Abstract

The global Islamic finance industry is experiencing exponential growth that demands the integration of corporate social responsibility based on Islamic ethical values. This research aims to analyze the conceptualization of Islamic business ethics values within the maqasid al-shariah framework, evaluate CSR implementation practices, identify challenges, and analyze implications for the sustainability of Islamic financial institutions. Library research method with qualitative-descriptive analytical approach was employed through content analysis of academic literature from 2020-2025. The results indicate that Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) based on maqasid al-shariah has fundamental differences from conventional CSR through the integration of tawhid, justice, amanah, and ihsan principles in economic empowerment programs, Islamic financial literacy, and social welfare. Internal challenges include limited organizational capacity and complexity of sharia compliance, while external challenges encompass the absence of global standardization and diverse stakeholder expectations. The integration of Islamic ethical values provides positive implications for sustainable performance, competitive advantage, and social legitimacy of Islamic financial institutions. Strengthening human resource capacity, developing holistic measurement instruments, and standardizing ICSR are necessary to optimize contributions to sustainable development.

Abstract

Chronic psychological stress has emerged as a significant but often overlooked factor contributing to premature skin aging. Beyond its well-known systemic effects, sustained stress disrupts the delicate neuroendocrine–immune balance that maintains skin homeostasis. Elevated cortisol and catecholamine levels impair collagen synthesis, increase oxidative stress, and compromise epidermal barrier integrity, thereby accelerating wrinkle formation, dehydration, and loss of elasticity. Moreover, psychoneuroimmunologic pathways involving the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis and sympathetic activation induce chronic low-grade inflammation and telomere shortening, further promoting cellular senescence in dermal fibroblasts. This review synthesizes evidence from dermatologic, neuroscientific, and psychosomatic research to elucidate the mechanisms linking chronic stress and skin aging. Mind–body interventions such as mindfulness, yoga, and cognitive-behavioral therapy have shown potential to modulate cortisol levels and improve skin parameters, highlighting the clinical value of integrative psychodermatology. Understanding this mind–skin connection may inform novel strategies for both aesthetic and therapeutic dermatology by addressing psychological well-being as a core determinant of cutaneous youth and resilience.

Abstract

Efficient inventory management is crucial for company operations, especially in today's digital era. The implementation of an inventory management system based on CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) offers a structured solution for managing stock, allowing users to easily add, view, update, and delete inventory data. This system enhances efficiency and accuracy in stock record-keeping but still has limitations, such as the lack of advanced automation features and more complex data analysis. This study evaluates the benefits and challenges of implementing the CRUD system and provides guidelines for further development to ensure the system meets the evolving operational needs. In conclusion, while the system is effective, adjustments and enhancements are needed to improve its scalability and flexibility in the future.

Abstract

Law No. 1 of 2025 introduces several legal issues, including those related to the establishment of the BPI Danantara (Danantara Indonesia) as a superholding that consolidates the assets of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) within the framework of a sovereign wealth fund. However, it is exempted from being subject to state administration, finance, and state losses, and weakens the oversight mechanism of the Financial Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI), which is entrusted with the authority to audit state finances under Article 23E of the 1945 Constitution. These conditions raise concerns about potential governance deviations due to conflicts with the Anti-Corruption Law, the State Finance Law, and the State Administration Law. In this regard, this study analyzes the legal policy direction of the Government through Law No. 1 of 2025 and whether the losses of Danantara Indonesia and BUMN still constitute state losses, thereby allowing Law Enforcement Agencies to continue addressing corruption offenses within BUMN. The analysis shows that the legal policy direction of the Government through the BUMN Law is aimed at shifting the management of BUMN from a centralistic and bureaucratic model to a more decentralized one. This shift aims to improve the investment climate and ease of doing business, ultimately increasing foreign investor interest in placing investments or Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in Indonesia. However, this has sparked both support and opposition due to the vulnerability to corruption practices within BUMN. Despite this, based on the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generali and Articles 2 and 3 of the Anti-Corruption Law, the losses from Danantara Indonesia and BUMN remain considered state losses, provided there is an unlawful act, such as corruption, embezzlement of funds, or fraud in the management of investments that leads to state losses.

Abstract

Masa nifas merupakan periode kritis yang dialami oleh seorang ibu setelah melahirkan, baik dari sisi fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu gangguan emosional yang sering muncul pada periode ini adalah postpartum blues, yaitu kondisi perasaan sedih, cemas, dan mudah menangis yang biasanya muncul pada minggu pertama setelah persalinan. Kondisi ini, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, dapat berkembang menjadi depresi postpartum yang lebih berat. Berbagai faktor dapat memengaruhi terjadinya postpartum blues, di antaranya adalah dukungan suami dan kualitas tidur ibu setelah melahirkan. Dukungan emosional, informasional, dan instrumental dari suami terbukti mampu menurunkan tingkat stres dan kecemasan ibu, sedangkan kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat memperburuk kondisi emosional dan mempercepat munculnya gejala postpartum blues. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan suami dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian postpartum blues pada ibu postpartum primipara di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Baro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu postpartum primipara yang berada di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Baro, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dukungan suami, kualitas tidur, dan postpartum blues yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan kejadian postpartum blues (p = 0,003) dan antara kualitas tidur dengan kejadian postpartum blues (p = 0,033). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa semakin baik dukungan suami dan kualitas tidur ibu, semakin kecil kemungkinan ibu mengalami postpartum blues. Oleh karena itu, peran suami dalam memberikan dukungan emosional dan membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan ibu selama masa nifas sangat penting untuk mencegah gangguan emosional pasca persalinan.

Abstract

PT XYZ as a forestry company lacks systematic documentation regarding employee job satisfaction levels, particularly related to the influence of leadership styles and work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive method involving 42 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Work environment significantly influences job satisfaction (t count 4.280 > t table 2.023; sig. 0.001 < 0.05) with regression coefficient 0.480. Leadership style has positive but insignificant influence (t count 0.637 < t table 2.023; sig. 0.528 > 0.05) with coefficient 0.076. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence (F count 19.249 > F table 3.23) with 47.1% contribution to job satisfaction.  Work environment has dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. Management is advised to prioritize work environment improvement and develop comprehensive leadership development programs.

Abstract

Ndan Ndut Ria merupakan industri kecil yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan garam konsumsi yang berlokasi di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Kaliori, Kabupaten Rembang. Produk yang dihasilkan meliputi garam briket dan garam halus. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penjualan produk mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh belum optimalnya strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat guna meningkatkan penjualan dan mengembangkan usaha garam. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang objektif dalam penentuan prioritas strategi, digunakan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) yang mampu mengakomodasi ketidakpastian dan subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode ini memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dibandingkan metode AHP konvensional karena menggunakan bilangan fuzzy dalam proses pembobotan kriteria dan alternatif strategi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan aplikatif bagi UD. Ndan Ndut Ria untuk menghadapi persaingan pasar serta meningkatkan kinerja usahanya.

Abstract

Anxiety is a condition characterized by excessive worry, accompanied by behavioral, emotional, and physiological reactions. One way to address anxiety in patients with schizophrenia is using cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy is necessary in the management of schizophrenia patients because it can help them overcome anxiety responses caused by distorted negative thoughts. Cognitive therapy can provide clients with a foundation for thinking to express their negative feelings, understand their problems, and be able to overcome them and solve them. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety in schizophrenia patients at Gabus I Pati Public Health Center. Research Methods: The research method used was an experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. A sample of 36 respondents was selected using total sampling. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test showed a ρ value of 0.001, less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy is effective for anxiety in schizophrenia patients at the Gabus I Community Health Center in Pati. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used by patients and families to manage anxiety in schizophrenia patients at home with the assistance of local health workers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Digital Public Relations (Digital PR) conducted by PT Infobank Media Group through its official TikTok account, @InfobankOfficial, in strengthening its brand image as a credible, educational, and adaptive financial media institution in the era of digital communication. The phenomenon stems from the shifting information consumption patterns of the younger generation, who are increasingly active on short-form video platforms such as TikTok. This study employs a qualitative descriptive case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants (Business Development Manager, Social Media Specialist, and Assistant Manager of Infobank), two external triangulators, and direct observation of @InfobankOfficial TikTok content. Data were analyzed through stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Infobank implements a Digital PR strategy by utilizing TikTok’s features—short videos, viral sounds, educational captions, and interactive tools—to deliver financial literacy messages in an engaging and easily digestible way. The use of two-way communication and adaptation to social media trends proved effective in increasing user engagement and strengthening the public perception of Infobank’s brand image as a modern, professional, and responsive financial media institution. This study highlights the importance of integrating creative content with educational value in Digital PR strategies to build a positive reputation and sustain audience trust in the digital communication era.

Abstract

An interactive learning media based on e-LKPD can foster students’ creativity and learning interest, especially when presented with a simple and engaging design. Stoichiometry is one of the chemistry topics that involves abstract concepts. Therefore, the implementation of the STEAM-PjBL approach can help students connect concepts and theories with real-life contexts, making the learning process more relevant and meaningful. This study aims to identify the development process, usage procedures, feasibility of the media according to material and instructional design experts, teachers’ evaluations, and students’ responses toward the STEAM-PjBL-oriented e-LKPD developed for the stoichiometry topic. The development of the STEAM-PjBL-oriented e-LKPD employed the Lee & Owens development model. The research instruments included interview guidelines and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study show that the material expert and instructional design expert assessments fall into the “satisfactory” category. Furthermore, the teachers’ evaluation obtained an average score of 4.9, categorized as “highly feasible,” and students gave positive responses during the small-group trial with a percentage score of 89.06%, categorized as “excellent.”
