Abstract

This study aims to explore the Management of Education financing in the perspective of participatory budgeting theory. In the context of Islamic Education, effective financing management is very important to ensure the sustainability and quality of Education. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which focuses on data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation in several Islamic Education institutions. The results of the study indicate that Community participation in Education financing can increase transparency and accountability in fund management. The identified management includes diversification of financing sources such as funds from the government, zakat, waqf, infaq, and Community donations. In addition, the importance of preparing a realistic annual budget based on the operational needs of the institution is also emphasized. The financing planning process is carried out through an analysis of the needs and potential of the Community, while the implementation involves mobilizing resources and funds collaboratively. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the budget plan with the realization of the use of funds to ensure that all activities run in accordance with the principles of budget transparency. Through this research, it is expected to contribute to the development of a more effective and sustainable Islamic Education financing management model, as well as being a reference for other educational institutions in implementing similar Management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in curriculum development at SDN Girimukti, Cijambe Sub-district, Subang Regency. This curriculum development is faced with new challenges and opportunities that require an innovative approach of PAI teachers in schools and fostering students' talents in achieving achievements. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with PAI teachers and student achievers, observation of curriculum development activities, and analysis of related documentation. The results showed that first, the general description of the curriculum development of SDN Girimukti Cijambe Subang is characterized by evaluative creative style. It is characterized by consistent guidance on student talent. Second, the efforts made involve the use of technology in learning, integration of Islamic values, and fostering student talent through the use of technology. Third, the challenges faced include the lack of financial support and school facilities. Nevertheless, despite the shortcomings and challenges, the efforts to foster students' talents have a positive impact on student achievement. This study concludes that fostering students' talents in obtaining Sapta Lomba PAI achievements by PAI teachers at SDN Girimukti Cijambe Subang is key in developing a curriculum that is relevant and responsive to the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the resilience of education in Pesantren-based Madrasahs in Yasinat, Jember. The primary focus is to understand how these madrasahs sustain their existence in the face of various challenges, including social, economic, and technological changes. The research employs a case study approach with qualitative methods, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Pesantren-based madrasahs in Yasinat exhibit strong resilience, driven by the essential role of traditional values, active community involvement, and adaptations to technological advancements and educational curricula. The conclusion of this study is that despite facing challenges, the Pesantren-based madrasahs possess significant resilience to maintain educational quality and social relevance.

Abstract

Teachers and parents play an important role in developing students' morals. Children's success really depends on parents and teachers in educating and developing them. This research aims to determine the forms of collaboration between religious teachers and parents in developing students' morals. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, namely describing and analyzing existing data. This research was carried out at SMAN 1 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya Regency with a sample size of 70 parents. Data collection techniques in this field research use questionnaires, observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the religious teachers and parents of students at SMAN 1 Bandar Baru have collaborated well, this can be seen from the forms of collaboration carried out by holding meetings and establishing good communication. The obstacles faced are due to parents being busy with daily activities, however, efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles by taking time away from daily activities, the majority of whom are farmers and fishermen.
