Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital financial literacy on transaction decisions on TikTok Shop among the people of Cirebon, with consumer trust serving as a mediating variable. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents in Cirebon who had conducted transactions on TikTok Shop at least once within the last three months. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on transaction decisions (β = 0.368, p < 0.05) and consumer trust (β = 0.742, p < 0.05). Consumer trust also has a positive effect on transaction decisions (β = 0.501, p < 0.05) and acts as a full mediator in the relationship between digital financial literacy and transaction decisions (β = 0.372, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the research model explains 66.0% of the variance in transaction decisions (R² = 0.660). These findings indicate that improving digital financial literacy not only directly encourages transaction decisions but also indirectly through the development of consumer trust toward the TikTok Shop platform.

Abstract

The study entitled “The Influence of Career Self-Efficacy on Job Seeking Anxiety: The Mediating Role of AI Attitude and AI Literacy among Final-Year University Students” examines final-year students as the research object to understand psychological and technological factors influencing anxiety during the job search process. This study aims to analyze the impact of Career Self-Efficacy on Job Seeking Anxiety and to evaluate the mediating roles of AI Literacy and AI Attitude. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed, involving 120 respondents who completed a structured questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that Career Self-Efficacy has a significant negative effect on Job Seeking Anxiety, while AI Literacy and AI Attitude also directly reduce anxiety related to job searching. However, neither AI Literacy nor AI Attitude mediates the relationship between Career Self-Efficacy and Job Seeking Anxiety, and no chain mediation effect was found. The study concludes that confidence in career-related abilities is the primary factor that decreases job-seeking anxiety, whereas AI Literacy and AI Attitude serve as supportive factors that contribute directly without acting as mediators.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of democratic leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the Cirebon City Satpol PP. The research was motivated by performance challenges such as low discipline, delays in task completion, and limited innovation, which reduce organizational efficiency. The objective is to analyze the individual and combined effects of leadership and motivation on performance. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted using total sampling of eligible employees. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression after classical assumption tests. Findings reveal that both democratic leadership and work motivation have positive and significant effects on performance, with motivation exerting a stronger influence than leadership. Together, these variables explain a substantial proportion of performance variance. The study concludes that participatory leadership and well-designed motivation strategies are effective managerial tools for improving productivity and efficiency in public organizations without increasing fiscal burden. These results contribute to management science and behavioral economics by demonstrating how non-financial interventions can optimize resource utilization in government institutions.

Abstract

The rice milling industry faces competitive challenges that require human resources to work effectively and adaptively. This study aims to examine the effect of training and employee development on work effectiveness at PT Sriana Putra Group. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal design. The sample consisted of 120 production employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that training and development have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, both individually and simultaneously. The regression model explains 68% of the variance in work effectiveness, with training and development coefficients of 0.287 and 0.315, respectively. These findings highlight the importance of integrating technical training and career development to improve operational performance. The study contributes to human resource management practices in the rice milling sector and reinforces the concept of competency development as a strategy for enhancing work effectiveness in production systems.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited number of studies examining the role of e-wallets as a mediator between financial literacy and financial inclusion, particularly among Generation Z in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial literacy on improving financial inclusion through the use of e-wallets among Generation Z in the city of Cirebon. This associative quantitative research uses primary data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 150 Generation Z respondents (aged 15–29 years) in Cirebon who have used e-wallet services. Data analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) indicates that financial literacy has a positive and significant direct effect on financial inclusion, as well as an indirect effect through increased use of e-wallets. These findings demonstrate that e-wallets function as an effective mediating variable, indicating that strengthening financial literacy can encourage the adoption of digital financial services and ultimately expand financial inclusion among the younger generation.
