Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang adanya feedback dari dosen yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa kebingungan karena penguasaan materi semakin sulit. Hal ini berdampak pada kurangnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi feedback untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Prestasi belajar mahasiswa dilihat dari nilai evaluasi mahasiswa didukung dengan nilai dan tugas post test. Media yang digunakan adalah modul pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan kegiatan yang telah diskemakan. Subjek adalah mahasiswa semester I pada mata kuliah matematika materi kombinatorial tahun kuliah 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 38 mahasiswa. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi, lembar angket/kuesioner, jurnal harian, lembar wawancara dan lembar tes yaitu post test dan evaluasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. DAta yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah hasil dari test mahasiswa, lembar observasi, lembar angket. Dari hasil perhitungan prosentase diperoleh nilai Post test siklus I sebesar 38,89% dan siklus II sebesar 79,41%. Hasil lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menuinjukkan siklus I sebesar 65,875% dan siklus II sebesar 75,5% artinya pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui strategi feedback berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukka oleh rata-rata siginifikan mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Feedback, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The dynamics of scholl has very strong links with leadership. The dominant factor to form a school character and has a competitive advantage in the academic field id dependent on the ability of the proncipal increating a school culture. Establishment of schoool culture begins from building mindset of all school personnel to make changes. This have initiated by school's principal through ongoing innovation. Establishment of an effective school culture requires a long duration efforts and carried simultaneously on all aspects of the schools and the main factor is the headmaster. Finally, the leadership has a very strong relationship in a set up a school culture. Without leadership development, meaningful academic change will not hapen and school become just a passive static routine. Keywords: School Culture, Leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: Education at schools are often more concerned with the cognitive aspect. Teachers, parents, and society in general in still view that intellegence is limited academic skills (logical-mathematical). There’s paradigm that the smart kid is who get high scores and rank top in the class. The paradigm is too narrow if reviewed at the other intellegences in the nature of human beings. Howard Gardner says that man has eight intelligences that can be developed well through approriate direction (learning). There are linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist intellegence.Summarizes the various aspects required in the process of development of intellegence such as language (linguistic), the storyline (the logic of the story), social sensitivity (interpersonal and intrapersonal), conflict (the rhythm), imagination (visual/spatial), movement (kinesthetic), and nature (naturalist). Teachers can pack the teaching materials to be attractive to the fairy tale, that is expected to be easily grasped by children, so that the potential intellegence of nature child can be optimally developed. Abstract

Abstract: Rangraken Sawag is one manifestation of an agrarian culture in District Cipatujah, Tasikmalaya, West Java. This culture in unique because it contains a high aesthetic, in addition to its usefulness in helping farmers maintain the fields. The existence of this culture are now showing symptoms of decline. People are starting to forget this thing., especially the younger generation. Therefore, in a series of conservation activities organized by the food culture Community Service team Padjadjaran University and assisted by Sunda Pakidulan Dangiang community, local government officials and community leaders, the recontruction has been initiated especially for children. The Purpose of this implementation to reintroduce, instill a love, and fostering cultural creativity based society. Keyword: Reconstruction, Education, Children.

Abstract: This literary sociology study has the goal of describing the consumer culture contained in novel “Napoli: Ketika Jatuh di Pelukanmu (When Falling in your arms) by Riskaninda Maharani. The object of this study are the kind of object of consumption in the novel “Napoli: Ketika Jatuh di Pelukanmu” Sociology approach of the literature by analyzing literary texts relating to consumer culture in the novel. Consumption of different types of objects such as architecture, fashion, food and beverage and body ideals that made a lot of consumer culture in the novel. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study, firrst, to know the operation of the Daycare institution in Bumiayu District. Second, to determine the relevance of the conditions of implementation technical manual operation of Daycare in Bumiayu District. This research using quantitative is of the descriptive approach. The population in this study were 3 managers in the third Daycare above, 6 educators at Lestari Daycare, 4 educators at al-Ikhlas Daycare, and 1 educators at Bina Mandiri Daycare. The small of population makes the researcher does not take the some of them as samples. The results that: there is a match between the showed condition of implementation of the technical manual operation of Lestari Daycare. Meanwhile, the condition of the implementation of the technical manual operation of al-Ikhlas and Bina Mandiri Daycare are quite appropriate. Keywords: Daycare, relevance, user guide.

Abstract

Abstract : The meaning of faith, which is commonly understood only to believe, must be understood more profoundly as early as possible in every scientific study. This is because actually faith includes three things, namely believing in the heart, saying verbally, and practicing with the limbs. If you only believe with your heart, Satan does believe that Allah is the Lord of the Worlds. Faith must also bring peace by carrying out the mandate as caliph on earth. In addition, to be protected from disobedience / ma'shum, a prophet can certainly be a good example of virtue because of the virtues of his qualities. One cannot be said to believe when he does not trust the prophets. Trusting the prophets is not enough without actualizing their teachings through words, deeds or provisions. Planting and actualizing the faith as a unity in belief, words and deeds can shape characters that can ultimately carry out mandate and create a sense of security. Keywords: faith, actualizing, characters. Abstrak : Makna iman yang dipahami hanya sekedar percaya harus sudah mulai diperdalam lagi sedini mungkin dalam setiap kajian-kajian keilmuan. Karena sesungguhnya iman itu mencakup tiga hal yaitu meyakini dengan hati, mengucapkan dengan lisan dan mengamalkan dengan anggota tubuh. Jika hanya meyakini dengan hati bukankah setan meyakini bahwa Allah SWT adalah tuhan semesta alam. Iman Juga harus mendatangkan kedamaian dengan menjalankan amanah sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Selain terjaga dari kemaksiatan/ ma’shum, seorang nabi tentulah dapat menjadi suri tauladan yang baik karena keutamaan sifat-sifat yang dimilikinya. Seseorang tidak dapat dikatakan beriman manakala tidak mempercayai para nabi. Mempercayai para nabi tidaklah cukup tanpa mengaktualiasasikan apa yang menjadi ajaran-ajarannya melalui perkataan, perbuatan ataupun ketetapannya. Penanaman dan aktualisasi keimanan sebagai satu kesatuan dalam keyakinan, perkataan dan perbuatan dapat membentuk karakter yang pada akhirnya dapat menjalankan amanah dan menciptakan rasa aman. Kata Kunci: Iman, Aktualisasi, Karakter.
