Abstract

Interactive learning is one of the learning approaches that teachers can use when teaching. Teachers play an important role in creating an interactive educational atmosphere, where students can communicate with each other, with the teacher, and with their learning resources. Interactive learning is designed in such a way that the focus of learning is centered on students so that they can learn better and better understand what they are learning. This field research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and uses triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The result of the author's research is the answer to the formulation of the first problem: The implementation of interactive PAI learning requires Introduction, Implementation, and Closing activities. Second, a better understanding of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation is obtained through the interactive PAI learning model. Third, researchers found that the factors that support and hinder the use of interactive PAI learning to improve students' understanding at SDN Kertajaya Surabaya are as follows: a. Supporting factors include school leaders, teachers, students, and community leaders; b. Hindering factors include self, environment, and differences in students' backgrounds.

Abstract

Education based on Islamic values is an educational approach that integrates Islamic values in all aspects of learning. The aim is to form a generation with superior character, namely a generation that has balanced intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and has noble morals. This article discusses the importance of education based on Islamic values in creating a generation with superior character. This article also discusses several educational models and strategies that can be implemented to realize this goal. The research results show that education based on Islamic values has a significant influence on the formation of students' character. Students who follow education based on Islamic values show better behavior, such as honesty, discipline and responsibility. Apart from that, they also have higher learning achievements. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that education based on Islamic values is one solution to creating a generation with superior character.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in education, being the main channel for transferring Islamic values to the younger generation. This study explains the theoretical background regarding the objectives of PAI, including the formation of a true Muslim individual, harmonization with God and the universe, and proper understanding of Islamic teachings. It also highlights the challenges in PAI teaching practices, especially in achieving holistic learning outcomes. The research method focused on analyzing the need for developing printed teaching materials to improve the quality of PAI learning. The analysis includes an understanding of the curriculum, selection of appropriate learning resources, and determination of the type of teaching materials that suit learning needs. The results of this analysis become the basis for developing effective and relevant printed teaching materials. Discussions on the development of PAI print teaching materials emphasize the importance of considering competency standards, appropriate language selection, appropriate teaching methods, and inclusiveness in content delivery. This is aimed at achieving holistic and comprehensive learning objectives in Islamic education. The conclusion of this study reconfirms the importance of developing holistic, interactive, and inclusive printed teaching materials to improve the quality of Islamic Education learning. By considering these aspects, it is expected to achieve sustainable learning objectives and make a positive contribution to learners' understanding and practice of Islamic teachings in daily life.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of innovative learning models in Indonesian language learning for grade 5 students of MI Al Khoiriyyah 02 Semarang. In this study, there are two aspects studied in the research, namely lesson planning and implementation of learning in Indonesian language learning. The results of the research obtained are, the preparation of lesson plans made by the teacher has been appropriate. The components contained in the lesson plan which include: KI, KD, indicators, learning objectives, learning materials, learning media, learning resources, and assessment. In the preparation of the lesson plan, it is also adjusted and follows according to the times. The learning methods used are innovative learning models, namely conceptual, discovery learning, problem learning, PAIKEM, or adjusting learning methods to the material to be delivered. It is hoped that this method has implications for student enthusiasm and motivation to learn which is tailored to learning needs. In implementing the learning model, a teacher also uses ways to make students happy with the material to be learned. While in the use of each learning model there must be obstacles in its implementation, although there are several obstacles in the implementation of the learning model, these obstacles can be overcome in one way, namely the learning media used and a comfortable environment in learning.

Abstract

The learning process is the process of communication between teachers and students through verbal language as the main medium for delivering learning material. In these conditions, the learning process depends on the teacher as a learning resource. However, not all teaching materials can be presented directly by the teacher. To learn about the life of living creatures on the seabed, it is not possible for the teacher to guide students directly to the bottom of the ocean, or to divide the human chest just to learn how the organs of the human body work. However, the teacher can use various kinds of tools in delivering learning material. This learning aid is meant by media or teaching aids. In PAI learning, so that the learning material provided is more easily understood by students, it takes media to help the delivery process. Through the media (tools), it is expected that the same perception will occur between teachers and students. Moreover, Islamic Education is education that is very important for human life, especially in achieving inner peace and mental health in general. Audio media can be used as an alternative to learning PAI.

Abstract

This study was focused on investigating students' anxiety level when learning English especially when implementing grammar into writing. This study also aims to analyze the factors that influence anxiety in students when implementing English grammar, especially tenses, into their writing and how they manage their anxiety. The method used in this research is mixed method with Explanatory Sequential Mixed method approach which requires two phases of data collection, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. The instrument used in this research is a 4-Point Likert Scale questionnaire which contains 33 statement items divided into 3 subscales (Grammar Learning, Learners' Beliefs, and Grammar Learning Experience) and interview. The subject of this study was 50 students majoring in English Education. The result showed that students' grammar anxiety level on grammar learning subscale indicated low (64%), on learners' beliefs subscale indicated high (82.13%), and on grammar learning experience indicated high (77%). The influencing factors include internal factors such as fear of negative evaluation, fear of mistakes, lack of knowledge about grammar, lack of preparation. The external factors are less fun class situation, students' previous study about grammar, classmates. The strategies that the students used to manage their anxiety was by incidental and intentional grammar learning and using AI grammar checker such as Grammarly.

Abstract

Audio-visual learning media is a medium for distributing messages by utilizing the senses of hearing and vision. In the subject of moral creed, it becomes one of the bridges to improve student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are the results achieved in the form of numbers or scores obtained after being given a learning outcome test at the end of each lesson. The use of audio-visual learning media in moral creed subjects can be a bridge to improve student learning outcomes.  Based on pre-observation during the Introduction to the Educational Environment (PLP) carried out at MAN 2 Bandung Bandung Regency, the author saw that learning in the subject of Akidah Akhlak had conducted learning using learning media. The sign is that MAN 2 Bandung Bandung Regency has implemented learning well. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) what percentage of the level of use of audio-visual learning media, 2) what percentage of student learning outcomes in the subject of akidah, 3) how much influence the use of audio-visual learning media has on student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative methods with 36 respondents, and data collection tools in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The use of audio-visual learning media in the subject of akidah akhlak obtained a percentage value of 38% in the sufficient category; 2) Student learning outcomes in the subject of moral creed obtained a percentage value of 44.4% in the sufficient category; 3) The effect of the use of audio-visual learning media on student learning outcomes in moral creed subjects has a very significant effect with a percentage value of 94%.

Abstract

Talaqqi method is a method that requires teachers and students to meet directly. This talaqqi method is widely used by teachers in learning the QuranIn the initial observation, the researchers found that students made mistakes in reciting the Quran and did not pay attention to the rules of writing the Quran. Even though the teacher has used the talaqqi method in the learning process. This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of the talaqqi method in improving the ability to read and write the Quran (BTQ) students, 2) supporting factors (internal and external) and inhibiting factors (internal and external), 3) the impact of the implementation of the talaqqi method in improving BTQ students in the madrasah. Ahmad Tafsir explained that the method is a faster and more precise way of implementing something. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection technique is done by interview, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques are implemented by data reduction, data display, inference and verification and final conclusions. The results of this study showed that: 1) the implementation of the talaqqi method in improving the student's ability to recite and write Quran (BTQ) carried out through two stages, namely the stages of thariqqah mutaqaddimin and thariqqah mutaakhirin. 2) supporting factors in the implementation of the talaqqi method in improving the student's ability to recite and write Quran (BTQ) consist of internal and external factors. Likewise, the inhibiting factors consist of internal and external factors. 3) the implementation of talaqqi method in MA Multazam Bandung has an impact on improving the student's ability to recite and write Quran (BTQ).

Abstract

The LGBTQ+ phenomenon has rapidly developed by utilizing social media as a platform to showcase its existence, including homoerotic content that features same-sex romance and is widely spread on social media. This can have negative moral and psychological impacts, especially on students. Islamic Education plays an important role in protecting students from this negative content. Through religious education, students can better understand Islamic religious and moral values, enabling them to guard themselves against negative content on social media. This study aims to analyze the homoerotic phenomenon at SMPN 1 Paseh, the role of Islamic Education, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and the outcomes of the role of Islamic Education in protecting students from exposure to homoerotic content on social media. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies and descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants consisted of five students and three teachers. The results of the study show that the role of Islamic Education provides positive outcomes by helping students build self-awareness of the laws and effects of homoerotic content, leading them to avoid and reject such content.

Abstract

 Islamic education in general is an effort to help the growth and development of students so that they grow through the actualization of self-potential based on the rules of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature or library research type of research, the main objects are books or other literature sources which contain theories related to the discussion. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Islamic education in creating a generation of excellence and character. In forming a superior generation, Islamic education is very important because in Islam spiritual and moral values ​​are emphasized which support the ongoing process of forming good character, in accordance with religious teachings and in accordance with existing needs in society and globally. Formation of character and morals, strengthening spiritual values, integration of religious values ​​in speaking skills, as well as instilling the principles of justice are supporting aspects in creating a superior and characterful generation. Efforts to create a superior and characterful generation include strengthening learning of the Qur'an and Sunnah, instilling moral values, strengthening Islamic identity and identity, applying relevant and innovative learning methods, as well as creating a conducive educational environment.
