Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior. Previous research or relevant research really functions to strengthen theory and also the phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. Writing this scientific article is a qualitative method and literature review which helps to obtain various descriptions through the factors that influence the results of the variables studied. This article reviews the factors that influence consumer behavior, namely: cultural factors, social factors and personal factors, a study of the Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) cultural factors influence consumer behavior; 2) social factors influence consumer behavior; and 3) personal factors influence consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the direct and indirect effects of Quality Results, and Electronic Service Quality on customer loyalty through customer commitment to Bank Nagari. Bank Nagari is one of the regional assets as an embodiment of local wisdom aimed at the development of the West Sumatera region, and it should receive support from the entire community. However, the trend shows fluctuations in customer loyalty. This type of research is associative with a sample of 200 customers drawn through the accidental sampling method. The data analysis model uses SEM PLS. The results of this study are from the seven hypotheses proposed; both direct and indirect effects are overall acceptable. This means that the Quality of Results and Electronic Service Quality have a direct or indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer commitment to Bank Nagari Kota Padang. To get customer loyalty, it can be done by improving the quality of results such as timeliness in services as a customer evaluation of the results of their service activities. In addition, e-service quality banks need to continue to improve quickly, keep pace with technological developments, educate customers smartly and continuously for the use of these electronic services.

Abstract

Online shopping concept shifted from fulfilling everyday needs to reflecting life style in product purchases. Alternatives of payment method have also encouraged more customers to use online shopping more than before. One of the most recent payment method introduced is Paylater, and Shopee is one of many marketplaces which offers it. Paylater gives online credit payment, without credit card owned by users. To attract more customer’s interest, Shopee launched its twin-date promotion ads (known as Harbolnas or Hari Belanja Nasional ads), offers discounts, vouchers, free delivery, and more. This study aims to analyze partial and simultaneous effect of Shopee Paylater and Harbolnas ads on impulse buying of online customers in Dharmasraya. This research is a quantitative research. A valid and reliable Likert scale questionnaires used to collect data, distributed to 220 samples whom meet the criterias and analyzed using SPSS.20. T-test and F-test used to answer research hyphotesis. The results shows both Shopee paylater and Harbolnas Ads, partially has positive and significant effect on impulse buying, with significance level bellow 0,05. The result also shows that all independent variables simultaneously have positive and significant effect on dependent variable with F test result shows Ftest value more than Ftable value (62,360 > 3,04) and adjusted R Square value is 0,359, which means Shopee paylater and Harbolnas Ads simultaneously influencing 35,9% impulse buying.

Abstract

This research was conducted for 2 (two) months from July to August 2022. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SPSS Version 25. Based on a partial test of the competency variable of financial administration officer(X1), the government internal control system variable(X2) has a significant effect, and the Regional financial supervision variable(X3) has no significant effect on local government financial statements information(Y). Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test on the competency variables of financial administration officer, the government's internal control system and regional financial supervision have proven to have a significant effect on local government financial statements information. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the competence of financial administration officials, the Government's internal control system, regional financial supervision of Regional Government Financial Reporting Information is moderate in the form of a correlation coefficient (R) of 54.2%. While the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 27.0%, the remaining 73.0% is determined by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of CR, EPS, DER and PBV on stock prices in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2019-2021. The population in this study are all companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and 14 companies were selected. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression models using SPSS 25.00. Based on the simultaneous test results, the variables CR, EPR, DER and PBV proved to have a significant effect on stock prices. Where partially the CR and EPS variables have no effect on stock prices. The close relationship that occurs between the variables CR, EPS, DER and PBV on stock prices is quite strong with a correlation coefficient (R) og 57.1 percent. White the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 25.3 percent, the remaining 74.7 percent is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Now covid19 vaccine has been tried out in those countries, when the vaccine is already being commercialized, how is the behavior of the Indonesian community in receiving the vaccine is that is communicated through social media, this is what is the goal in this research. Public service advertisements about COVID19 vaccines are available on various social media, one of which is on YouTube, with many versions. In this study took public service advertisements about the long version of the COVID19 vaccine. It is expected that public service advertisements can provide knowledge for users to know that COVID19 vaccines are important for children's immunity, and not contrary to any religion. This research uses the theory of Computer Mediated Communication. The paradigm used positivism with quantitative approaches, the nature of explanatory research and survey research methods. The population is to subscribe to 2146 public service advertisements as of March 2019 with a sample of 96 respondents taken using purposive sampling.

Abstract

The construction sector represents a significant investment choice in the stock market. However, data indicates a decline in the average stock prices of construction sector companies in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on stock prices in the construction sector in Indonesia and evaluate the sustainability of investing in these stocks. The outbreak of the pandemic has caused significant disruptions and uncertainties in various industries, including construction, making it crucial to understand its effects on stock prices. This study is a quantitative approach and utilizing statistical techniques such as paired sample test and regression analysis. This research finds that all companies in the construction sector have experienced a decrease in stock prices and there is a significant difference in stock prices before and after the pandemic, with the average stock prices being higher before the pandemic conditions. After the pandemic, the data also shows that constrution sector tend to decrease.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of competence, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Room Division V Hotel Bandung. Utilizing a Likert scale with ordinal measurement, descriptive and verification analysis is the study methodology used. The Product Moment Correlation technique from Pearson, with a saturated sample design of 35 respondents, tests the applicability's validity and dependability. In contrast, the data analysis technique makes use of statistical data analysis and a formula for path analysis. The Successive Interval Method is used to convert the data from the ordinal scale to the interval scale. According to the findings of the hypothesis test, 59.5% of the variance in employee performance is explained by factors other than competence, motivation, and work discipline, while the remaining 40.5% is affected by other factors. According to partial testing, work motivation had a substantial impact on employee performance with a 25.5% effect, competence did not have a significant impact, and work discipline had a big and positive 51.5% impact.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) Accountability (2) Transparency; (3) Taxpayer Compliance; and (4) The influence of accountability and transparency on PBB P2 taxpayer compliance in BAPENDA Bekasi City, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is causality study, the unit of analysis in this research is PBB P2 taxpayer respondents in the Purwakarta Regency area. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this research is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that PBB P2 Tax Accountability in the Bekasi City Area is good, PBB P2 Tax Transparency in the Bekasi City Area can generally be said to be good, PBB P2 Taxpayer Compliance in the Bekasi City Area is currently considered good. Accountability and Transparency influence PBB P2 Taxpayer Compliance in BAPENDA Bekasi City simultaneously and partially. However, partially Accountability is dominant in influencing Taxpayer Compliance rather than Transparency Because Accountability is more dominant in influencing PBBP2 Taxpayer Compliance, it is the first priority in increasing PBBP2 Taxpayer Compliance. Therefore, BAPENDA Bekasi City is advised to consistently maintain existing accountability, so that the company's performance continues to improve.

Abstract

This paper as an importanHuman Resource Management (HRM) in enhancement processes of knowledge managemen. Every company should be able to see the existing challenges and potential in its human resources. Good human resource governance will improve the quality of cooperation among employees of the company. Moreover, effective human resource governance encourages creativity in every problem-solving process. Creativity and work efficiency of human resources can improve the overall organizational performance. The fundamental aim of strategic human resources management is to generate strategic capability by ensuring that the organization has the skilled, committed and well-motivated employees it needs to achieve sustained competitive advantage.
