<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and determine the effects of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Revenue Sharing Fund for Natural Resources (DBH SDA), and Population on Regional Expenditure and economic growth in East Kutai Regency. The analysis results indicate that PAD has a positive but insignificant effect on regional expenditure. DBH SDA exhibits a positive and significant influence on regional expenditure. The total population has a positive but insignificant influence on regional expenditure. Furthermore, PAD demonstrates a positive but insignificant influence on economic growth. DBH SDA shows a negative but insignificant influence on economic growth. The total population has a negative but insignificant influence on economic growth. Regional expenditure has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth. Additionally, PAD positively affects economic growth through regional expenditure. <![CDATA[This study aims to explore in depth the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping the moral character of 11th-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Masalikil Huda Tahunan Jepara. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PAI teachers play a significant role in the moral development of students, both through formal teaching methods and by modeling appropriate behavior in daily interactions. The teachers utilize various approaches, such as lectures, interactive discussions, habituation of moral values, and the instillation of Islamic ethics into students' lives. The factors supporting the success of this moral education include the strong commitment of the teachers to set a good example, a curriculum integrated with moral values, and effective collaboration between the school and parents in monitoring student progress. However, the study also identifies several significant challenges. These include the limited time available for PAI teachers to fully integrate moral education and the negative influence of social environments and technology, particularly social media, which often contradicts the moral values taught. This challenge complicates the process of moral education outside the school environment, especially as students are increasingly exposed to contradictory values. The theoretical implications of these findings underscore the importance of integrating moral values across all aspects of education in Islamic institutions to develop a generation with strong moral character, capable of addressing the challenges of the digital age.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media consistently generates intriguing phenomena worthy of discussion. One particularly widespread but seldom-studied phenomenon is Call Out Culture. Call Out Culture involves individuals or groups expressing their frustration and disappointment with specific events by calling out or satirizing those they perceive as responsible through social media platforms. This research aims to explore how Generation Z in Medan City interprets the phenomenon of Call Out Culture on Instagram. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method utilizing a snowball sampling technique, where the initially identified informant assists in recruiting subsequent participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and content analysis of relevant Instagram posts. The findings indicate that Generation Z in Medan City views Call Out Culture on Instagram as a means to advocate for social change and increase awareness of critical issues such as social injustice, human rights, and environmental concerns. However, they also recognize the necessity of a balanced approach in delivering criticism to avoid exacerbating conflicts. Generation Z demonstrated an awareness of the potential negative impacts of Call Out Culture, such as cyberbullying and social polarization, and stressed the importance of responsible use of social media as a tool for advocacy.]]>

<![CDATA[Konflik bisa terjadi kapanpun dan di mana pun baik dalam skala yang besar maupun kecil, seperti konflik Israel dan Palestina yang sudah terjadi selama tujuh dekade terakhir. Sepanjang sejarah, wilayah tersebut sudah dilanda serangkaian konflik bersenjata, termasuk beberapa perang yang menentukan dinamika hubungan Israel-Palestina. <![CDATA[This research discusses issues related to Communication Patterns of Student Organizations and Work Implementation in the Student Organization (HMJ) UIN North Sumatra. Effective communication between administrators greatly affects organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to explore the dynamics of communication in organizations. The role of communication in question shows the success of leadership in the organization in increasing work motivation by forming an organizational structure that has a communication style that is characterized as a liaison between organizational members, so that there is no jealousy and gaps between position holders. The role of communication is the object of study in this research which is part of organizational behavior in organizational work motivation. The methodology used in this research is descriptive research through a qualitative approach which is carried out through writing systematic, actual, and accurate descriptions containing facts and relationships related to the phenomena that occur. The data collection techniques used include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, as well as analyzing communication patterns and their influence on the implementation of organizational work programs.The results showed that effective communication patterns play an important role in the implementation of the organization's work program. This finding was obtained from data analysis that showed a positive correlation between good communication and the level of efficiency and effectiveness of organizational management. Factors such as openness, clarity of information, and frequency of communication were shown to contribute significantly to organizational performance. This research provides practical guidance for the management of the Student Association of the Department of Communication Science of the State University of North Sumatra to improve their communication patterns. By implementing more effective communication, it is expected that organizations can achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of exposure to @helwabasheel account fashion content on TikTok and Instagram on consumptive behavior. The method used in this research is a Quantitative approach. The population used is followers of @helwabasheel's TikTok and Instagram accounts. The sample taken by the researcher amounted to 50 respondents who were active followers on the TikTok and Instagram @helwabasheel accounts using purposive sampling techniques. The research data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale using indicators of effectiveness and consumptive behavior. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22, with multiple linear regression analysis tests accompanied by t tests and F tests. The results of the analysis show that the coefficient of determination of the effectiveness of exposure to Tiktok and Instagram fashion content on consumptive behavior is 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other factors, and is not included in this study. While the t test value of 4.119 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this proving that the effectiveness of exposure to Tiktok content (X1) has a positive effect on consumptive behavior. And also the t test result of 4.068 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this proving that the effectiveness of exposure to Instagram content (X2) has a positive effect on consumptive behavior. A very effective platform for consumptive behavior on @helwabasheel accounts is TikTok.]]>

<![CDATA[Gender inequality is still an issue that is discussed, and its handling needs awareness from various parties, both from the government, society, and the family. The practice of gender equality in the family is still an interesting issue to be studied. excessive gender equality is feared to threaten the integrity of the family. This research aims to find out how people perceive gender equality in the family. The research method used is qualitative method. The results showed that the perception of the people of Binjai City, especially the South Binjai sub-district, Binjai Estate sub-district, neighborhood IX, is that there are still those who do not understand the term gender equality, but it has been widely practiced and accepted by the community. This is evidenced by the fulfillment of children's equal rights in the field of education, the division of domestic duties in the family equally by boys and girls, the freedom to make choices and express opinions, and freedom in making decisions in the family. In short, gender equality in the family is considered good by society as long as it does not conflict with human nature and religious values prevailing in society that prevail in society.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the social existence of students in using Instagram social media on student lifestyle patterns. Social media supports the public, especially students, in accessing information. The Internet, a commonly used technological device, has the potential to create a whole new type of social connection. This study explores the motivation and impact of Instagram use on the lifestyle of university students. Students who are young people who live stylishly use social media as a means of communication. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach and is analyzed with individual phenomenological descriptions in order to get a comprehensive picture. The research subjects were eighth semester students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The results showed that students use Instagram to stand out and seek social recognition. The use of Instagram can change mindsets and actions, making some people more creative and interesting, while others continue to show off their possessions, making Instagram a competition arena and the use of Instagram as a medium for student self-existence is due to the lifestyle of students who follow current trends, a sense of wanting to be appreciated and the desire to get recognition by the people around them.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the parable of the fly in the Qur'an, specifically in Surah Al-Hajj verse 73, and how this parable is used to describe human nature from the perspective of Ṭanṭāwī Jauharī in his tafsir, Tafsīr Al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr Al-Qur'ān Al-Karīm. This research employs the library research method by collecting and analyzing various relevant literature sources, including books, journals, and other scholarly works. The analysis technique utilized is descriptive analysis, which involves the systematic collection, compilation, classification, analysis, and interpretation of data. The findings indicate that although flies are mentioned in a limited number of verses, this parable conveys profound wisdom about human nature. Analysis of Surah Al-Hajj verse 73 from Ṭanṭāwī Jauharī's perspective reveals that the fly in this parable reflects several human traits. First, it symbolizes human weakness in facing life's challenges, similar to the fly's lack of significant strength. Second, it illustrates man's dependence on Allah, akin to the fly's reliance on its environment for survival. Third, it highlights man's inability to create or alter anything without divine assistance, just as the fly cannot escape a simple trap. Ṭanṭāwī Jauharī's interpretation also underscores that the parable of the fly illustrates the insignificance of man in the face of Allah's greatness and the necessity for humans to recognize and accept their limitations. This article significantly contributes to understanding the relationship between parables in the Qur'an and human character, enriching the field of Qur'anic exegesis and Islamic ethical studies.]]>

<![CDATA[This research investigates the role of multicultural da'wah in promoting religious tolerance through the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) in Medan City. Amidst significant ethnic and religious diversity, FKUB plays a crucial role in facilitating interfaith dialogue and preventing potential conflicts. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and participatory observations of FKUB members and the Medan community. The findings demonstrate that FKUB's multicultural preaching effectively fosters understanding and respect for religious differences. In Medan City, FKUB's efforts have successfully created an environment supportive of tolerance and respect for religious diversity. This achievement is evidenced by the Religious Piety Index rising from 82.52 in 2020 to 83.92 in 2021, and a harmony index of 76.3 in 2023, surpassing the national average of 73.83. Through an inclusive approach, active participation, and educational initiatives, FKUB significantly contributes to shaping an inclusive and harmonious society. These findings lay a crucial foundation for developing multicultural proselytization strategies in other communities aiming to achieve similar goals.]]>
