This study aims to analyze the influence of external factors, namely the availability of facilities, training, and consultation/guidance on the variation in the length of time for nurses' actions in clarifying patient emergencies in the Emergency Department (IGD) of a Hospital. This study uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach and Chi Square statistical analysis to test the relationship between these external factors and the variation in the length of time for nurses' actions. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents, which measured their perceptions of the availability of facilities, training, and consultation/guidance available, as well as the time needed to clarify emergencies. The results of the study showed a significant influence between the availability of facilities, training, and consultation/guidance on the variation in the length of time for nurses' actions in clarifying patient emergencies (p <0.05). This study concludes that these external factors affect the efficiency of nurses' actions in the ER, which has implications for improving the quality of emergency services. Therefore, hospitals need to pay attention to the availability of facilities, training, and consultation/guidance in order to improve nurse performance in handling patient emergencies.

Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive correlation design research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had babies in the Rejosari Community Health Center Working Area. Sampling used Purposive Sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis used is Spearman-rank analysis. Results: The research results showed that the characteristics of respondents aged 26-35 years were 63 respondents, the mother's highest educational level was secondary school (SMA) for 79 respondents and the mother did not work as many as 84 respondents, the distance to affordable health services was 72 respondents, received support from health workers there were 90 respondents and the completeness status of basic immunization for babies was complete for 87 respondents. Factors associated with completeness of maternal occupational immunization (p-value=0.018<0.05), distance to health services (p-value=0.026<0.05), and support from health workers (p-value=0.000<0 .05) Conclusion: There are three factors related to the completeness of basic immunization for babies, namely the mother's employment status, distance to health services and support from health workers. Chronic renal failure is a decrease in kidney function characterized by a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate (less than 60 mL/min). Anxiety is a common symptom in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, which can affect the quality of the patient both physically and psychologically. The finger-holding relaxation technique is a simple relaxation technique related to the fingers and the flow of energy in the body. Lemon aromatherapy is a type of aromatherapy that contains chemical compounds that have antidepressant properties, as well as mild sedatives. This research aims to determine and analyze nursing care for patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis with anxiety nursing problems before and after using the finger-holding relaxation technique and lemon aromatherapy. The research design used is an applied research design. The subjects in this study were 18 respondents who were in accordance with the results of the HARS scale questionnaire measurements. The intervention was carried out twice, before and one hour after the patient underwent hemodialysis for 15 minutes. The results of the study before the application of finger-holding relaxation therapy and lemon aromatherapy in the hemodialysis room on 18 respondents showed the results of 6 respondents with severe anxiety (33.3%), 8 respondents with moderate anxiety (44.5%) and 4 respondents with mild anxiety (22.2%). The results of the study after the application of finger-holding relaxation therapy and lemon aromatherapy in the hemodialysis room showed the results of a score of 5 respondents with moderate anxiety (27.7%), 9 respondents with mild anxiety (50%), 4 no anxiety (22.3%). The conclusion of this study is that finger-holding relaxation therapy and lemon aromatherapy have been proven to reduce anxiety levels because the benefits of finger-holding relaxation therapy and lemon aromatherapy are in line with aspects that can affect anxiety.

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by irritation and infection factors from increased stomach acid. One way to treat gastritis is with non-pharmacological therapy, namely warm compresses. Giving warm compresses is an action to stimulate the skin and tissue to reduce pain, increase comfort and get other therapeutic effects through exposure to heat. The purpose of this case study was to determine the effect of warm compresses on acute pain in gastritis patients. This research method uses a systematic literature review method, searching with an electronic database. The inclusion criteria used were articles with gastritis patients who experienced mild, moderate, severe pain that could be accessed in full text and the research was described in the PICOT analysis. The journal years used were limited to 2019-2024. The results based on a literature review of 7 journals found a decrease in pain in respondents after warm compresses were given. Warm compresses can reduce muscle spasms and provide comfort to patients. It can be concluded that giving warm compresses has an effect on reducing pain in gastritis patients.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global public health problem characterized by a gradual loss of kidney function over time. Edema is a common clinical manifestation in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), particularly in the advanced stages, resulting from impaired fluid and sodium regulation due to declining kidney function, often accompanied by hypoalbuminemia and increased capillary hydrostatic pressure. The objectives of this study was to describe the the implementation of ankle pump exercise to reduce the degree of edema in patients with CKD. The study used a descriptive case study method based on Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP), using a nursing care process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were 3 respondents who are case-managed patients within the nursing care approach. The ankle pump exercise was implemented over 3 days, with a total of 6 sessions conducted twice a day, each lasting 8 minutes per session. The results of the analysis before and after therapy with ankle pump exercises showed that ankle pump exercises have an effect on the degree of edema in the lower extremities of patients with CKD. Ankle pump exercise therapy has been proven to help reduce the degree of edema in CKD patients. This intervention is highly relevant to nursing practice because it is simple, can be performed independently by patients, and contributes to an improved quality of life.

Anxiety is a common emotional response experienced by post-operative patients, such as those undergoing cesarean section. Primigravida mothers are more vulnerable to anxiety due to pain, the recovery process, and fear of medical procedures. One psychological factor that plays a role in reducing anxiety is self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in their ability to cope with difficult situations. Low self-efficacy can increase anxiety and hinder the recovery process. This study aimed to determine the relationship between anxiety and self-efficacy in post-operative cesarean section mothers. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 105 post-operative cesarean section mothers on the first day post-surgery was selected using purposive sampling technique. The variables studied included anxiety (independent) and self-efficacy (dependent). The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) was used to assess anxiety, while the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) was employed to measure self-efficacy. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho correlation test. Statistical analysis using the Spearman Rho test indicated a significant relationship between anxiety levels and self-efficacy in post-operative cesarean section mothers, with a p-value of 0.000 and r = -0.771. The study revealed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate anxiety and low self-efficacy. A significant negative relationship was found between anxiety and self-efficacy (p < 0.05), indicating that higher anxiety levels were associated with lower self-efficacy. It can be concluded that self-efficacy plays an important role in reducing anxiety in postoperative cesarean section patients.
