Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation with a discussion of the BRIDA NTB business incubation program which focuses on empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara through a holistic and integrated approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages. The BRIDA NTB business incubation program is a holistic and integrated initiative in empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). With a comprehensive approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages, BRIDA NTB has succeeded in creating a conducive environment for the growth and success of startup businesses in the region. In the pre-incubation stage, BRIDA NTB carries out intensive and inclusive publications through online and offline outreach activities, which increase public awareness about the opportunities that exist to participate in business incubation programs. An easy registration process and strict selection ensures quality participant participation and has the potential to grow in the local economy. During the incubation process, participants receive various forms of assistance, including training in various aspects of business, mentoring by experienced business practitioners, access to finance, intellectual property protection, and free work space facilities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Branch Office in Medan. Service quality and product quality are considered two key factors that can affect customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking industry. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to BTN Syariah Medan customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which these two independent variables influence customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that both service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality, which includes aspects such as speed, friendliness, and staff professionalism, is proven to be a primary factor in enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, product quality, which encompasses various offered Islamic banking products, also has a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Branch Office in Medan needs to continuously improve their service quality and product quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction levels. The practical implications of this study show that improvements in these two aspects can increase customer loyalty and drive the growth of the Islamic banking business. This research provides an important contribution to the Islamic banking literature and offers strategic recommendations for bank management in their efforts to enhance the quality of their services and products.

Abstract

Indonesia's internet user base is growing as a result of the swift progress of technolog,, which also creates intense competition among e-commerce companies, including Lazada. Based on this phenomenon, the research aims to observe the influence of content marketing and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying behavior in Lazada e-commerce. A non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling is applied. The total sample, according to the predetermined criteria, was 98 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) is the data analysis technique used. The research findings show that content marketing does not affect impulsive buying in Lazada's e-commerce. Conversely, impulsive buying in Lazada e-commerce is influenced by consumer shopping lifestyles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of share ownership on earnings management practices by considering profitability as a moderating variable. The research method used includes quantitative data analysis from the financial statements of publicly listed companies on the stock exchange, where the data is systematically collected and meticulously analyzed. There are 214 samples used in this study, selected based on certain criteria to ensure the representativeness of the samples. The results of the study are expected to make a significant contribution to the literature on earnings management and provide practical insights for stakeholders, including investors and regulators, in understanding the dynamics between share ownership, profitability, and earnings management.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the influence of service quality, trust and satisfaction (case study of KPRI Semarang High Court). The research focuses on service quality and trust, aiming to analyze their influence on satisfaction. The population used in this research were members of the KPRI Semarang High Court. The sample used was 58 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The method for collecting data uses quantitative methods or questionnaires. This research uses instrument test analysis models (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, and model tests (t-test and f-test) in SPSS software. The results of this research conclude that service quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. Satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of KPRI members at the Semarang High Court. The variable that most influences the satisfaction of KPRI members at the Semarang High Court is service quality.

Abstract

The development of technology has now extended to various aspects of life, including streaming services. In this digital era, technology and the internet significantly help people access various information and entertainment. One of the streaming service platforms widely used in Indonesia is Vidio. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which Instagram social media marketing @vidiosports and online customer reviews influence customer satisfaction through purchase decisions for Vidio streaming service users. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study are that social media marketing does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, online customer reviews do not significantly influence customer satisfaction, social media marketing significantly influences purchase decisions, online customer reviews significantly influence purchase decisions, purchase decisions significantly influence customer satisfaction, social media marketing significantly influences customer satisfaction through purchase decisions, and online customer reviews significantly influence customer satisfaction through purchase decisions. Suggestions for Vidio include enhancing Instagram social media marketing @vidiosports by being engaging and consistent in obtaining good online customer reviews.

Abstract

This research focuses on state-owned companies in 2021-2023 to evaluate the role of the audit committee, audit quality, and auditor tenure to improve the integrity of financial reports. The integrity of financial reports is a crucial aspect in business and finance because reliable and accurate reports are the basis for stakeholders in making economic decisions. This study was motivated by several cases in state-owned companies, such as PT Garuda Indonesia and PT Asuransi Jiwasraya, which showed dishonesty in financial reporting. This analysis is aimed at assessing the professionalism of the audit committee and the independent monitoring system on the performance taken for this research is secondary. With analysis tools using SPSS version 25. management to produce quality audits. Data a The research methodology involves analyzing data from 36 samples of state-owned companies using classic assumption tests, such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the analysis state that the audit committee variable, audit quality has a significant impact on the integrity of financial reports and audit tenure has no significant effect on the integrity of financial reports. The contribution of this analysis is the importance of the audit committee's role in improving the integrity of financial reports as reflected in effectiveness in a transparent and accountable manner, the selection of auditors who have a reputation and high competence ensures reliable financial reports, provides insight into the impact of long-term relationships between auditors and clients on the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the strategy for developing marine resources carried out by Karampi village and whether developing marine resources can improve the community's economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the strategy carried out by the Karampi village to develop marine products is first, by creating an entrepreneurial group in each hamlet which is formed directly by the village to process marine products such as fish which are processed into fish balls, fish nuggets, fish floss, and fish crackers. Apart from fish, there is seaweed which is processed into seaweed dodol, seaweed pudding, seaweed jelly and seaweed cendol ice. The seafood that is processed into food and drinks is marketed through collaboration with kiosks and markets in Karampi village. Second, the village provides infrastructure in the form of bot machines for fishermen who have charts. The development of marine resources carried out by the village is very supportive of improving the community's economy and can provide employment opportunities for the community. The research results contribute to the formulation of blue economy policies. The limitation of this research is that the data used is still limited to secondary data types, namely previous articles.

Abstract

 This research aims to determine the influence of internal control and the application of accounting in the office of the Sionggoton village head. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and the sample in this research was 30 people in the office of the Sionggoton village head using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research show that internal control and the application of accounting have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, namely that there is a positive influence of internal control on the quality of financial reports in the office of the Sionggoton village head; The quality of financial reports at the Sionggoton village head's office is positively influenced by the application of accounting; The quality of financial reports at the Sionggoton village head's office is influenced positively and significantly by the application of accounting principles and internal control.

Abstract

Many life lesson stories can be obtained from them in the form of wisdom that they have gone through starting from the entry of technology until today's era. This wisdom can later be used as a basis for the millennial generation and so on to live side by side with technological sophistication. So that they can purposefully utilize existing technology. Along with the SDGs by contributing to the achievement of SDG number 4, namely Quality Education, ensuring equal access to quality education that is prosperous and inclusive. So, our CSV strategy is the first step in supporting the 2030 agents for Sustainable Development. The research method used is quantitative causality by identifying stakeholders, social impact indicators, data collection, monetarization value and then calculating the SROI value. The result was obtained a ratio of 28.38 which means that every Rp1 invested in the GEN UNAIR + program, will generate social returns of Rp28.38 rupiah. The value of this SROI is relatively high and produces relatively high returns.
