This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and social influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students. The type of research is causative. The numbers of the sample were 100 respondents who had been taken by accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the 3.0 WarpPLS program. The results of this research show that: (1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University students. (2) Perceived ease of use has positive and not significant influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students. (3) Social influence positive and significant influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance as measured by an independent board of commissioners, board size of managerial ownership and board diversity on earnings management . The collection used the purposive sampling method so that a total of 58 JII and NON JII companies were obtained for the 2014-2017 period. The data analysis technique used in this study was a quantitative method, then the data was classified into certain categories and with certain tables, in this study using the application STATA 12 . The results of this study indicate that there are factors that can predict the occurrence of earnings management in a company with an independent board of commissioners, board size, managerial ownership, and board diversity in both companies listed on JII and non-JII.

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on patient loyalty at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital , (2) the effect of service quality through image on patient loyalty at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital, (3) the effect of image on patient loyalty at Yos Hospital sudarso padang. This research was a caseative study. The population in this study were patients who had been treated at Yos Sudarso Hospital, Padang. Sampling used the Accidental Sampling method. instrument testing was carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests, data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that (1) service quality had a significant effect on the image of Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital, (2) service quality had a significant effect on patient loyalty at Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital, (3) image had a significant effect on patient loyalty on Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Telkom Padang branch . This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Padang branch . The population in this study were all employees of PT. Telkom Padang branch totaling 142 people . The sampling technique used was a proportional cluster sampling technique so that a sample of 79 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis . Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with the f test and t test. The results of the study show that : (1) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Padang branch , (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Padang branch .

This study aims to prove whether or not human capital and employee performance mediate the relationship between HRM practices and organizational performance in the context of SMEs. For this purpose, a set of questionnaires were distributed to 300 respondents consisting of 40 batik SME owners and 260 employees. The collected data were analyzed by using the PLS-SEM method. The findings show that human capital and individual performance positively and significantly mediate the relationship between HRM practices and organizational performance. Hence, it is suggested for batik SME owners/managers implement HRM practices that effectively improve human capital and employee performance.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an essential factor in optimizing the achievement of organizational goals. The present study investigates the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Organizational Commitment on OCB with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable of civil servants at the Direktorat Sistem Perbendaharaan (Directorate of Treasury System), Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research used a quantitative approach through questionnaires to 91 respondents on a Likert scale with analysis using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results showed: Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB; Work-Life Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB; Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB; Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB; Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Transformational Leadership on OCB; Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on OCB; Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Organizational Commitment on OCB.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance, including Work Motivation, Career Development, Compensation and Job Satisfaction. This study also wants to analyze the effect of work motivation, career development, and compensation on job satisfaction and analyze how job satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivation, career development, and compensation on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaires to 162 respondents with a Likert scale with analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Based on the analysis in this study, the results were obtained that: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; 4) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 6) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 7) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 8) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance; 9) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of career development on employee performance; 10) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on customer loyalty at CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan, knowing the effect of distribution channels on customer loyalty at CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan, and knowing the effect of product differentiation and distribution channels on customer loyalty at CV. Prosperous Auto Prosperous Medan. The population in this study are regular customers of CV. Prosperous Auto Sejahtera Medan as many as 62 regular customers. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. Thus, the number of research samples used is 62 regular customers. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis give the equation Customer Loyalty = 0.108 + 0.249 Product Differentiation + 0.383 Distribution Channels + e. The results of the research partially show that product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Prosperous Auto Prosperous Medan. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount 4.834 > ttable 1.67065 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Prosperous Auto Prosperous Medan. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a tcount of 4.818 > ttable of 1.67065 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, product differentiation and distribution channels simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Prosperous Auto Prosperous Medan. This is evidenced by the acquisition of an Fcount of 30.308 > ttable of 3.15 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
