment, and compensation on Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City. The population of all Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City is 40. Where the sampling technique uses the census method with a sample size of 40 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used statistical analysis, namely multiple regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City. 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City. 3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City. 4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Occupational Therapists working in Clinics in Surabaya City. Which means that the higher the quality of motivation, training, work environment and compensation, the quality of employee performance will increase. Conversely, the lower the quality of motivation, training, work environment and compensation, it can cause a decrease in the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected world, online platforms have become essential hubs for intellectual discussions within the Muslim community. These platforms foster the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and perspectives on faith, culture, and contemporary issues. However, financial constraints often pose significant challenges to expanding the influence of these discussions. This journal article explores strategies and methodologies for overcoming budget limitations while extending the impact and reach of online Muslim intellectual conversations. The Muslim community is a diverse tapestry of voices, backgrounds, and viewpoints. Online platforms offer a unique arena for these diverse voices to converge, transcending geographical boundaries and fostering global unity. Yet, the potential of these platforms is sometimes limited by resource constraints. The study emphasizes strategies such as leveraging social media, creating engaging content, nurturing community involvement, and seeking strategic partnerships. The article presents a comprehensive overview of these strategies and their successful implementations. It provides a roadmap for engaging a wider audience, creating a vibrant online platform, and facilitating meaningful discussions within budget limitations. The case studies included further illustrate how these strategies have been applied to achieve success and impact. The discussions explored are of critical importance not only to the Muslim community but also to global society at large. They encompass matters of faith, ethics, culture, and their intersections in a rapidly changing world. In a time marked by evolving norms, these discussions provide a constructive avenue for dialogue, mutual understanding, and the promotion of peaceful coexistence. In conclusion, this article presents practical strategies to amplify the reach of online Muslim intellectual discussions on a tight budget. By applying these recommendations, individuals and organizations can navigate financial constraints to create dynamic spaces for meaningful intellectual discourse within the Muslim community and beyond, ensuring the sustained growth and impact of online Muslim intellectual conversations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of remuneration, organizational climate, mutation, and leadership on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach because the data to be processed is ratio data, and the focus of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence between the variables being examined. This research will be conducted at KPP Madya Surakarta. The planned time for the research is October - November 2024. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office, totaling 116 people. Based on the determined sample data, a sample of 26 employees with the position of executor and 40 employees with the position of Account Representative (AR) was obtained. Therefore, the sample in this study consists of 66 people. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of the employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office. Next, the independent variables in this study are remuneration (X1), organizational climate (X2), mutation (X3), and leadership. (X4). The research results show that remuneration, organizational climate, and mutation have a positive and significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees. However, leadership does not have a significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees.
