Abstract

The West Java Provincial Occupational Health Hospital is one of the healthcare facilities that has collaborated with BPJS Health. However, problems still occur in the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) policy, especially regarding pending outpatient service claims. This study aims to identify the factors causing pending BPJS Health claims for outpatient services at the West Java Provincial Occupational Health Hospital. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was carried out using systematic random sampling, determining certain intervals based on population and sample size. Based on data analyzed from October to December 2024, 88 claim files were found to be pending. Contributing factors include inaccurate coding of the main diagnosis and medical action (38.6%), incomplete evidence of therapy (26.2%), administrative documents (18.2%), and supporting examinations (17%).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the FRISTA (Face Recognition Intergrated System Hospital) application in the registration process of BPJS patients at the Emergency Department (IGD) of Bandung City Hospital. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation involving registration officers and medical record officers in the emergency room. The results obtained show that the application of FRISTA can speed up the patient registration process and prevent misuse of participant data. However, there are still some technical obstacles in the field, such as biometric verification failures using face ID caused by inadequate lighting, the use of masks, and frequent internet network disruptions. Therefore, hospitals are advised to carry out regular system maintenance, improve network quality, improve security systems, and ensure hardware and software readiness to ensure system reliability in all related units.

Abstract

A weber fracture is a fracture of the fibula bone and is accompanied by severe pain and is usually swelling. This is caused by injuries such as accidents or excessive pressure and must be treated consistenly to prevent long-term consequences of the fracture (B. Harvella. RG, et al, 2024). To determine the implementation of physiotherapy to reduce pain, increase muscle tone, reduce edema and increase the range of motion joint. Using infrared physiotherapy modalities, exercise therapy and Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). Form the results obtained during 6 therapies, the data obtained were a decrease in silent pain from T0 : 0 to T6 : 0, motion pain from T0:5 to T6 : 3+ and tenderness from T0 : 7 to T6 : 4+. Increased strength of thr dorsal flexor and plantar flexor muscles from T0 : 4 to T6 : 4+, invertor and evertor muscles strenght from T0 : 3 to T6 : 3+. Decreased edema from the tibial tuberosity axist point to distal 10 cm from T0 : 25.5cm to T6 : 30.5 cm, tibial tuberosity to distal 15 cm from T0 : 26 cm and tibial tuberosity to distal 20 cm from T0 : 22 cm to T6 : 23 cm. And increased actived joint range of motion from T0 : S = 260 – 00 – 160, F = 300 - 00 – 100  to T6 : S = 270 – 00 – 170 , F = 310 – 00 – 110. And passive range of motion of T0 : S = 270 – 00 – 170 , F = 310 – 00 – 130  to T6:S = 280 – 00  - 180 , F = 320 – 00  - 180

Abstract

As health service providers, hospitals have been required to implement an electronic medical record (EMR) system. The goal of implementing an EMR is to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and security of patient medical data. Good medical records are also an indicator of hospital quality, supporting the accreditation process and service efficiency. The author's analysis is motivated by the need to understand the impact of EMR implementation at Oto Iskandar Di Nata General Hospital on the completeness of medical record data. The research method is a descriptive, quantitative analysis with a checklist form as the research instrument. The results showed that the highest percentage of completeness was in the important part of the report with an overall percentage of 89%, while the lowest percentage was in the author authentication section with an overall percentage of 66%. One of the reasons for incompleteness was due to system limitations. In conclusion, although the EMR system has begun to be implemented, the level of data completeness still does not meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health Regulation.

Abstract

The transition from manual filing to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a strategic step to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the readiness of infrastructure and human resources (HR) in supporting the transition to the EMR system at the Outpatient Department of Bhayangkara Hospital Level II Sartika Asih Bandung. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through field observations, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. The results show that the infrastructure, including hardware and information systems, is already available and functioning in each service unit. However, technical issues such as unstable internet connectivity at certain times were still reported. In terms of HR, most healthcare personnel have understood how to use the EMR system through formal training, peer guidance, and direct work experience. The adaptation process has gone relatively well, although there are still differences in comfort levels and technical understanding among healthcare workers. These findings indicate that the overall readiness of infrastructure and HR is at a fairly good level. However, improvements in network quality and equitable distribution of training are still needed to support the successful, comprehensive, and sustainable implementation of the EMR system.
