Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can influence the employee recruitment process, This article aims to review and synthesize a literature review related to attitudes, employee recruitment, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews and to see the research results of the variables to be reviewed and whether there is an influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of several international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee recruitment study in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee recruitment efficiently, namely attitudes, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Socioeconomic Status to Emotional and Consumptive Behavior is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Socioeconomic Status is related to Emotional; 2) Socioeconomic status relates to consumptive behavior; and 3) Emotional related to Consumptive Behavior. Apart from the exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables, there are other influencing factors including: Environment, Friends and Association.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Influence of Leadership Style on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Leadership Style influences Turnover Intention; 2) Leadership Style influences Job Satisfaction; and 3) Turnover Intention affects Job Satisfaction. Apart from the exogenous variables above that affect turnover intention and job satisfaction, there are other factors including salary, workload, work environment, colleagues and career development.

The findings of this literature review article are: 1) learning environment affects student motivation; 2) learning environment affects student achievement; 3) student motivation affects student performance. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to examine the relationship between various variables in order to identify potential solutions. The research method used is qualitative, involving the analysis of published journals. Out of the five factors reviewed, three are independent variables, namely the ease of use of information systems, information system user satisfaction, and quality of information system. The executive support system for business is considered the intervening variable, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The analysis of twenty published journals concludes that the independent variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The literature review suggests that businesses should take all factors into account to improve employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors can influence the occurrence of employee welfare in the company, this article aims to examine and synthesize literature studies related to attitudes, Work-Life Balance; Psychological Structure; Employee Resilience; Organizational Commitment to behavioral events as well as to see the results of the research variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and other variables partially and/or simultaneously. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to variables from several international articles from science direct. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the research show that several variables influence the evidence of exposure in the matrix. The study of employee welfare in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee welfare efficiently within a company, namely Work-Life Balance, Psychological Structure, Employee Resilience, and Organizational Commitment. The findings from the research are the formation of a new research framework that has not previously existed in previous studies.

Abstract

In general, postpartum mothers only get the fulfillment of their physiological needs so it is very influential on the decline in the psychological condition of postpartum mothers called the postpartum blues. The study was conducted to determine the influence of Murotal Al Quran on the incidence of postpartum blues. The method used is pre-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design experiment using questionnaires. Experimental research is research that aims to describe the effect of a treatment or treatment as an independent variable on the results of treatment as a dependent variable. Most postpartum mothers who experience Postpartum Blues are in the age group of 20-35 years, Housewives (IRT), junior high school education, parity of the first child, and in the normal childbirth group. There is an influence of Qur'anic Murottal Therapy on the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers in the UPTD Working Area of the Tukdana Health Center, Indramayu Regency in 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove to provide views through the findings of scientific articles related to the variables in this study. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and examines the variables of this study. One type or method of scientific writing is a form of literature research. Theoretical analysis, analysis of relationships between variables, books, and journals, online and offline, obtained from Mendeley, Google Scholar, and other online media. Peer-reviewed journals are listed in the Journal Metrics Table below, the findings of scientific articles in literary studies with the results that there is an influence between There is Influence of Incentives with Employee Performance, There is an Influence of Innovational Climate with Employee Performance, There is an Influence of Intrinsic Motivation with Employee Performance and There is a Transformational Influence of Leadership with Employee Performance, it is evident from research by strengthening and providing views for future research and also the existence of gap variables or differentiators that can be used in future research listed in this scientific article. The recommendation from the results of this study is that there are findings from literature studies of dozens of scientific articles with differentiating variables that can be used in future research by other researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is an influence between leadership agility and organizational commitment, the influence of career path with organizational commitment, and organizational culture with organizational commitment, the research method used is qualitative with literature review by looking for scientific articles from several reputable and national international journals, research results from In this scientific article, first, there is an influence between the variables of Leadership Agility and Organizational Commitment from several review literature obtained, second, the influence of career path with organizational commitment with the results has an influence and is significant even though there are research results from (Giri et al., 2011) stating that organizational culture has an insignificant effect on organizational commitment, but the results of other studies from other scientific articles state a positive and significant influence, the third influence of organizational culture with organizational commitment from several scientific articles obtained there is a positive and significant influence. The results of this study represent the answer from researchers who are far from perfect and still need to be continued to further research with quantitative methods.
