Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work training on the job training on employee performance at PT Radio Suara Pesona Indah of the City of Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were radio broadcasting employees, selected using saturated sampling, so the sample in this study was the entire population of radio broadcasting employees, totaling 39 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the work training on the job training had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance at PT Radio Suara Indah of the City of Palembang. Abstract

The most dominant instant noodle brand in Nigeria is Indomie. Indomie is a joint venture with Indofood. Various types of instant noodles have been successfully exported to foreign countries. One of the instant noodle company's expansion targets is a country at the westernmost tip of the African continent, Senegal. The objective achieved through this research is to determine the impact of product development of Indofood Brand Instant Noodles on the image of the Indomie brand in the world. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carried out this export activity for the first time, namely in 1992. The product that was first exported out was Indomie products. Indomie products were exported abroad for the first time, with the main reason being that many Indonesian citizens (WNI) live abroad. Countries that are the main marketing destinations for export activities are actually countries with many Indonesian citizens, such as Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. But over time, Indomie is increasingly known and there are more and more enthusiasts. Therefore, its export destinations are expanding to almost the whole world. Abstract

The act of misrepresentation in a monetary establishment is something that can be a significant danger to the maintainability of an organization's business. As a result, it is critical that efforts to prevent fraud are made to lessen the impact on stakeholders and customers. One way to do this is by putting good corporate governance into place. This study aims to determine how the presence of a sharia-compliant supervisory board in an Islamic bank, one form of good corporate governance, reduces the financing of fraudulent activities. The method of conducting the literature review and the qualitative research approach were utilized, and secondary data were used as the type of data. The findings of this study indicate that an Islamic bank's maximum application of good corporate governance is thought to be capable of preventing the practice of fraud financing. This is especially true when the Islamic supervisory board is maximized in supervising the implemented operations that have met the sharia compliance aspect. The presence of a sharia supervisory board is not only a distinguishing feature between Islamic banks and conventional banks; it is also a representation of the implementation of GCG. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and commitment to school performance by applying accounting information systems as an intervening variable in Medan Private High Schools. This type of research conducted in this study is to use a Quantitative Approach. The population in this study amounted to 196 Private High Schools in the city of Medan. The population used was all private high schools in the city of Medan with 392 respondents from the Principal and Treasurer. The number of samples in this study were 50 schools with the number of respondents 50 times 2, the total number of respondents was 100. The study of the independent variables studied was Organizational Culture and Commitment. In this study the independent variables studied were School Performance, and intervening variables were the application of accounting information systems. Data collection techniques in this study researchers used two ways, namely library research and field research. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis based on Variance (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the variable Influence of organizational culture on school performance has a path coefficient of 0.143. The effect has a probability value (p-values) of 0.862> 0.05, meaning school performance has no effect in influencing organizational culture. The organizational culture variable on the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of 0.989 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that the influence of organizational culture on school performance is significant. commitment to school performance has a path coefficient of 0.406 and has a probability value (p-value) of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that commitment to school performance is influential. commitment to the application of accounting information systems has a path coefficient of -0.010 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.658> 0.05, this shows that commitment has no effect on the application of accounting information systems and accounting information systems on school performance has a path coefficient - 0.415 and has a probability value (p-values) of 0.860> 0.05, this shows that the accounting information system is not significant in influencing school performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived benefits and prices on purchase intention through trust as an intervening variable for TikTok Shop consumers in Yogyakarta. The variables of this study consist of perceived benefits, price, purchase intention, and trust. The sample in this study was 112 respondents who had made purchases at the TikTok Shop. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed using a purposive sampling technique. This study using Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Benefits on Trust with a significance value of 0.000, there is a positive and significant influence of Price on Trust with a significance value of 0.000, there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Benefits on Purchase Interest with a significance value of 0.011, there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchase interest with a significance value of 0.000, there is a positive and significant influence of Trust on Purchase Interest with a significance value of 0.008.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design and digital promotions on the purchasing decisions of TikTok shop consumers and to determine the influence of product design and digital promotions on the impulsive purchases of TikTok shop consumers. This research uses quantitative or survey research methods, a purposive sampling technique, where the sample for this research was taken from 112 respondents from Yogyakarta students who had made purchases at the TikTok shop. To test data quality, use validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing using partial tests (T test), coefficient of determination (R2) and Sobel test. The research results show that the product design variable (X1) does not significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y). Digital promotions (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Product design (X1) has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchasing (Z). Digital promotions (X2) have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases (Z). Impulsive buying (Z) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain dynamic capabilities on the performance of coffee shop companies in South Tangerang City. An effective and efficient supply chain is an important factor in achieving a competitive advantage in the growing coffee shop industry. to analyze the data obtained from a survey conducted on a number of coffee shops in South Tangerang City, the regression method was used. The independent variable used in this study is supply chain dynamic capabilities, while the dependent variable is the performance of coffee shop companies. The data collected was analyzed to examine the relationship between the variables. The results of this study indicate that supply chain dynamic capabilities have a significant positive effect on the performance of coffee shop companies in South Tangerang City. In conclusion, this study provides important insights into the relationship between supply chain dynamic capabilities and coffee shop company performance. The results of this research can be a basis for coffee shop companies to improve their ability to dynamically manage supply chains in order to achieve competitive advantage and better performance. Abstract

This research discusses an inclusive marketing strategy that involves LGBTQ+ in the Kate Spade New York fashion brand. Through a quantitative research method with a literature review approach, this study aims to investigate the building of brand image, the impact that appears, and the public's perception of this initiative. In the background, it is known that fashion has undergone significant changes from time to time. In the early 2000s, fashion was still highly compartmentalized by gender, but this perception has changed over the years. The LGBTQ+ community has also become an important part of the world of fashion and marketing. It can be seen that Kate Spade New York, one of the leading fashion brands, has shown support for the LGBTQ+ community through her Rainbow Shop collections and partnerships with organizations such as The Trevor Project. However, there is no clear information regarding changes in brand perception and sales after Kate Spade New York supports LGBTQ+. Even though this brand has the support of the LGBTQ+ community, there has been negative feedback from some quarters. Therefore, it is important for brands to continue to strengthen their commitment, conduct in-depth market research, and communicate clearly and authentically about their values of inclusion. Abstract

This paper aims to investigate developments and changes in Islamic economic thought during the period 1960-1980. This period is very important in the history of Islamic economic thought because it experienced many social, political, and economic changes in the Muslim world. This study uses historical analysis methods to trace the evolution of Islamic economic thought at that time. This paper identifies several key figures and schools of thought that played an important role in developing Islamic economic thought in that period. Some of the figures studied include Sayyid Abul A'la Maududi, Sayyid Qutb, and Muhammad Baqir as-Sadr, who represent diverse views in Islamic economic thought. The results of this study indicate that the period 1960-1980 was an important period in the development of Islamic economic thought. During this period, attempts were made to combine the principles of Islamic economics with contemporary economic practices. Several schools of thought propose alternative economic models based on Islamic principles, such as an economic system based on social justice, sustainable economic development, and economic empowerment of Muslims. Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine the effect of ROA, DAR and NPM on stock prices. The population of this research are manufacturing companies in the Cosmetics and Household sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. Purposive sampling appliied as the sampling method, and according to the established criteria, there were fives companies that met the criterias to be sampled. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools applied in this research. This research showed that Return On Assets (ROA) partially had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. The Coefficient of Determination value (R2) is 0.566 which indicates that stock price as a variable Y is influenced by Return On Assets (X1), Debt to Asset Ratio (X2), and Net Profit Margin (X3) of 56.6%, while the other 43.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.
