Abstract

Hadis yang disabdakan Rasulullah tentang larangan laki-laki menyerupai perempuan dan begitu pula sebaliknya (tasyabbuh), divisulisasikan oleh Angga Liberty dalam akun media sosialnya sebagai dalil larangan memakai gelang bagi laki-laki. Konten visualisasi tersebut diunggah dalam akun Tik Toknya yang bernama “Animasi Edukasi” dalam bentuk kartun animasi. Visualisasi hadis yang diunggah dalam akun Animasi Edukasi tersebut menuai berbagai kontroversi, karena hadis yang dikutip dan divisualisasikan dalam unggahan akun Tik Tok Animasi Edukasi dengan judul “Bolehkah Laki-Laki Memakai Gelang” dianggap kurang tepat jika dijadikan dalil larangan pemakaian gelang. Tulisan ini bertujuan, mendiskusikan hadis Nabi tentang larangan tashabbuh yang dijadikan dalil larangan pemakaian gelang bagi laki-laki dalam akun Animasi Edukasi yang dikutip dari  kitab hadis Imam al-Bukhariy. Secara umum artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan berbentuk sebuah kajian kepustakan atau library reasearch. diskusi ini akan dilakukan berdasarkan teori resepsi yang kemudian akan dianalisis secara informatif. Analisis informatif merupakan analisis mendalam yang terfokus terhadap matan hadis sebagai titik fokus kajian sehingga dapat ditemukan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap kandungan suatu teks hadis. penelusuran terhadap teks hadis akan dilakukan secara tekstual dan kontekstual, serta implikasinya ketika digunakan sebagai dalil larangan pemakaian gelang bagi laki-laki. Tulisan ini sampai pada temuan bahwa hadis larangan tasyabbuh tidak semerta-merta dapat dijadikan dalil pengharaman memakai gelang bagi laki-laki tanpa melihat kondisi sosial dan kultur tempat ia tinggal. Gelang dapat dikatakan haram bagi seorang laki-laki ketika kondisi sosial tempat ia tinggal memiliki kultur atau anggapan bahwa gelang adalah perhiasan khusus perempuan.

Abstract

Marriage in Islam has noble purposes and wisdom, including creating peace of mind for husband and wife, personal maturity for both, and the birth of a quality generation. Discussions on marriage in the millennial era often encounter new problems, such as the emergence of the term "married by accident" (MBA), more commonly known as a marriage that occurs due to a prior pregnancy. The legal phenomenon regarding the status of children born of adultery is a complex issue and requires in-depth discussion from various perspectives. Statistically, cases of adultery in Indonesia show a significant number, although accurate data is difficult to obtain due to its sensitive nature. Many children born of adultery subsequently face problems regarding their legal status and rights. Furthermore, it also has social and psychological impacts. Children of adultery often face negative social stigma. In some communities, they may receive different treatment than other children born of legal marriage. This can affect their psychological and social development. This is related to various applicable legal provisions, both within the context of state law and Islamic law.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai konsep Tauhid sebagai landasan utama dalam membangun iman Islam melalui interpretasi tematik ayat 13 Surah Al-QS. Luqman. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah melemahnya pemahaman tentang monoteisme yang berdampak pada kemerosotan iman dan akhlak, terutama pada generasi kontemporer yang menghadapi tantangan modernitas seperti materialisme, hedonisme, dan ketergantungan berlebihan pada teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan riset kepustakaan, dengan sumber data utama berupa Al-Qur'an dan kitab-kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, seperti Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Fi'il al-Qur'an karya Sayyid Qutb, dan Tafsir Al-Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab, serta literatur pendukung di bidang iman dan pendidikan Islam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analitis dengan pendekatan interpretasi tematik untuk mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis makna tauhid, larangan syirik, dan nilai-nilai pendidikan iman dalam Surah Al-Hakim. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa monoteisme dalam ayat ini berfungsi bukan hanya sebagai keyakinan teologis, tetapi juga sebagai prinsip keadilan, kesadaran etika, dan landasan bagi perkembangan moral dan intelektual manusia. Larangan politeisme dipahami sebagai upaya untuk menjaga kemurnian iman dan integritas moral. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan tauhid yang ditanamkan dengan kebijaksanaan dan dialog, sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Surah Al-Hakim, merupakan strategi fundamental dalam membangun landasan iman yang kokoh dan relevan dengan tantangan zaman.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of student boredom, lack of enthusiasm, and even falling asleep during the full-day school learning system at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathlabul Ulum. Based on this background, this study aims to identify the efforts of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in overcoming learning boredom and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors that accompany it. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved one SKI teacher and four eighth-grade students as subjects and key informants. Data were collected comprehensively through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which were then processed using data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The results revealed that SKI teachers made various strategic efforts such as preparing lesson schedules effectively, creating a conducive initial learning atmosphere through greetings and seating arrangements, and providing strong motivation in the form of rewards and praise. In addition, the use of varied learning methods and media, including the use of video projectors, proved crucial in maintaining student enthusiasm. Supporting factors for this success include the availability of adequate infrastructure and positive internal student motivation. On the other hand, the effectiveness of these efforts is still limited by several key inhibiting factors, such as student laziness, limited availability of certain media, and limited class time for in-depth material delivery. Overall, the synergy between teacher creativity and supportive school facilities is key to minimizing student academic burnout in a full-day school system.

Abstract

Al-dakhīl fī tafsīr merujuk pada segala bentuk informasi yang masuk ke dalam penafsiran al-qur’an akan tetapi tidak memiliki sumber yang kuat dan oritatif. Salah satu bentuk dakhil yang menyusup dalam penafsiran yaitu isrāīliyyāt, isrāīliyyāt adalah riwayat yang berasal dari cerita-cerita orang yahudi kuno dan ahli kitab yang muallaf. Memang tidak semua penafsiran isrāīliyyāt itu dakhil akan tetapi perlu diwaspadai apabila ada riwayat yang menyimpang dari hukum syariat maka itu tidak boleh dipakai. Jumhur ulama sepakat bahwa penafsiran menggunakan isrāīliyyāt sebaiknya dihindari untuk masalah hukum, penafsiran tersebut lebih baik dibuat untuk munasabah tentang keagungan sang Pencipta. Salah satu hal yang disoroti dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh-tokoh isrāīliyyāt berasal dari ahli kitab yang muallaf dan contoh penafsiran yang menggunakan isrāīliyyāt. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi kembali riwayat-riwayat isrāīliyyāt dan bagaimana cara membedakan penafsiran mana yang dakhīl dan mana yang tidak, serta menilai dampaknya dalam pembentukan pemahaman umat-umat terhadap ayat al-qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau kajian kepustakaan sebagai data utama untuk menganalisis dan memahami secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meskipun isrāīliyyāt bisa digunakan sebagai alat bantu menafsirkan ayat al-qur’an perlu diwaspadai bahwa kebanyakan riwayat isrāīliyyāt masuk pada kategori dakhīl fī al-tafsīr atau tertolak karena bertentangan dengan aqidah dan sanad yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

Abstract

Instruction in computer programming (coding) at the elementary school level faces several challenges, including limited teacher competence, lack of ongoing mentoring, and insufficient digital infrastructure. Conventional face-to-face academic supervision is often suboptimal due to low frequency and slow response times. This study aims to design and test a cloud-based digital supervision model to improve the quality of coding instruction in elementary schools. The research employed a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE framework. Participants consisted of 15 fourth and fifth-grade teachers from four public elementary schools in Pandeglang Regency. The instruments included a coding instruction observation sheet, a teacher response questionnaire, and a learning quality assessment rubric. Data analysis techniques comprised descriptive statistics and paired t-tests. The resulting digital supervision model includes the following components: (1) planning through a learning management system (LMS), (2) observation using video recordings and real-time feedback, (3) collaborative reflection in online forums, and (4) rubric-based automated assessment. The trial results showed that the average score of coding instruction quality increased from 66.3 (sufficient category) to 86.8 (good category) after eight weeks of implementing the model (*p* < 0.001). Teacher responses were highly positive, with a mean score of 4.7 out of 5. The digital supervision model proved effective in overcoming geographical and temporal barriers, providing rapid feedback, and fostering collaboration among teachers. Nevertheless, challenges related to digital infrastructure and teachers' ICT literacy need to be anticipated. Digital supervision can serve as an alternative to improve the quality of coding instruction in elementary schools. Technical assistance training and the provision of an integrated platform are strongly recommended.

Abstract

Language is inseparable from the history of human life. This is because language serves as a means of communication between people. Without language, humans would be unable to communicate and interact. Since language is so important, we have a duty to teach it to our children—particularly their mother tongue or the everyday language used for communication within the family. The research question in this study is: To what extent does the mother tongue influence the development of Indonesian language skills among children at Azkia Kindergarten in the village of Sungai Pinang, Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency? This study aims to demonstrate the extent of the mother tongue’s influence on children’s language development at Azkia Kindergarten in the village of Sungai Pinang, Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study is a field assessment. The subjects of this study are all 17 students at Azkia Kindergarten. The results of this study are as follows: 2 students (11.76%) have very good language development. 6 students (35.29%) have good language development. A total of 9 children (52.94%) had adequate language development.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor internal yang berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kepenuhan yang berjumlah 82 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar dan observasi untuk memperoleh data pendukung terkait prestasi belajar siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner motivasi belajar yang telah disusun berdasarkan indikator yang relevan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh pada tingkat sedang terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar dapat menjadi salah satu strategi untuk mendukung peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ruh, nafs, aql, qalb, and fitrah as basic human potentials in Islamic education and their role in forming human beings as servants of Allah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The data were obtained from books, scientific articles, and relevant academic sources related to Islamic education, Islamic psychology, and the philosophy of Islamic education. The data were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive-conceptual analysis by identifying, classifying, and synthesizing the meanings and educational implications of the five human potentials. The results show that ruh functions as the source of spiritual awareness, nafs as the inner impulse that requires purification and control, aql as the intellectual potential to understand truth, qalb as the center of faith and moral consciousness, and fitrah as the natural tendency toward tauhid and goodness. These five potentials are interrelated and should be developed integratively through Islamic education. The study concludes that Islamic education must not only emphasize intellectual achievement, but also spiritual formation, moral development, self-control, and preservation of human nature. Therefore, the integration of ruh, nafs, aql, qalb, and fitrah can serve as a conceptual foundation for forming faithful, knowledgeable, morally responsible, and spiritually conscious servants of Allah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection for wives under the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in Indonesia, highlighting the gap between normative legal texts and judicial reality. The core problem of this research lies in the persistently low level of fulfillment of wives' economic rights post-divorce, such as iddah maintenance and mut'ah, which are often neglected due to weak execution mechanisms, constraints of verstek judgments, and patriarchal cultural dominance. The research method employed is normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data were collected through a literature study of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, then analyzed descriptively-qualitatively using content analysis. The findings reveal that although KHI normatively guarantees fundamental rights for wives, its practical implementation remains weak, with judicial data indicating that only approximately 2.73% to 3% of divorce decisions effectively include the fulfillment of these economic rights. However, positive developments have emerged through the Supreme Court's progressive judicial ijtihad, such as PERMA No. 3 of 2017 and SEMA No. 3 of 2018, which address legal voids in the KHI by mandating alimony payment prior to the pronouncement of the divorce pledge. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the success of legal protection for wives in Indonesia depends heavily on the synchronization between gender-responsive regulations and the reinforcement of a more effective and compelling enforcement oversight system.
