Abstract

Bukit Jaddih Village, Socah District, Bangkalan Regency, is intensively carrying out tourism development. Development in every process will have impacts, therefore there is a need for research on these impacts in order to avoid, reduce negative impacts and encourage positive impacts. This research process uses descriptive research methods using a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is the implementation of tourism industry development which includes the development of tourist objects and attractions, infrastructure, tourism marketing and promotion, as well as human resource development. The next focus is the impact on the economic and socio-cultural conditions of the community due to tourism development and previous conditions. The results of this research are a positive impact on tourism in Bukit Jaddih village in economic and social aspects, namely the opening of new job opportunities, reduced unemployment rates and the development of existing local arts and culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of the development of Tempe Pak Muhlis MSMEs in Lerpak Village, Geger District, Bangkalan Regency, in the Management aspect. Management is the achievement of business goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, leading and controlling business resources. In order to achieve the goals or objectives of a business, of course, through a management process. Tempeh is one of the foods favored by the community. The raw material for making tempeh comes from soybeans and non-soybeans. The business of making tempeh in Indonesia is mostly done in the home industry or home industry, one of which is like the one in Geger District Dusun Lerpak Kab. Bangkalan. this study aims to identify the feasibility of the tempeh industry in Lerpak Hamlet from the management aspect through a qualitative approach. data collected through in-depth interviews with producers of shrimp paste traders and consumers as well as direct observation in the field. Based on the results of the research, the tempeh industry can be said to be feasible because it has covered and fulfilled the analysis method.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of various aspects relevant to the halalness of MSME food products. This research method uses qualitative research. The results of the research show that the business feasibility study analysis in developing MSME food products must ensure halal products, MSMEs in the food sector must implement various production practices that meet applicable halal standards. That the results of this research explain the halal aspect of Pak Fat's meatball chicken noodles can be seen from the perspective of compliance with Islamic law which includes halal substances, halal how to obtain them, halal how to process them, halal in storing them and halal in serving. In order to produce halal products as stated in the JPH Law Article 1 paragraph 3, it must go through a halal product process which includes providing materials, management, storage, packaging, distribution, sales and presentation of the product so as to guarantee the halalness of the product. The results of this research conclude that the halal aspect of the Pak Gendut meatball chicken noodle product in Banyuajuh village, Kamal district, Bangkalan has fulfilled the halal aspect of Islamic law.

Abstract

In today's economy, every company, whether in the service sector or not, must outperform both old and new competitors.  To achieve the company's goals and improve the quality of a company, various aspects must be considered for improvement through consideration.  This also applies to business actors in the culinary industry, such as restaurants. Restaurant evaluation is essential to increase sales and meet projected results. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Sinjay Duck Restaurant has fulfilled the management aspect and to find out what management aspects can be applied to the Sinjay Duck Restaurant to improve the quality of the restaurant in the eyes of the public. The research method used is library research, data collection by searching for sources and constructing from various sources such as books, journals, and existing researches. The result of this study is that consumer satisfaction with service is less than optimal in serving, because in its implementation it turns out that the Sinjay Cab.Bangkalan Duck Restaurant has not implemented the points described by the author, especially in Service Quality and Getting Convenience.

Abstract

Goat farms in Indonesia are currently developing very rapidly because many results can be obtained. Some of the results include the sale of parent, child and milk. Another addition is the result of processing goat manure (inthil) into organic fertilizer. Good feed provision and sufficient quantities need to be done to improve the quality of goats, milk and tillers produced. In order to continue to provide quality feed, knowledge is needed for making good quality fermented goat feed and can last a long time. Various kinds of processed goat milk can be produced such as pure milk packed in bottles or milk powder. Waste goat manure, both in the form of solid waste (inthil) or liquid waste (urine) if managed properly will provide economic added value. In addition, it is also necessary to assume about management and good marketing techniques to get maximum profits. The use of information technology (e-commerce) will be able to expand the marketing range of goat products in Indonesia.

Abstract

Despite the prevalence of SWOT analysis in business management literature, there is a paucity of studies focusing on its application in the context of small-scale enterprises, particularly in rural areas such as Desa Kombangan. This research aims to bridge this gap by investigating how Mr. Taufiq's grocery store navigates its business environment using the SWOT approach.Focus and Research Objective: This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges faced by Mr. Taufiq's grocery store in Desa Kombangan through the lens of business management, utilizing the SWOT analysis framework. The primary objective is to identify key factors influencing the business's performance and develop strategic insights to enhance its competitiveness.Methodology: Employing a qualitative research approach, data was collected through semi-structured interviews with Mr. Taufiq, observation of daily operations, and analysis of relevant documents. The SWOT analysis method was utilized to systematically assess the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats of the business.Results: The findings reveal a range of opportunities, including growing demand for convenience shopping and a loyal customer base, alongside challenges such as competition from larger retailers and supply chain disruptions. Through SWOT analysis, strategic recommendations were formulated to capitalize on strengths, address weaknesses, leverage opportunities, and mitigate threats, thereby enhancing the resilience and sustainability of Mr. Taufiq's grocery store in Desa Kombangan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business feasibility of the marketing strategy of the Maha Karya Madurasa Bread Business Factory in Tanah Merah Bangkalan. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies and related documents. The research results show that the Maha Karya Madurusa Bread Factory has a fairly good marketing strategy. The marketing strategy includes determining prices, products, promotions and sales places that suit the target market. This factory also has competitive advantages compared to other competitors, namely quality products, affordable prices and good service. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Maha Karya Madurasa Bread Business Factory has a good marketing strategy and good business feasibility. Therefore, companies need to continue to improve their marketing strategies and maintain the quality of their products in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in the country's economy because they are the only ones who are considered capable of surviving the current storm of trade competition and economic downturn. Many sectors contribute to Indonesia's economic development, but the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector has a very large contribution. Literature evaluation of books and journals related to research is part of the research methodology. The findings of this research show how broad the financial prospects are for the development of MSMEs, as well as how these opportunities are influenced by several other factors. Meanwhile, funding, marketing and financial problems are obstacles to the development of MSMEs. Based on the study findings, MSMEs can benefit from two different things, namely the first is basic potential, then the second is a policy from the government regarding the type of business developed by MSMEs. Constraints are financing and marketing factors. As many as 17.50% of MSMEs received capital from banks, and 82.50% from non-bank institutions such as individual savings and loan cooperatives, family loans, venture capital and others.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, where business supply chains are digitally connected, which has an impact on simplifying the supply chain. This research uses qualitative methods and focuses on literature study. The results of this research show the rapid development of the business world, especially MSMEs and creative businesses that utilize digital technology in Indonesia. The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 for the creative and innovative millennial generation is both an opportunity and a challenge in running a business in Indonesia. The government's role is very crucial in building an ecosystem that supports and provides adequate facilities in the form of regulations and technological facilities for the growth of MSMEs and creative businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research aims to analyze the application of business ethics in the operations of the Mang Jay Chicken Bubur MSME. This research uses interview and observation methods to collect data regarding the business ethics practices implemented. The research results show that Bubur Ayam Mang Jay applies the principles of business ethics such as honesty, integrity, fairness, responsibility and transparency in every aspect of its operations. The application of business ethics has a positive impact on business reputation and performance, increasing customer loyalty and employee productivity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that other MSMEs adopt similar practices and conduct ongoing training on business ethics for employees. Future research is recommended to conduct comparative studies in various sectors and combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
