Abstract

The Preschool phase in a child's life is a crucial period requiring heightened supervision. The formation of a child's behavior is heavily influenced by parental, teacher, and environmental education, encompassing their daily observations. The Upin and Ipin animated film serves as a conduit for children to imbibe values like respect, affection, cooperation, appreciation for religious diversity, worship practices, and cultural understanding. This cinematic experience positively enriches children's understanding of virtuous behavior, given their natural inclination to emulate observed actions psychologically. The research aims to ascertain the influence of Upin and Ipin shows on behavioral changes and knowledge development in children. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study involves children who are avid viewers of Upin and Ipin, utilizing instruments such as interviews and observations. The data analysis encompasses reduction, concluding, and verification steps. Findings reveal the Upin and Ipin animated film has a favorable impact on children, fostering behavioral transformations, enhancing their grasp of etiquette in parental interactions, and inspiring language emulation, all while fostering knowledge acquisition across various disciplines presented in the show.

Abstract

Rhupus syndrome refers to the simultaneous presence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Rhupus syndrome exhibits a higher prevalence in female and rarely in male, similar to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Upon examining the literature, it is evident that the majority of case reports consist of female patients. This case report describes a male patient who diagnosed with rhupus syndrome. Case Report: We report the case of a 27-year-old male patient who based on the SLE-SLICC 2012 criteria, the patient met the diagnosis criteria of SLE. Based on the 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria, the patient was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis with a total score of 9. The joint criteria showed involvement of more than 10 joints with at least 1 large joint, positive rheumatoid factor results, high CRP and ESR levels, and symptom duration of more than 6 weeks. Discussion: Rhupus syndrome is a condition characterized by a symmetric polyarthritis which leads to deformation and erosion. It is preceded by symptoms and signs of SLE and the presence of antibodies that are very specific for diagnosis, such as anti-double stranded DNA, anti-Smith, and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide. Conclusion: In this case, the timely detection of rhupus syndrome is crucial in order to select appropriate treatments, minimize potential complications, and enhance the patient's prognosis, despite its rarity.

Abstract

The implementation of EMR integration into the SATUSEHAT Platform at X Hospital has yet to be fully integrated.  This research aims to analyze the implementation of electronic medical record integration into the SATUSEHAT Platform at X Hospital. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach and uses Edwards III policy implementation theory.  Using purposive sampling techniques, research data was collected through interviews with four informants and observations. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that X Hospital has successfully integrated 93.5% of its data with SATUSEHAT, while the remaining 6.5% have metadata variable inconsistencies and need adjustments to be integrated with SATUSEHAT. The main conclusion shows that the bureaucratic structures related to SOP in X Hospital need to be fixed, and there is a mismatch in the National ID Number in the metadata variable between X Hospital's Management Information System and the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, X Hospital needs to evaluate and improve the metadata variables of the EMR system to be appropriate and facilitate data interoperability.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between demographic factors—age, gender, and education level—and various aspects of screen time usage, including average screen time, academic performance, and associated health impacts such as anxiety and social life interactions. Using ANOVA, we found significant differences in average screen time based on age and education level, with younger and more educated individuals tending to engage more with digital devices for studying. Notably, academic performance was influenced by education level, while anxiety and social life were significantly affected by both education and age. These findings underscore the importance of considering demographic factors in understanding screen time behaviors. Future research should explore longitudinal effects and potential interventions to mitigate negative outcomes.
