Jurnal Mahasiswa: Jurnal Ilmiah Penalaran dan Penelitian Mahasiswa dengan e-ISSN= 2962-2891, p-ISSN= 2962-2883 merupakan platform publikasi jurnal yang mulai diresmikan pada tahun 2019. Jurnal Mahasiswa diterbitkan oleh Universitas Sains dan Tenologi Komputer yang bekerjasama dengan Fakultas Studi Vokasi dan Fakultas Studi Akademik Universitas STEKOM. Jurnal Mahasiswa telah rutin menerbitkan jurnal dalam 1-4 edisi per tahun. Karya yang diterbitkan merupakan suatu hasil penelitian orisinil atau tinjauan Pustaka yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discounts and services, both individually and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The hypothesis in this study is that discounts have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. Services have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. Discounts and services simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at CV. Nauli Pandan Light Partners. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research. Total population of 198 people. sample used as much as 25% of the population totaling 50 people. Source of data comes from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study found that partially the discount variable had an effect on consumer satisfaction, where the t-count value was 2.900 > t-table value 2.008 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.006 < α (0.05). Partially the most dominant service variable influences consumer satisfaction, where the t-count value is 4.257 > ttable value 2.008 or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 <α (0.05). Simultaneous test results obtained discounts and services simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, where Fcount (28.424) is greater than Ftable (3.18) or (28.424 > 3.18). The results of the calculation of the R Square determination coefficient of 0.528 means that 52.8% discount and service can affect consumer satisfaction, while the remaining 47.2% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Based on the multiple linear regression model, the regression equation is Y = 4.069 + 0.346 X1 + 0.540 X2 indicating consumer satisfaction in a positive direction.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze intellectual capital and ownership structure on the value of Property and Real Estate companies through financial performance. Research is used with a descriptive type with a quantitative research approach. The population is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. a sample of 18 companies with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that intellectual capital has a significant effect on the company's financial performance, ownership structure has no significant effect on the company's financial performance, intellectual capital has no significant effect on firm value, ownership structure has a significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, intellectual capital has no significant effect on firm value. has a significant effect on company value through company financial performance, and capital structure has no significant effect on company value through company financial performance.

Abstrak Belakangan ini obat-obatan yang ada pada CV.Mitra Cahaya Nauli kurang diminati para masyarakat, karena banyaknya obat yang ada diapotik terdekat yang lebih paten serta murah harganya, hal inilah yang mempengaruhi konsumen mengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli alat kesehatan dan obat-obatan merek Dexa Medica Pada CV. Mitra Cahaya Nauli. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah Ekuitas merek dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli alat kesehatan dan obat-obatan merek Dexa Medica pada CV. Mitra Cahaya Nauli.. populasi berjumlah 336 orang dan 25% dari populasi dijadikan sampel yakni 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan. Penelitian lapangan dan Studi kepustakaan Hasil penelitian diketahui variabel ekuitas merek dan harga dapat mempengaruhi variabel keputusan konsumen sebesar 60,5%. Ekuitas merek dan harga secara bersama-sama atau serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Dimana nilai Fhitung sebesar lebih besar nilai Ftabel (61,931 > 3,11) Secara parsial ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Dimana nilai thitung = (5,461) lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (1,989), Secara parsial harga yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen, maksudnya variabel harga lebih menentukan meningkatkan keputusan konsumen dibandingkan dengan ekuitas merek. Dimana nilai thitung = (8.886) lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (1,989). Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 11,315 + 0,315 X1 + 0,511 X2 keputusan konsumen menunjukkan kearah positif

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of systematic recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Sibolga branch of Pos Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Pos Indonesia sibolga branch, totaling 22 people. The data used is secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method, namely by multiple linear regression analysis where the data processing uses the SPSS 25 program for windows. The use of regression analysis is intended to see the influence of the variables of the recruitment and job placement system together. The results of the study show that the variables of the recruitment and job placement system have a joint effect on employee performance at PT. Sibolga branch of Pos Indonesia. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained by 78.96%. This means that what happens to the dependent variable (employee performance) is 78.9%. It is determined by the independent variables (systematic recruitment and work placement) and the remaining 21.1% is determined by the factor other things that are not discussed by the author, such as variables and human resources, communication and others. This shows that the recruitment system variable is the dominant variable of the job placement variable and has a direct effect on employee performance.

Humaniresources have an increasingly important role in achieving the goals of a government, private, icorporateiorganization, including Islamic banking. This study aims to find out how the development of human resource competence in Islamic banking, especially at BankiMuamalat Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving EmployeeiPerformance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The main subject of the research is the application of Islamic Work Ethics in improving the quality of work of employees based on indicators of improving employee performance with Bank Muamalat. The methodology used in writing this research is qualitative, especially the employees of Bank Muamalat KCP Blitar with regard to indicators of improving employee performance. The results of the study show that Islamic work ethics playsiaibasiciroleiiniimproving employee performance.

Abstract. Employee performance will be achieved if there is good communication between leaders and subordinates and the work environment supports the implementation of the main tasks and functions. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether communication and the work environment simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Sibolga Selatan District Government Office, Sibolga City? The purpose of this study was to find out whether communication and the work environment existed simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Sibolga Selatan District Government Office, Sibolga City. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at the Sibolga Selatan District Government Office, Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is associative research (relationship) with quantitative data analysis techniques. The total population is 108 people. The sample is used as much as 30% of the population totaling 32 people. Data sources come from primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed that communication and the environment simultaneously had a positive effect on the performance of the Sibolga Selatan District Government Office employees, Sibolga City, where Fcount(23.963) > Ftable (3.30). Partially the communication variable had an effect on employee performance, where the value of t-count2, 664> t table value of 2.036 (2.664> 2.036) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.012 < α (0.05). Partially, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.600 > ttable value 2.036 (2.823 > 2.036) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.015 < α (0.05). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.623 means 62.3% of employee performance can be influenced by communication and work environment. While the remaining 37.7% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The multiple linear regression model is 14.857 + 0.303X1 + 0.276X indicating positive performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Productivity either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study was quantitative research. This research was conducted on a sample of 30 employees at the Sibolga/Tapanuli Tengah Sarnas Agency Post. From the results of the t-test for the Occupational Safety variable, the t-count value is 8.478 while the t-table distribution value is 0.01 (10%) of 1.31370, so t count> t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.10 means the independent variable Occupational Safety (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The t-test results for the Occupational Health variable, the t-count value is 6.185 while the t-table distribution value is 0.01 (10%) of 1.31370, so t count> t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.10. The f-test results show a calculated f value of 129.470. After that it is compared with the f table value of 3.34 with a significant 10% (0.1). So it can be concluded that f count > f table (129.470 > 3.34 with Sig f 0.000 <0.1) this means that the independent variables Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity. This means that the independent variable Occupational Safety and Health has a positive effect simultaneously on employee productivity.

Work motivation plays an important role in employee performance, including, the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport must provide very appropriate work motivation for employees to improve the quality of employee performance. The study aims to determine the efforts made by the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport in improving employee performance through providing work motivation and obstacles faced by the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport in motivating employee work. The research uses qualitative descriptive research methods, data sources are obtained: primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers use data analysis techniques: reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the efforts made by the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport in improving employee performance through providing work motivation which includes providing a sense of comfort for employees at work, carrying out work supervision activities, providing complete facilities, conducting license training, rewarding outstanding employees. The obstacles faced by the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Airport in motivating employee work are giving gifts that must be transferred with overtime pay and new employees do not yet have a license or certificate must attend license training.
