Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze organizational commitment, job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and its effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the regional water company (PDAM). This company is a source of local revenue that is engaged in providing clean water for the community. Data were taken using a questionnaire from a sample of 130 permanent employees who were determined by purposive sampling using the Slovin method. Data analysis used t test, multiple linear regression, and F test. Partially, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB, while job satisfaction had a positive effect (0.234) and significant (0.018) on OCB. Transformational leadership has a positive (0.497) and significant (0.000) effect on OCB. Simultaneously organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership affect OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to determine there is an influence of job satisfaction, organization commitment, and compensation on turnover intention to the Troy Company employee. Independent variables in this study consists of job satisfaction, organization commitment, and compensation. As a dependent variable is turnover intention. This study used quantitative method, and using questionnaire to collect a data. This study was conducted in september 2022, at the Troy Company which is located in Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all the employees of the Troy Company, and the sample in this study is 40 employees. The sampling technique is using a census method. The data analyzed by the t-test, F-test (goodness of fit), and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of this study show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a negative significant effect on the turnover, (2) Organization commitment has a negative significant effect on the turnover, (3) And compensation has a negative significant effect on the turnover of the Troy Company.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of green marketing and green brand image on consumers’ green satisfaction Starbucks Yogyakarta. This research method uses a quantitative method assisted by the analysis of SPSS for windows 25. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method with 100 consumers of Starbucks Yogyakarta as respondents. The results of this study show that partially there is a significant positive influence between the green marketing variables toward green satisfaction. and a significant positive influence between the green brand image variables on green satisfaction. In addition, there is also a simultaneous influence between green marketing and green brand image on the green satisfaction of Starbucks Yogyakarta consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of easiness, security, trust and e-service quality on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique with a purposive sampling method with the criteria that purchases or transactions at the Shopee online store had been carried out at least 2 times and from the age of 18 years (that age can make good decisions). The sample size in this study was 180 respondents. The results of this study indicate that easiness has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Security has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Trust has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. E-Service Quality has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. AdjustedR² shows that 70.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by variables of easiness, security, trust and e-service quality, while the remaining 29.7% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a difference between the average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the share buyback. The sample used in this study was 38 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research is an event study with a window period of 11 days (5 days before, 1 day of the event, and 5 days after). The analytical method used is descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was no difference in the average abnormal return before and after the announcement of the share buyback and there was a difference in the average trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the share buyback.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work family conflict on turnover intention in the quality control department at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The population of this research are production employees in the quality control department at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in the quality control section at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk before and during Covid-19 through liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and activity ratio. The Independent Sample T-Test is used for debt to total asset, debt to total equity, return on asset, total asset turnover and fixed asset turnover. The Mann Whitney U Test is used for current ratio, quick ratio and net profit margin. The results of this study are that there are no significant differences in the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to total assets, net profit margin, return on assets, total asset turnover and fixed asset turnover before and during Covid-19. Meanwhile, there are significant differences in debt to total equity before and during Covid-19.

Abstract

The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has been well-known because of various research in operations management. However, in execution, this method is highly unique because it may consider several costs, including quantity discounts, to get optimal results. Furthermore, it is still quite rare for research related to inventory control in the garment manufacturing industry. This study aims to examine how the inventory control system for fabric raw materials uses the EOQ method, along with a comparative analysis of the cost of purchasing optimal fabric raw materials using quantity discounts. This quantitative descriptive nuance research took place at PT. Westa Pusaka Kusuma Yogyakarta (PT. WPK) as the object of research, by selecting four types of garment fabrics. The result is that the total inventory costs of the four types of fabrics much smaller than those that did not use EOQ optimization method.

Abstract

Good management must have a main goal in the field of Human Resources (HR) in managing members of the company›s organization. This means that organizational actors do not have the desire to leave the company. The desire of employees to move or leave the company is called turnover intention. Turnover intention can be a problem because it will increase the cost of recruitment, selection, and training as well as disrupt the work system in the company. The factors that cause turnover intention are organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, employee relations, work stress and work life balance. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, work stresS and job satisfaction on turnover intention in the millennial generation in Yogyakarta. The sample is 100 people who are millennial generation workers who have met the criteria aged 21 to 40 years, working at least six months in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by using non-prability sampling technique or using purposive sampling. With criteria aged 21 to 40 years, and have worked at least six months in Yogyakarta. Based on a multiple linear regression test and t test, it was found that work life balance has a negative and not significant effect, work stress has a positive and significant effect, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research intends to find out how the influence of celebrity endorser, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products, especially for women. Sampling with non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research were 200 respondents and the data collection technique used a questionnaire. This research analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results of this research show that 1) celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. 2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. 3) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. Adjusted R² of 0.731 or 73.1% which means celebrity endorser, brand image and brand trust have an influence of 73.1% on the purchasing decision variable, while 26.9% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
