Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Green Brand Image, Environmental Consciousness and Sustainable Consumption Values on Green Consumer Behavior of electric car customers in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative approach by using survey technique to respondents who are electric car users in Indonesia. A purposive sampling was used for the sampling method. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression. The research findings revealed that Green Brand Image, Environmental Consciousness and Sustainable Consumption Values have partial and simultaneous positive and significant effect on Green Consumer Behavior. Among the three factors, the Sustainable Consumption Values had the most influence on the green consumption behavior of electric car buyers. The study results indicated that developing environment-friendly brand image, increasing public knowledge of environmental concerns, and promoting sustainable consumption ideals are important ways in enhancing Green Consumer Behavior of Indonesian society. The study’s findings should add to the green marketing and consumer behavior literature and provide insights to electric car manufacturers and regulators on how to speed up the transition to more sustainable transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of auditor competence, independence, and professional proficiency on audit quality, with auditor ethics as a moderating variable. The background of this study is based on the importance of audit quality in increasing public trust in financial statements and minimizing the risk of information asymmetry. Although several previous studies have discussed the factors that influence audit quality, studies that integrate the role of auditor ethics as a moderator in the Indonesian context are still limited. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population is auditors working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of auditors having at least one year of experience in financial statement audits. A total of 194 questionnaires were collected using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that auditor competence, independence, and professional proficiency have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. In addition, auditor ethics is proven to significantly moderate the relationship between the three independent variables and audit quality, with the effect strengthening the existing positive relationship.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of Digital Work Environment, Job Autonomy, and Employee Technology Acceptance on Employee Digital Innovation of Generation Z workers in MSME businesses. This research was conducted by using a quantitative approach with survey technique on Generation Z workers who worked in different MSME startups in Indonesia. The sampling strategy used was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of online questionnaires via Google Forms. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings showed that Digital Work Environment, Job Autonomy, and Employee Technology Acceptance had a positive and significant effect on Employee Digital Innovation. The value of the coefficient of determination shows that the three independent variables can explain the variance of the Employee Digital Innovation. Of the three factors, the greatest effect on the growth of employee digital innovation is Employee Technology Acceptance. The research results show that the conducive digital working environment, the provision of job autonomy, and the high acceptance of technology are strategic factors to motivate generation Z employees to produce innovative technology-based ideas, processes, and solutions in the MSME startup environment.

Abstract

The forestry sector is a strategic sector in Indonesia characterized by high-risk work, remote locations, dependence on natural conditions, and demands for both physical and psychological resilience from employees. These conditions create an opportunity for employee resilience to serve as an intervening variable between organizational determinants—specifically transformational leadership, organizational support, and workload—and employee performance. This article aims to comprehensively demonstrate the model testing process using component-based Structural Equation Modeling (specifically, standardized regression as an approximation of PLS Path Modeling), while also presenting a methodologically developed research instrument and a field survey plan ready for implementation. As actual field data was unavailable during the article's preparation, all numerical results (n = 220) are derived from mathematically generated simulation data; the data structure is consistent with the hypothesized relationships (H1–H7) and reflects a demographic profile typical of the forestry sector based on secondary literature. The simulation results demonstrate that the analysis workflow—ranging from validity and reliability testing and path coefficient analysis to the Sobel test and Variance Accounted For (VAF) calculation—can be executed consistently, yielding relationship patterns that align with theoretical expectations: transformational leadership (β = 0.261) and organizational support (β = 0.284) positively influence employee resilience, whereas workload has a negative influence (β = -0.321); furthermore, employee resilience positively influences employee performance (β = 0.357) and mediates the effects of the three aforementioned determinants (VAF 36.9%–52.9%). As these figures are based on simulation, they do not represent the actual conditions of Industrial Forest Plantation (HTI) employees and cannot serve as a basis for policy decisions or empirical claims. The article's primary contribution lies in the validated, consistent analysis pipeline, alongside the research instrument and survey plan detailed in the supplementary documentation, which are ready for use in primary data collection for future research.
