Abstract

The tea beverage industry in Indonesia is a significant contributor to the national economy and is a popular commodity for domestic consumption. The objective of this study is to analyze the tea beverage sector in Indonesia, specifically in terms of its status as a halal beverage. The study will primarily focus on evaluating the sensory quality of the tea and understanding consumer preferences. A descriptive qualitative methodology was employed to choose four widely recognized packaged tea brands. The sensory study was conducted using hedonic rating tests to ascertain the optimal product quality and the products most favored by the panelists. The study's findings indicate that the four brands of packaged tea comply with the regulations set by LPPOM and BPJPH regarding halal certification. Regarding sensory quality, Teh Pucuk and Frestea exhibit a high level of consumer acceptability, with overall parameter ratings of 5.16 and 5.44, respectively (indicating a moderate likeness). Teh Pucuk stands out for its exceptional freshness and taste, Teh Kotak is known for its consistent quality and enticing aroma, Teh Botol is renowned for its strong brand confidence, and Frestea is distinguished by its jasmine aroma and convenient packaging. Manufacturers who can uphold product quality, foster innovation, and execute effective promotions will experience greater ease in acquiring consumer preferences and enhancing consumer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Operational Risk and Sharia Compliance are indicators contained in the waqf Core Principles, which have been applied by the Bekasi Branch Al-Qur’an Waqf Board in minimising operational risks that will occur and indications of sharia compliance. The Waqf assets issued by the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board to the public are Al-Qur’an mushaf, where the waqif donates by giving a sum of money will be used for all operational purposes from collecting money, printing, storing and distributing Al-Qur’an throughout the country. This study aims to analyse the application of Operational Risk and analyse of Sharia Compliance at the Bekasi Branch of the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board. This method with descriptive research and field research. Data collection is carried out by observation and interview process. The results showed that: From six indicators of Operational Risk and from ten indicators of Sharia Compliance, the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board has implemented all of them based on the Waqf Core Principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the extent of the regulation of the Sharia Supervisory Board on securities crowdfunding products based on the DSN MUI fatwa No. 140 of 2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method which is focused on problems based on facts carried out by observation. This research focuses on analyzing data on the Shafiq.id website on the offering of Islamic securities in the form of sukuk through crowdfunding services reviewed through the provisions contained in the DSN MUI fatwa NO. 140 of 2021 concerning Islamic securities offerings through information technology-based crowdfunding services based on sharia principles. The results of this study indicate that the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is tasked with ensuring that all activities in sharia fintech always comply with sharia principles, including in sharia crowdfunding activities. Islamic crowdfunding activities must be based on the spirit of helping in goodness (ta'awun) and must be based on Islamic rules and guided by the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. DPS oversees the information technology-based financing service model to ensure that the form of crowdfunding implementation does not conflict with sharia principles. In addition, DPS adjusts the contract according to the form of sharia crowdfunding that will be used by the parties. DPS is also tasked with providing advice to the parties and, in the event of a dispute, resolving it by consensus or through a sharia dispute resolution institution in accordance with the Fatwa of DSN-MUI.

Abstract

This research aims to identify, analyze, and describe the development of the tourist village through the utilization of local potential by BUMDes Berkarya in Wonorejo Tourist Village, Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research involves tourism destination elements consisting of five focuses: tourist attractions, attractions, tourist facilities and general facilities, accessibility, and brand images. The results of this research indicate that the development of the tourist village through the utilization of local potential by BUMDes Berkarya in Wonorejo Tourist Village is quite good and aligns with existing theories. However, there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved and further developed, such as incorporating local culture as an attraction, adding facilities, and improving accessibility to facilitate easier access. These improvements aim to achieve the goal of tourism development, which is to attract tourist visits and enhance community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of endorsement and brand image on purchasing decisions, where consumer trust is a moderating variable for Tiktok social media users. Writing this thesis uses a descriptive writing method with a quantitative approach and collects data using a questionnaire. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire with a sample size of 200 respondents using the Tiktok social media. The population of this research is Tiktok social media users in the city of Surakarta, Central Java. This research uses Smart PLS 3.0 as a data analysis tool. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests, classic multicollinearity assumption tests, R2 tests, Q2 tests, path coefficient tests, hypothesis tests. The research results found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Consumer trust can moderate endorsement of consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, consumer trust cannot moderate brand image on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine community economic empowerment through the mango business from the perspective of muamalah fiqh in Oro-Oro Ombo Kulon Village, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research identifies the economic potential of the mango business in the village and analyzes the application of muamalah fiqh principles in every aspect of the business. The research results show that Oro-Oro Ombo Kulon Village has great potential in mango cultivation and economic empowerment through this business has had a positive impact on the local community. The application of the principles of muamalah fiqh, such as justice, transparency and honesty, in the mango business also creates an ethical and sustainable business environment. This research provides recommendations for infrastructure development, training, product diversification, collaboration, and marketing strategies that can increase the effectiveness of economic empowerment through the mango business and create a business model that is in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the selling value of food commodities and the selling value of livestock commodities in Langkat Regency. And what strategies are used to get high selling value. This research uses qualitative methods and a descriptive approach. This research shows that first, the selling value of food is not yet in line with farmers' current expectations, with fertilizer prices being expensive and limited, but the selling value is still unstable. Meanwhile, the selling value of livestock in the district is still said to be quite stable.

Abstract

A region's ability to manage regional finances will influence the level of regional independence. To measure the regional independence of Bandung Regency, regional income was measured using ratio analysis consisting of the degree of decentralization ratio, the regional dependency ratio, the regional financial independence ratio, and the PAD effectiveness ratio. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using secondary data in the form of budget realization reports. The results of the research show that the regional financial performance of Bandung Regency has not been maximized with an average degree of decentralization of 18.41% with the criteria of insufficient capacity, the level of regional dependency is very high with an average of 68.45%, the average level of regional financial independence is 26.93% are included in low financial capability and have a consultative relationship pattern, the average PAD effectiveness level is 110.76% or is included in the very effective category. From the research results it can be concluded that Bandung Regency is not yet independent in managing its regional finances. Efforts that the Bandung Regency Regional Government can make to overcome this are by conducting outreach regarding tax regulations to taxpayers, exploring other potential sources of PAD revenue, and intensifying PAD revenue.

Abstract

Go-Food is a feature in the Gojek application with food delivery services. Researchers aim to determine the influence of Go-Food quality on the loyalty given and the influence of satisfaction on the loyalty given to students. Researchers used questionnaires in collecting data. The samples used were taken by random sampling, where samples taken from the population were carried out irregularly. Research methods for processing data are: validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. In the classical assumption test, researchers used the Normality Test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Then this researcher used multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which used the f test and t test. The results of the research conducted were that service quality and satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir using employees from several departments as samples, with a total sample of 101 employees. The research results show that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, compensation has a negative effect on employee performance. In this research, the most influential variable is the work motivation variable.
