Abstract

Principal performance assessment is an analysis process in order to produce good teaching. The process of assessing the performance of Elementary School Principals in Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency is not very detailed and still uses a manual system. This study aims to design a decision support system (DSS) in assessing the performance of principals in elementary schools in Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency, using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method was chosen because of its ability to handle multi-dimensional criteria and provide different weights for each assessment criterion. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews with related parties, observations and literature studies. This study used 7 criteria. The results of this system indicate that the assessment of principal performance can be carried out objectively and transparently, and facilitate decision making in developing the professionalism of principals. With this system, it is expected to improve the quality of education in Pardasuka District by improving the performance of principals. This study also recommends further development of the system to include more in-depth analysis and reporting features

Abstract

As time goes by, the Internet network becomes a staple in implementing networks in educational forums. Internet networks are very important to support the educational process. Having a computer network will facilitate the learning process properly. With a good LAN network, a comfortable lab location will be created, preventing IP conflicts, in the process of analyzing tools when one of the tools is damaged will become easier. LPK Sheza Computer Will Always Improve Quality And Learning Facilities. Local Area Network Is A Computer Network That Connects Two Computers Or More Within The Scope Of One Area, The LAN Network At Sheza Computers Must Be Properly Organized. The data collection process is carried out using the library study method from previous studies, interviews with the leaders of the LPK Sheza Computer, and observations on the LPK sheza computer in order to obtain valid and actual data, the development method uses the NDLC (Network Development Life System) method because by using this method Will Get Effective And Efficient Results. Abstract

This study aims to design a prototype of a school information system based on mobile web technology as a solution to the need for fast, efficient, and flexible access to information at SMK IT Shodiqussalam. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and system design using a user-centered design approach. The system is designed to support the delivery of academic information, management of student and teacher data, grade and attendance tracking, as well as communication between the school, students, and parents. The design process utilized tools such as Figma for user interface design and UML for system modeling. The resulting prototype was tested through usability testing, which showed that most users found the interface easy to use and the features relevant to their needs. The system is considered feasible for further development as it enhances information transparency, administrative efficiency, and interaction among school stakeholders. Utilizing responsive web technology, the system can be accessed on various devices without the need for additional installations.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber belajar memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung proses pendidikan, namun seringkali mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan data koleksi buku, peminjaman, dan pengembalian yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan meng implemantasikan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Pada SMP N 2 Sumberejo. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan, serta memudahkan akses informasi bagi siswa dan staf pengajar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Pada SMP N 2 Sumberejo ini admin dapat menggunakan fitur-fitur yang tersedia sehingga pelayanan diperpustakaan tersebut semakin bertambah efektif dan efisien. Anggota dapat melihat koleksi buku secara mudah, pengecekan daftar peminjaman dan pengembaliannya, serta dapat membaca buku pada fitur e-book yang semuanya dapat dilakukan secara online pada web. Sistem ini dapat menjamin keakuratan dari data yang dihasilkan. Sistem Informasi ini juga menghasilkan beberapa laporan yang dibuat secara otomatis dan akurat diantaranya: Laporan Data Kunjungan, Laporan Data (Buku, Jurnal, Koran, dan Majalah), Laporan Peminjaman Buku, Laporan Pengembalian Buku, Laporan Pengadaan Buku. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMP N 2 Sumberejo dapat berjalan lebih baik, meningkatkan minat baca siswa, dan mendukung proses belajar mengajar secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Learning to read Hijaiyah letters is a fundamental step in the process of studying the Qur'an. However, for early childhood learners, conventional teaching methods often fail to engage and motivate them effectively. This study aims to develop an interactive and educational Android-based application to assist young children in recognizing and reading Hijaiyah letters. The application is designed to be child-friendly by incorporating audiovisual elements, animations, and interactive exercises tailored to early learners. Additionally, the application serves as a digital implementation of the Lampung Mengaji program, a regional initiative aimed at enhancing Qur'anic literacy from an early age. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results indicate that the application effectively improves children's interest and ability in reading Hijaiyah letters. Therefore, it is expected that this application can become an innovative learning tool that supports the digitalization of the Lampung Mengaji initiative

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is a crucial aspect of improving the quality of education in schools. However, manual assessment processes often face challenges such as subjectivity, inconsistency, and lack of transparency in decision-making. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist the school in evaluating teacher performance in an objective and structured manner. The TOPSIS method is chosen for its ability to rank alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal positive and negative solutions, thus supporting more rational decision-making. The evaluation criteria include discipline, pedagogical competence, responsibility, teamwork, and innovation in teaching. The system is implemented as a web-based application accessible to school management. Testing results show that the system can provide accurate, consistent, and data-driven performance evaluations. This system is expected to make.

Abstract

This study introduces an innovative Android-based tryout and online examination application specifically designed for elementary schools, with a case study at SDN 2 Wates Timur. Traditional learning and evaluation methods in schools still heavily rely on face-to-face interactions, often lacking the efficiency offered by digital solutions. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of mobile technology tailored to the needs of young learners, enabling digital access to assessments and enhancing the overall learning experience. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while the application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. Testing utilized black box methods on various Android devices to ensure compatibility. The results demonstrate improved efficiency in exam administration, simplified score recording for teachers, and reduced cheating among students. This application not only supports digital transformation in elementary education but also offers a replicable model for other schools seeking to integrate technology into their evaluation processes.

Abstract

The management of infrastructure and facility inventories is a crucial aspect in supporting the educational process in schools. At SMK N 1 Gadingrejo, inventory data collection and asset monitoring are still conducted manually, which poses risks such as data loss, inefficient management, and difficulties in tracking asset conditions and usage. To address these issues, this study aims to design a technology-based information system that facilitates integrated inventory monitoring and management. A structured modeling approach is applied in the system design, including Context Diagrams, DFD Level 0 and Level 1, and ER-Diagrams to represent data flow and relationships between entities. The result of this research is a web-based system that enables school staff, such as administrators and administrative personnel, to record inventory items, monitor asset conditions, and generate reports automatically. The implementation of this system is expected to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and streamline asset management processes. Furthermore, the system can be developed with additional features such as RFID or QR code-based asset tracking, mobile application integration, and automatic maintenance notifications. With further development, this system has the potential to provide a more comprehensive solution and support real-time facility and infrastructure management.

Abstract

Agung is still carried out manually, which often leads to issues such as delays in data processing, data duplication, and difficulty in retrieving information. This research aims to design and develop an information system for managing new student data to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing. The system is developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with the waterfall model, consisting of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance phases. The result of this research is a web-based information system that enables the admissions committee to manage prospective student data in a structured and systematic manner. The system enhances data input speed, minimizes errors, and provides real-time information. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages educational institutions to adopt digital systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management and information services. This research aims to design and develop a mobile web-based information system for SMPN 24 Pesawaran as a solution to the limitations of the previously manual system. The system includes features for managing student and teacher data, class schedules, and academic information, all accessible in real-time via mobile devices. The development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The test results show that the system provides ease in data management and information delivery for all stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents. With this mobile web-based information system, it is expected that administrative processes and communication within the school environment will become more effective and efficient.
