Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi dan efektivitas aplikasi SI-ROMAN BERBAGI dalam meningkatkan pelayanan konsultasi pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Gorontalo. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap keterbatasan layanan konsultasi secara konvensional dengan menyediakan platform digital yang mempermudah pegawai dalam mengakses layanan secara efisien. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis penerapan aplikasi serta tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang melibatkan pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SI-ROMAN BERBAGI berjalan dengan baik, didukung oleh infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai serta pelatihan kepada pegawai. Efektivitas aplikasi terlihat dari peningkatan aksesibilitas, akurasi, dan efisiensi dalam layanan konsultasi. Selain itu, 85% responden menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah proses konsultasi, mengurangi waktu tunggu, dan meningkatkan transparansi. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala, seperti kebutuhan peningkatan fitur aplikasi dan sosialisasi lebih lanjut untuk memperluas penggunaannya. Dengan demikian, SI-ROMAN BERBAGI terbukti efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan konsultasi pegawai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, baik dalam penyempurnaan aplikasi maupun perluasan implementasinya ke sektor pelayanan lainnya.

Abstract

The manual ticket booking process often leads to several issues, such as long queues, data entry errors, limited-service hours, and the risk of tickets being sold out for customers who come directly to the cinema. Moreover, the absence of an integrated online system makes it difficult for prospective viewers to access real-time information on movie schedules and seat availability. This situation reduces both the convenience and efficiency of service for customers. The research method used is a descriptive method by collecting data directly from the research location. Therefore, the author seeks to offer a solution by developing a new system, an online cinema ticket booking and payment system. The system is tested using both White-box testing and Black-box testing methods. As a result, all system functions were found to operate correctly and as expected

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has encouraged many sectors, including wedding planning services, to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and quality of service. Bella Wedding Planner is a wedding service provider that requires a web-based information system to facilitate the management of client data, event schedules, and the delivery of service information online. The purpose of this study is to implement a web-based online application that can help Bella Wedding Planner manage its services efficiently. The system development method applied is the Waterfall method, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The results of the implementation show that this application functions to facilitate the ordering process, communicate with clients, and manage event data centrally. Thus, this system is expected to improve the professionalism and competitiveness of Bella Wedding Planner in the digital era. Wedding Organizer services play a role in helping couples who are getting married and their families plan their wedding events. The popularity of this service arises because of the ease of planning a wedding. However, there are obstacles in promoting wedding services, which often face problems such as incomplete wedding package information and manual transaction data processing, which has the potential to cause errors. This study shows that the Wedding Organizer application can provide complete information about wedding packages, update the latest package list, manage transactions in real-time, and automatically process order information. This study uses the waterfall method which includes the steps of analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection is done by collecting information about wedding packages, photo galleries, and vendor data. The programming language used in this project is PHP, with MySQL functioning as the Database Management System (DBMS).

Abstract

All activities that take place in the Fortuner store, whether related to service or the sale of spare parts, still rely on small notes, the data recording system currently used in this Fortuner store can be considered conventional. There are many types of motorcycle spare parts offered, and the increase in the number of buyers can cause employees serving customers to experience difficulties in managing and calculating transactions quickly and accurately. Additionally, if there is a large amount of data, the data entry process becomes slow, which can later affect the preparation of reports. The goods transaction process in the Fortuner store relies solely on temporary receipt transaction evidence, which often leads to data errors or misplaced receipts due to the high number of consumers visiting. This study uses a descriptive methodology, where information is collected from the sales system and document records, analyzed, and then converted into a desktop application using the waterfall model for software design and development. The two types of application user developed are the admin level (for processing and transaction) since the cashier is the shop owner, and the consumer level (for ordering). The application is created using the Visual Basic programming language, with several plugins added to enhance the application display. The database is stored using MySql. The results of implementing this application include the ability to produce required reports quickly, a summary of goods data, more accurate transaction data based on stock, and a faster service and sales process for each consumer, with a duration of 5 to 10 minutes depending on the goods ordered.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the campus environment requires the availability of fast, stable, and secure WiFi networks. However, threats to wireless network security are increasing, ranging from data theft to unauthorized access. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of WPA3 implementation in enhancing Wi-Fi network security in a campus environment. The research employed a quantitative method with an experimental approach, comparing Wi-Fi network configurations using WPA2 and WPA3 security protocols. Data were collected through penetration testing using Kali Linux and Metasploit, as well as network performance analysis using Wireshark and iPerf. Penetration testing results showed that the WPA3 network is more resistant to dictionary attacks and KRACK attacks compared to the WPA2 network. Network performance analysis indicated that WPA3 implementation does not significantly affect network throughput and latency, but there was a slight improvement in network stability with reduced packet loss. The results of this study indicate that WPA3 offers a significant improvement in security without significantly sacrificing network performance. It is recommended to implement WPA3 to improve Wi-Fi network security in a campus environment. This study implies that WPA3 can be implemented as a better security solution for Wi-Fi networks in various educational institutions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to design and develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) to systematically visualize and map locations of financing offices in Gorontalo City, focusing on the Integrated Licensing Service Office (KPPT). The study addresses the lack of clear geographic information regarding financing office locations, which hinders access to financial services. A descriptive method was used, with a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) review to define system requirements. The result is a web-based application that provides interactive access to financing office locations via a map. System testing using white-box and black-box methods confirmed that the system is free from logical errors and meets functional requirements. The findings indicate that GIS enhances information accessibility for the Gorontalo community regarding financing offices. The study highlights the benefits of Information system developments and suggests further enhancements using shortest path algorithms to improve location search efficiency.
